Abstract

This simple structure can prevent that fixed band 11 from producing distortion when the fixed band 11 is taut. The distance between the fixing parts 111 of the two fixing bands 11 connected is ensured to be in a gap of 1mm-5mm, the distance between the two fixing parts 111 can be drawn to be completely attached through the fastening locking member 3, and the fastening effect is ensured by tightening the fixing bands 11 of the fixing body 112 when re-fastening is performed.
