Claims (8)

1. A processing method for recovering waste batteries is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. intensively conveying the waste batteries from the waste battery recycling station to a waste battery processing center;
b. classifying and conveying the waste batteries of different models through a sorting device;
c. crushing the sorted waste batteries, and separating the battery shells and the clusters;
d. the graphite rod, the zinc shell, the copper cap and the black substances in the waste battery are recycled;
the sorting equipment comprises a vibrating disk (1) for orderly arranging and conveying the waste batteries, a first arc-shaped fixing plate (21), a second arc-shaped fixing plate (22) and a third arc-shaped fixing plate (23) for conveying the waste batteries according to the type numbers, a first feeding block (31), a second feeding block (32) and a third feeding block (33) for conveying the sorted waste batteries, a first arc-shaped discharge groove (34), a second arc-shaped discharge groove (35) and a third arc-shaped discharge groove (36) for discharging the waste batteries, and a fixing box body (37) for fixing the first arc-shaped fixing plate (21), the second arc-shaped fixing plate (22) and the third arc-shaped fixing plate (23); when waste batteries are classified and conveyed, the waste batteries are firstly put into the vibration disc (1) in a concentrated mode, after the waste batteries are arranged in order through the vibration disc (1), the waste batteries firstly enter the first arc-shaped fixing plate (21), and when the waste batteries cannot enter the second arc-shaped fixing plate (22), the waste batteries fall onto the first feeding block (31) and are discharged through the first arc-shaped discharging groove (34); after the waste batteries enter the second arc-shaped fixing plate (22), when the waste batteries cannot enter the third arc-shaped fixing plate (23), the waste batteries fall onto the second feeding block (32) and are discharged through the second arc-shaped discharge groove (35); when the waste batteries enter the third arc-shaped fixing plate (23), the waste batteries drop onto the third feeding block (33) and are discharged through the third arc-shaped discharge groove (36).
2. The method for recycling and processing the waste battery as claimed in claim 1, wherein: and the graphite rod is recycled by adopting a water washing and drying mode.
3. The method for recycling and processing the waste battery as claimed in claim 1, wherein: and the zinc shell is recycled by adopting a heating and melting mode.
