The chicken manure which is not contacted with the air is contacted with the air.
In the fermentation process, an operator opens the water spray head 83, and the water spray sprayed from the water spray head 83 can effectively settle the irritants such as ammonia gas and hydrogen sulfide in the discharged gas, so that the irritants reenter the nitrogen fixation layer 93 for reaction, and the complete and effective nitrogen fixation and deodorization effects are achieved.
When the complete fermentation of the chicken manure in one placing box 21 is completed, the PLC 35 through the hole of the operator controls the second motor 32 to rotate, and the second motor 32 enables the belt 34 to convey the placing box 21 in the fermenting chamber 1 out of the fermenting chamber 1. Meanwhile, the placing box 21 filled with the unfermented chicken manure on the other side is slowly conveyed to the inside of the fermentation chamber 1 by the belt 34, so that the working efficiency is improved.
