(2) two rotary cleaning heads for cleaning the insulator strings rotate clockwise and anticlockwise in a plane respectively and then surround the insulator strings for spray cleaning, but when three insulator strings or a plurality of insulator strings are arranged in parallel and the distance between the three insulator strings is short, the rotary mode of the cleaning heads can not clean the insulators in the middle obviously.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the rotary cleaning head device for insulator strings of the present disclosure mainly comprises three parts, a movable base 1, a lifting track 2 and a cleaning device 3; wherein lifting rail 2 is installed on removing base 1, and belt cleaning device 3 is along lifting rail 2 and do the up-and-down motion, realizes the upper and lower washing of post insulator.
The universal wheels 4 are installed at four corners of the bottom of the movable base 1, and a brake device can be arranged on the universal wheels for fixing the movable base in the cleaning process.

The power system on the crossbeam comprises a lifting motor 9, a motor support, a lifting winding drum 10 and a steel wire rope 11, wherein the lifting motor 9 is installed on the crossbeam connected with the two lifting tracks through the motor support, a driving shaft of the motor is connected with the lifting winding drum 10, one end of the steel wire rope 11 is wound on the lifting winding drum 10, and the other end of the steel wire rope is connected to a cleaning table of the cleaning device.
As shown in fig. 3, the cleaning device 3 in the present disclosure includes a pair of arc cleaning heads 31, a cleaning head support 32, a cleaning platform 33 and a lifting platform 34, wherein a hook 341 connected to a steel wire rope is provided on the lifting platform 34, a pair or a plurality of pairs of ear plates 342 are provided on the lifting platform, round holes 343 with the same size are provided on the two ear plates 342, and a certain gap is provided between the two ear plates 342 for placing the cleaning platform.
As shown in fig. 4-5, the cleaning platform 33 of the present disclosure is a T-shaped platform, a through hole 332 is disposed on a long side 331 of the T-shaped platform, the through hole 332 corresponds to the circular holes on the two ear plates, so that the cleaning platform can be fixed by a pin, the detachable connection of the cleaning platform and the lifting platform is realized, and circular holes 334 are disposed on two sides of a short side 333 of the T-shaped platform and used for mounting a cleaning head support.
The cleaning head bracket 32 mainly comprises a rotating section 321 and a water storage section 322, wherein the rotating section 321 is fixedly connected with the water storage section 322, the water storage section 322 is provided with an external thread port 323 and a water inlet 324, the inside of the water storage section 322 is hollow, so that water can be stored conveniently, the water inlet 324 is connected with a water inlet pipeline for supplying water to the water storage section, and the external thread port 323 is connected with a cleaning head; in addition, the rotating section 321 is cylindrical, the rotating section 321 is in clearance fit with a round hole in the short side of the T-shaped platform, so that the cleaning head support can rotate 360 degrees around the axis of the cleaning head support, and the end of the rotating section 321 is connected with the gear 325.
In order to realize the autorotation of the cleaning head support, a set of rotating motor 335 is respectively arranged beside round holes on two sides of the short side of the T-shaped platform, the rotating motor is fixed on the short side of the T-shaped platform through a motor support 336, a driving gear 337 is connected onto a driving shaft of the motor, the driving gear is matched with a driven gear 325 arranged at one end of a rotating section on the cleaning head support to realize the rotation of the cleaning head support, and besides, the transmission of motion can be realized through chain wheel transmission between the rotating motor and the cleaning head.
As shown in fig. 5, in order to realize omnibearing cleaning of the insulator string, each arc-shaped cleaning head 31 of the present disclosure is a semicircular arc, a plurality of pinholes are arranged on one surface facing the insulator string, and water flow is ejected from the pinholes to wash the insulator; the arc cleaning head is also hollow, the inner thread opening 311 is arranged on the outer side of the arc cleaning head, and the outer thread opening of the cleaning head support is in threaded connection with the inner thread opening, so that the arc cleaning head and the cleaning head are communicated, and the cleaning heads with different arc sizes can be replaced at any time aiming at insulator strings with different diameter sizes.

the cleaning system comprises a pair of arc-shaped cleaning heads, a cleaning head bracket, a cleaning platform and a lifting platform; the arc-shaped cleaning head is detachably connected with the cleaning head bracket; the cleaning head bracket is in clearance fit with the cleaning platform; can rotate 360 degrees around the axis line; the cleaning platform is detachably connected with the lifting platform.
2. The insulator string rotating cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water standby tank, the water suction pump and the controller are arranged on the moving base.
3. The rotary cleaning device for insulator strings as claimed in claim 1, wherein universal wheels are provided at four corners of the bottom of the movable base.

The rotary cleaning device for insulator strings as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lifting rail comprises a left rail and a right rail; the bottom end of the lifting track is fixedly connected or detachably connected with the mobile platform; a beam is arranged at the top of the lifting track, and a power system for lifting the cleaning system is arranged on the beam.

The insulator string rotary cleaning device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the power system comprises a lifting motor, a motor support, a lifting drum and a steel wire rope; the lifting motor is fixed on the cross beam through a motor support; a motor shaft of the lifting motor is connected with the winding drum; one end of the steel wire rope is wound on the winding drum, and the other end of the steel wire rope is connected with the cleaning device.

The rotary cleaning device for insulator strings in claim 1, wherein the cleaning bracket is composed of a water storage section and a rotary section; the cleaning platform is a T-shaped platform, the long edge of the T-shaped platform is detachably connected with the cleaning platform, and through holes are formed in two sides of the short edge of the T-shaped platform; the rotating section is in clearance fit with the through hole, and the rotating section rotates 360 degrees in the through hole; and a water inlet and an external thread opening are formed in the water storage section.

The rotary cleaning device for the insulator string as claimed in claim 6, wherein the T-shaped platform is provided with a through hole on the long side, the cleaning platform is provided with a pair of ear plates, and each ear plate is provided with a pin shaft hole; the long edge of the T-shaped platform is arranged between the two ear plates and is connected through a pin shaft.
