Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of chemical cleaning agents, in particular to a novel super-concentrated water-based cleaning agent for ground oil stains and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The super-concentrated floor cleaning agent on the market at present is characterized in that chemically strong basic salts such as caustic soda, soda ash, metasilicate, phosphate and the like are added to adjust the pH value of the cleaning agent, so that the pH value of the cleaning agent is still kept in a strong alkali state of about 11 under a high dilution multiple, and the effect of quickly removing oil is achieved. However, the degreasing technique is still at a level where the degreasing ability is enhanced by the use of conventional strong base aids, and people may suffer various degrees of skin damage from prolonged contact with such cleaners. In addition, waste liquid generated by the cleaning agent can not be directly discharged, and can be discharged after chemical neutralization treatment reaches the standard, so that the cost is increased; meanwhile, the cleaning agent of the type is remained more after cleaning the ground and needs to be rinsed for a plurality of times, thereby invisibly increasing the labor intensity of cleaning work and the waste of water resources.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a novel super-concentrated water-based cleaning agent for ground oil stains and a preparation method thereof, and mainly aims to solve the problems of high corrosivity, difficulty in rinsing and environmental pollution in the prior art.

The high-efficiency detergent is selected from condensation products of fatty amide and ethylene oxide, belongs to a nonionic surfactant, has excellent performances of emulsification, cleaning, static resistance, hard water resistance, degreasing, decontamination and the like, and is used for cleaning heavy dirt.
The low-foaming nonionic surfactant is selected from isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, and is compared with ethoxylate performances of straight-chain alcohol and nonyl phenol, and the result shows that the isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether has better surface activity, excellent wetting performance, less gel phase and lower foaming performance, is more suitable for industrial end use, and is an excellent environment-friendly substitute such as APEO (alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether compound).
The non-ionic emulsifier is selected from fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AEO7), which can completely emulsify natural hydrocarbon solvents into water and form a very stable microemulsion; meanwhile, the oil dirt can be emulsified into water, so that the dirt removing effect is enhanced.
The penetrant is selected from condensation products of fatty alcohol and ethylene oxide (JFC), has fixed hydrophilic and lipophilic groups, can be directionally arranged on the surface of a solution, remarkably reduces the surface tension of dirt, and has the functions of quickly penetrating into the dirt, quickly wetting, dispersing, stripping and the like.
The organic alkali assistant is selected from Triethanolamine (TEOA), is alkalescent organic amine, has certain surface activity and emulsifying capacity, has the function of adjusting the pH value of a solution, can greatly improve the cleaning capacity of the cleaning agent, and can protect the surface of ferrous metal to play a role in corrosion inhibition.
The organic chelating agent is selected from ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid tetrasodium (EDTA-4NA), and can stabilize the heavy metal softened water and achieve the purpose of washing aid.
The hydrocarbon solvent is selected from natural sweet orange extract D-limonene, is a nonpolar oil-soluble solvent, has very high-efficiency and rapid dissolving capacity on grease dirt, and greatly improves the dirt-removing capacity; the solution dissolved in the ethanol has very strong bactericidal and bacteriostatic effects; in addition, the cleaning agent has unique natural faint scent, and the natural texture of the cleaning agent is greatly improved when the cleaning agent is added into the cleaning agent.
The ethanol is a reproducible environment-friendly solvent, can dissolve a great number of polar and nonpolar dirt, greatly improves the dirt-removing capacity of the cleaning agent, has the capacity of quick volatilization, and achieves the function of quick drying after cleaning; in addition, the solution mixed with the D-limonene has very strong bactericidal and bacteriostatic effects, and can also play a certain role in defoaming and increasing the solubility of the surfactant.

A preparation method of a novel super-concentrated ground oil stain water-based cleaning agent comprises the following steps:
(1) putting deionized water into an automatic temperature control stainless steel batching pot provided with an electric constant speed stirrer, heating the deionized water to 30-40 ℃, sequentially adding an organic alkali assistant, an organic chelating agent and salt, starting stirring, mixing and dissolving uniformly, then sequentially adding a high-efficiency detergent, a low-foam nonionic surfactant and a penetrant while stirring, wherein when the high-efficiency detergent, the low-foam nonionic surfactant and the penetrant are added, each component is added after all dissolved liquid is clarified before the next component is added, and the obtained uniform transparent liquid is A;
(2) putting ethanol into another stainless steel batching pot with automatic temperature control and equipped with an electric constant speed stirrer, adding hydrocarbon solvent and nonionic emulsifier in sequence while stirring without heating, and continuously stirring for about 30min to obtain uniform transparent liquid B;
(3) slowly adding the liquid A into the liquid B while stirring, continuously stirring for about 40min, and degassing and filling to obtain the final product.
