Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a novel environment-friendly building material.
Background
Building materials used in buildings are collectively referred to as building materials. The new building materials include a wide range of materials, and include heat insulating materials, high-strength materials, breathable materials, and the like, which are also a general term for materials used in civil engineering and construction.
With the development of society and the pursuit of human beings for living quality, people have higher and higher requirements on indoor environment. Since people spend most of their activities indoors, if there are too many harmful substances in the room, various diseases may be caused. The existing environment-friendly indoor building materials have large consumption of non-renewable resources, have low recycling rate of waste materials and are not beneficial to the sustainable development of resources.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a novel environment-friendly building material.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a novel environment-friendly building material comprises granite powder, phosphorus slag, glass wool, a flame retardant, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, glass beads, a hardening agent, waste glass, quartz sand and a dispersing agent.
As a further scheme of the invention, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of granite powder, 5-10 parts of phosphorus slag, 3-5 parts of glass wool, 0.5-1 part of flame retardant, 0.5-2 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 1-2 parts of glass beads, 0.5-1 part of hardening agent, 0.2-0.3 part of waste glass, 0.5-1 part of quartz sand and 0.5-2 parts of dispersing agent.
As a further scheme of the invention, the water reducing agent is a lignosulfonate water reducing agent.
As a further aspect of the invention, the hardener is a polyamide.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention provides a novel environment-friendly building material which is pollution-free, harmless to the environment and human body and good in compressive strength.
2. The invention has good heat preservation and insulation, sound absorption, corrosion resistance and chemical stability.
