Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of petroleum drilling and production equipment, and particularly relates to a cylinder braking type bailing winch brake device.
Background
In the oil drilling operation, the bailing winch is an important part of a drilling machine, and a bailing steel wire rope wound on a roller of the bailing winch reverses direction through a bailing pulley on a crown block, so that the bailing operation including underground testing, oil testing, auxiliary lifting and the like is realized. The bailing winch is generally driven by an alternating-current variable-frequency motor, the bailing drum is driven after the speed is reduced by a cycloid reduction box and a chain box, the main brake of the bailing winch is motor energy-consumption braking, and the auxiliary brake is a belt brake. The band brake device generally transmits brake torque through a link mechanism, mainly manually provides brake torque through a brake handle at the operation end of the link mechanism, and realizes reinforcement of a certain multiple through the link mechanism, so that a brake band is driven to realize a brake function. With the development of drilling equipment and the improvement of automation and control level, higher requirements on safety, energy conservation, high efficiency, labor intensity reduction and the like are provided for an oil field operation field, the traditional bailing winch brake system needs frequent manual braking by workers, the labor cost and the labor intensity are increased, and the traditional manual brake mode cannot meet the requirements on energy conservation and high efficiency of the oil field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a cylinder braking type bailing winch brake device, which solves the problem that the existing bailing winch needs to be manually braked.
The technical scheme of the invention is that the brake device of the cylinder brake type bailing winch comprises two brake belts which are arranged in parallel, wherein a plurality of brake pads are arranged on the inner side of each brake belt, one end of each brake belt is a fixed end, and the other end of each brake belt is a movable end; the two movable ends are connected through a brake belt shaft, and two driving devices are connected to two ends of the brake belt shaft.
It is also characterized in that:
each fixed end comprises a fixed lifting lug, a pull rod head, a pin shaft, a short pull rod and a balance plate which are sequentially connected, and the fixed ends of the two brake belts are connected through the long pull rod.
Each movable end comprises a movable end lifting lug, the movable end lifting lug is connected with one end of a driven crank, and the other end of the driven crank is connected with a brake belt shaft.
The brake belt shaft is connected with a left bearing and a right bearing, and the left bearing and the right bearing are respectively connected with a left bearing seat and a right bearing seat.
Each driving device comprises a push rod type spring brake cylinder, a push rod of the push rod type spring brake cylinder is connected with one end of a crank, and the other end of the crank is connected with the brake belt shaft.
The push rod type spring brake cylinder is connected with a first cylinder support and a second cylinder support respectively.
Each brake band is further connected with a brake band spring device, each brake band spring device comprises a brake suspension rod, one end of each brake suspension rod is connected with the corresponding brake band, the other end of each brake suspension rod is provided with a first nut, and each brake suspension rod is sequentially provided with a spherical clamping seat, a spherical gasket, a brake band spring and a retaining ring.
Each brake band is also connected with a plurality of guide wheel devices, each guide wheel device comprises a supporting seat, the supporting seat is connected with a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod which are parallel to each other through a second pin shaft, one end of the first connecting rod is connected with one end of the second connecting rod through a third pin shaft, one end of a pull rod is connected onto the third pin shaft, the other end of the pull rod is connected with an adjusting nut, a pull rod spring is arranged on the pull rod, the other end of the first connecting rod and the other end of the second connecting rod are connected with guide wheels through the first pin shaft, and the guide wheels are in contact; a first shaft sleeve is arranged between one end of the pull rod and one end of the first connecting rod, a second shaft sleeve is arranged between one end of the pull rod and one end of the second connecting rod, and two ends of the second pin shaft are connected with check rings.
One side of the brake band shaft is connected with a brake handle.
The brake handle is connected with a brake handle sleeve.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the air cylinder braking mode is adopted, so that the braking is flexible and rapid, and the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced; the brake handle is arranged for manual emergency brake, so that the equipment safety is higher; the labor cost of field operation can be reduced, and the drilling cost is saved; the risks of leakage and environmental pollution are reduced, and the energy is saved and the environment is protected; the invention has simple installation and manufacturing process and lower economic cost.

A cylinder braking type bailing winch brake device is shown in figure 1 and comprises two brake belts 18, a brake belt shaft 11 and two push rod type spring braking cylinders 22, wherein one end of each brake belt 18 is a fixed end, and the other end of each brake belt 18 is a movable end;
every stiff end is including connecting gradually fixed lug 17, tie-rod head 12, short pull rod 8, balance plate 9, tie-rod head 12 and short pull rod 8 are through round pin axle 13 connection, the balance plate 9 of two brake areas 18 is respectively through the one end of round pin hub connection long pull rod 10, long pull rod 10 includes the otic placode plug at pull rod and both ends, through threaded connection between the otic placode plug at pull rod and both ends, realize long pull rod 10 and two brake areas 18 vertical verticality through rotatory pull rod, thereby adjust left and right brake area atress equilibrium.
Each movable end comprises a movable end lifting lug 23, and the movable end lifting lug 23 is connected with one end of a driven crank 24; each movable end is connected with a brake belt shaft 11 through the other end of the driven crank 24, the brake belt shaft 11 passes through a left bearing 6 and a right bearing seat 14, the left bearing 6 and the right bearing seat 14 are respectively connected with a left bearing seat 5 and a right bearing seat 15, a seat plate is respectively connected below the left bearing seat 5 and the right bearing seat 15, and the seat plates are welded on the bailing winch base.

Each brake band 18 is further connected with a brake band spring device 19, each brake band spring device 19 comprises a brake suspension rod 20, one end of each brake suspension rod 20 is fixed on a winch frame of the bailing winch, the other end of each brake suspension rod is connected with the brake band 18 through a pin shaft, a spherical clamping seat 25, a spherical gasket 26, a brake band spring 27, a check ring 28 and a nut 29 are sequentially arranged on each nut brake suspension rod 20, and the tensioning degree of the spring is adjusted by adjusting the first nut 29, so that the effect of assisting in adjusting the gap between a brake pad and a brake hub is achieved; each brake band 18 is further connected with two guide wheel devices 21, each guide wheel device 21 comprises a support seat 30, the guide wheel device 21 is fixedly installed on the inner wall of a winch frame of the bailing winch through the support seat 30, the support seat 30 is connected with a first connecting rod 32 and a second connecting rod 33 which are parallel to each other through a second pin shaft 31, one end of the first connecting rod 32 is connected with one end of the second connecting rod 33 through a third pin shaft 34, one end of a pull rod 35 is connected onto the third pin shaft 34, the other end of the pull rod 35 is connected with an adjusting nut 36, a pull rod spring 37 is arranged on the pull rod 35, the other end of the first connecting rod 32 and the other end of the second connecting rod 33 are connected with a guide wheel 39 through a first pin shaft 38, the guide wheel 39 tightly props against the brake band 18, a first shaft sleeve 40 is arranged between one end of the pull rod 35 and one end of the first connecting rod 32, a second shaft; the length of the pull rod 35 is adjusted by the guide wheel device 21 through the adjusting nut 36, so that the guide wheels 39 on the first connecting rod 32 and the second connecting rod 33 are driven to be at the positions of the brake band 18, the tensioning state of the guide wheels 39 and the brake band 18 is adjusted, and the purpose of assisting in adjusting the gap between the brake pad and the brake hub is achieved.
The inner side of the arc of the brake band 18 is provided with a plurality of brake pads, and the tightness degree of the pull rod head 12, the adjusting nut connected with the pull rod head and the adjusting pull rod is adjusted, so that the gap between the brake pads arranged on the brake band 18 and the brake hub is adjusted, and the holding angle between the brake band 18 and the brake hub is about 270 degrees.
Brake band axle 11 is connected with two drive arrangement, every drive arrangement includes push-down spring brake cylinder 22, push-down spring brake cylinder 22's push rod is connected with crank 4's one end, crank 4's the other end is connected brake band axle 11, push-down spring brake cylinder 22's push rod is in the contraction state when not braking, when the system provides the control gas and needs the braking, push-down spring brake cylinder 22's push rod stretches out the action, drive first crank 4 and rotate along brake band axle 11 under the effect of thrust, thereby produce corresponding moment of torsion at brake band axle 11, drive passive crank 24 and loose end lug 23 and draw and rise, thereby make two brake bands 18 hold the brake hub tightly, be in the tensioning state, reach the brake braking effect.
Two push rod type spring brake cylinders 22 are respectively connected to the first cylinder support 2 and the second cylinder support 16, and the first cylinder support 2 and the second cylinder support 16 are fixed on the bailing winch base through bolts.
Brake band shaft 11 one side is connected with brake lever 1, and brake lever 1 has brake lever cover 3 through round pin hub connection, can realize manual emergency brake through brake lever 1, and the device transportation can be dismantled brake lever 1, prevents to transport the size transfinite.
The using process of the invention is as follows:
the first cylinder support 2 and the second cylinder support 16 of the cylinder braking type bailing winch brake device are fixed on a bailing winch base through bolts, when a system provides control air to brake, a push rod of a push rod type spring braking cylinder 22 extends out to drive a first crank 4 to rotate along a brake band shaft 11 under the action of thrust, so that corresponding torque is generated on the brake band shaft 11 to drive a driven crank 24 and a live end lifting lug 23 to be lifted, and two brake bands 18 tightly hold a brake hub and are in a tensioning state to achieve the braking action; the brake handle 1 can be manually operated to drive the driven crank 24 and the movable end lifting lug 23 to be pulled up, so that the two brake belts 18 tightly hold the brake hub, and manual emergency braking is realized.
