背景技术
现有的木质防火门的结构,一般是采用阻燃木框结构中间采用玻璃丝棉、岩棉、珍珠岩、蛭石板等防火材料做门内的填充,外表及门框均为木质料制成。这种结构的木质防火门存在很多不足;玻璃丝棉、岩棉由于是非降解材料,使用过程中会对人的肺部造成伤害,目前在防火门行业中已被限制使用。
现有的防火门仅通过单层的防火机构进行防火,防火性能有限,不能够在实际生活中起到较为保障的防火功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的防火门仅通过单层的防火机构进行防火,防火性能有限,不能够在实际生活中起到较为保障的防火功能的问题,而提出的一种高性能阻燃木质防火门。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种高性能阻燃木质防火门,包括,门体和门框,所述门体包括门芯板、聚苯乙烯轻质隔音板、珍珠岩防火板、防火石膏板、硅酸钙防火纤维板、氯氧镁防火板和保温隔热板,所述门芯板、聚苯乙烯轻质隔音板、珍珠岩防火板、防火石膏板、硅酸钙防火纤维板、氯氧镁防火板和保温隔热板从内至外依次设置,所述门芯板、聚苯乙烯轻质隔音板、珍珠岩防火板、防火石膏板、硅酸钙防火纤维板、氯氧镁防火板和保温隔热板之间通过聚氨酯防火胶粘接。

而且该装置中未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现,本发明使得门体的防火性能耗,保证了门体的使用寿命。
