A heat and flame retardant combined door and window panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein said first flame retardant layer (2) comprises a fire proof glass panel (21), a perlite flame retardant panel (22) and a magnesium silicon flame retardant panel (23), said fire proof glass panel (21) has a side surface adhered to said first decorative layer (1), said fire proof glass panel (21) has another side surface adhered to said perlite flame retardant panel (22), said perlite flame retardant panel (22) has another side surface adhered to said magnesium silicon flame retardant panel (23).

A heat insulating and flame retardant combined door and window panel as claimed in claim 2, wherein said first reinforcing layer (3) comprises a first fiberglass scrim layer (31), a stainless steel plate (32) and a second fiberglass scrim layer (33), said first fiberglass scrim layer (31) has one side surface thereof adhered to said magnesium silicon fire retardant panel (23) and the other side surface thereof adhered to said stainless steel plate (32), said stainless steel plate (32) has the other side surface thereof adhered to said second fiberglass scrim layer (33).

A heat-insulating flame-retardant combination door and window panel as claimed in claim 3, wherein said first insulating layer (4) comprises a coiled aluminum foil (41) for heat insulation, a polystyrene foam layer (42) and an aerogel felt layer (43), said second fiberglass scrim layer (33) has another side surface adhered to said coiled aluminum foil (41) for heat insulation, said coiled aluminum foil (41) has another side surface adhered to said polystyrene foam layer (42) for one side surface, and said polystyrene foam layer (42) has another side surface adhered to said aerogel felt layer (43) for one side surface.

The heat-insulating and flame-retardant combined door and window plate as claimed in claim 4, wherein a sound-insulating layer (5) is adhered between the first heat-insulating layer (4) and the second heat-insulating layer (6), the sound-insulating layer (5) comprises a first polyester fiber layer (51), a first soundproof cotton layer (52), a second soundproof cotton layer (53), a second polyester fiber layer (54), glue injection holes (55), a cavity (56) and a rock wool plate (57), the other side surface of the aerogel felt layer (43) is adhered to one side of the first polyester fiber layer (51), the other side surface of the first polyester fiber layer (51) is adhered to one side surface of the first soundproof cotton layer (52), the other side surface of the first soundproof cotton layer (52) is adhered to one side surface of the rock wool plate (57), the glue injection holes (55) are uniformly formed on the surface of the rock wool plate (57), the rock wool board (57) is inside and be located and seted up cavity (56) between glue filling hole (55), rock wool board (57) the other side surface with second soundproof cotton layer (53) one side surface pastes continuously, second soundproof cotton layer (53) the other side surface with second polyester fiber layer (54) one side surface pastes continuously.
