The automatic high-speed vacuum plastic-sucking forming machine comprises a plastic-sucking machine body (1) and a feeding device, wherein the feeding device comprises a material placing frame (2), a material roller (4) wound with plastic sheets (3) is rotatably connected onto the material placing frame (2), one end, close to the plastic-sucking machine body (1), of the material placing frame (2) is rotatably connected with an upper compression roller (5) and a lower compression roller (6), the automatic high-speed vacuum plastic-sucking forming machine is characterized in that the material placing frame (2) is horizontally provided with a material placing plate (7) on one side, facing the lower compression roller (6), of the material roller (4), the material placing plate (7) is arranged along the axial direction of the material roller (4), the upper surface of the material placing plate (7) is coplanar with the surface of the lower compression roller (6), and one end of the lower compression roller (6) is provided with a motor (;
the plastic sheet material clamping device is characterized in that finger cylinders (9) used for clamping plastic sheets (3) are respectively arranged at two ends, located on a material placing plate (7), of the material placing frame (2), slide rails (10) are arranged on the material placing frame (2) along the movement direction of the plastic sheets (3), slide blocks (11) are connected in the slide rails (10) in a sliding mode, the slide blocks (11) are fixedly connected with cylinder bodies of the finger cylinders (9), and driving devices for driving the slide blocks (11) to move along the slide rails (10) are arranged on the material placing frame (2).

The automatic high-speed vacuum plastic molding machine according to claim 1, wherein the two ends of the upper compression roller (5) are provided with first bearing seats (12), the material placing frame (2) is provided with a lifting cylinder (13) along the vertical direction, and the end of a piston rod of the lifting cylinder (13) is fixedly connected with the first bearing seats (12).

The automatic high-speed vacuum plastic-sucking molding machine according to claim 1, wherein a limiting ring (14) is sleeved around two ends of the upper pressing roller (5) and the lower pressing roller (6), gaps are arranged between the surfaces of the upper pressing roller (5) and the lower pressing roller (6) and the inner wall of the limiting ring (14), and the limiting ring (14) is detachably connected with the material placing frame (2).

The automatic high-speed vacuum plastic sucking molding machine according to claim 1, wherein the material placing frame (2) is provided with a tension roller (15) between the material roller (4) and the lower pressing roller (6), the two ends of the tension roller (15) are provided with second bearing seats (16), the material placing frame (2) is provided with a chute (17) which is connected with the tension roller (15) in a sliding manner along the vertical direction, the material placing frame (2) is provided with a tension cylinder (18) which drives the second bearing seats (16) to ascend and descend, and the tension roller (15) is located above the plastic sheets (3).
5. The automatic high-speed vacuum forming machine according to claim 1, wherein a rubber pad (19) is provided on a surface of the finger cylinder (9) facing the two jaws.

The automatic high-speed vacuum plastic-sucking molding machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper surface of the material-placing frame (2) is provided with a rotating groove (20) rotatably connected with two ends of the material roller (4), one side of the upper surface of the material-placing frame (2) which is located at the rotating groove (20) and close to the material-placing plate (7) is provided with a stop block (21), one end of the material roller (4) is fixedly connected with a ratchet wheel (22), a pawl (23) is arranged below the ratchet wheel (22) on the side wall of the material-placing frame (2), the lower end of the pawl (23) is hinged with the material-placing frame (2), the upper end of the pawl (23) is meshed with the ratchet wheel (22), and a spring (24) is connected between the middle part of the pawl (23) and the material.

The automatic high-speed vacuum plastic molding machine according to claim 6, wherein the surface of the material roller (4) near the two ends of the material placing frame (2) is provided with an annular limiting groove (25), the material placing frame (2) is rotatably connected with a limiting wheel (26), and the limiting wheel (26) extends into the limiting groove (25) and is in rolling connection with the limiting groove (25).
