At the moment, the surface of the boiler is forced out of oil stains on the boiler due to high temperature.
4. The turntable 122 is driven to rotate 90 degrees to turn the heated boiler to a material pick-up station.
5. The four-axis manipulator 22 drives the holding mechanism 23 on the four-axis manipulator to the material taking station, holds the heated boiler, ascends for a certain distance, and then brings the boiler to the first cleaning tank 3 through the four-axis manipulator 22.
6. The first cleaning tank 3 is filled with fluorine-containing toothpaste water, the four-axis manipulator 22 descends the boiler to enable the boiler to be immersed below the toothpaste water surface, the four-axis manipulator 22 drives the boiler to move left and right, and the fluorine in the toothpaste water and the zinc alloy surface are subjected to chemical reaction to form a layer of protective film.
7. The four-axis manipulator 22 drives the boiler to ascend, then moves forwards to the brush and moves left and right, so that the boiler is scrubbed on the brush to remove oil stains and dirt.
8. After the cleaning is finished, the four-axis manipulator 22 drives the boiler to ascend and move to the second cleaning tank 8, the water in the second cleaning tank 8 is clean water, and the four-axis manipulator 22 drives the boiler to move left and right in the clean water, so that toothpaste water on the surface of the boiler is removed.
9. Finally, the four-axis manipulator 22 drives the cleaned boiler to the loading tray 4, and the clamping mechanism 23 is loosened and the four-axis manipulator is moved all the time, so that the boiler falls down in the same direction to be placed in order.
10. The four-axis manipulator 22 moves to the material taking station in an idle load manner, and repeats the actions of 1-9.

the heating device (11) is installed at the top end of the first rack (5) and fixed on the adjacent side of the turntable (12), a thimble type heating part and a lifting mechanism for driving the thimble type heating part to do lifting motion are arranged on the heating device, and the lifting mechanism drives the thimble type heating part to heat the product (6) on the material loading jig (121);
the taking and placing mechanism (2) is installed at the top end of a second rack (7), a four-axis manipulator (22) and a clamping mechanism (23) arranged at the tail end of the four-axis manipulator (22) are arranged on the taking and placing mechanism (2), and the clamping mechanism (23) is used for clamping the product (6) on the material loading jig (121);
the cleaning tank group comprises a first cleaning tank (3) and a second cleaning tank (8) which are adjacent and separated, a brush support is arranged in a cavity of the first cleaning tank (3), and a brush (33) for washing a product (6) is arranged on the brush support;
the material loading tray (4) is fixed on one side of the upper end of the second rack (7);

1) the four-shaft mechanical arm (22) drives the clamping mechanism (23) to clamp the heated product (6) on the turntable (12);
2) the four-axis manipulator (22) drives the clamping mechanism (23) and the product (6) to a first cleaning tank (3) filled with cleaning liquid;
3) the four-axis manipulator (22) drives the clamping mechanism (23) and the product (6) to slide left and right for a plurality of times in the cleaning solution;
4) the four-axis manipulator (22) drives the product (6) on the clamping mechanism (23) to scrub the brush (33) for a plurality of times;
5) the four-axis manipulator (22) drives the clamping mechanism (23) and the product (6) to move to a second cleaning tank (8) filled with clean water and drives the product (6) to slide in the clean water for a plurality of times;
6) the four-axis mechanical arm (22) drives the clamping mechanism (23) and the products (6) to the upper part of the material carrying tray (4), the clamping mechanism (23) is loosened, and the cleaned products (6) are sequentially placed in the material carrying tray (4).
2. A heated washing installation according to claim 1, characterised in that the loading means (1), on which the first rotary drive means (13) comprise:
a mounting bracket (131) mounted on the lower end face of the upper end top plate (51) of the first frame (5);
the divider (133) is arranged in a U-shaped cavity on the mounting bracket (131), a structure for converting vertical surface rotation into horizontal surface rotation is arranged in the divider (133), a vertical surface rotating shaft is arranged on one side of the divider, a horizontal surface rotating shaft is arranged on the upper end surface of the divider, and the vertical surface rotating shaft is connected with the horizontal surface rotating shaft through a linkage gear;
the first motor (134) is arranged on one side of the mounting bracket (131), a rotating shaft of the first motor (134) is connected with a vertical surface rotating shaft on the divider (133) through a synchronous belt transmission mechanism (132), the first motor (134) drives the vertical surface rotating shaft of the divider (133) to rotate through the synchronous belt transmission mechanism (132), the vertical surface rotating shaft rotates to drive a horizontal surface rotating shaft to rotate through a linkage gear, and the upper end of the horizontal surface rotating shaft is connected with the turntable assembly (12).
3. A heated washing apparatus according to claim 2, characterised in that the loading mechanism (1), on which the carousel assembly (12) comprises:
the jig mounting holes are formed in the circumference quartering line of the rotary table (122), are formed in the upper end face of the top plate (51), and the middle of the jig mounting holes is mounted on the horizontal plane rotating shaft;
the four material loading jigs (121) are respectively installed on the jig installation holes in the four directions of the turntable, the four material loading jigs (121) form a square structure, and a plurality of slots for placing the products (6) are formed in each material loading jig (121).
4. A heated washing apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the heating means (11) comprise:
the L-shaped mounting bracket (113) is fixed on the top plate (51) at the top end of the first frame (5);
the lifting mechanism is arranged on the side surface facing the turntable assembly (12) and comprises a first cylinder (114) which is vertically arranged, the driving end of the first cylinder (114) is upwards connected with a horizontally arranged connecting plate (112), and the front part of the connecting plate (112) is provided with a square hole for avoiding the probe (115);
the thimble mounting box comprises a probe mounting plate (116) and a protective cover (111), wherein the protective cover (111) is provided with a left opening and a right opening and covers the probe mounting plate (116);
the probes (115) are arranged on the probe mounting plate (116) in a penetrating mode in order, the lower ends of the probes are exposed out of the lower end of the probe mounting plate (116), and the probes correspond to the products on the material loading jig (121) one by one.
5. A heated cleaning device as claimed in claim 4, characterised in that the top end of the product (6) is provided with two sets of thimble inserts, each set being a positive thimble (63) and a negative thimble (62), respectively.
6. A heated cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that said pick and place mechanism (2) comprises:
the manipulator base (21) is fixedly arranged on the top plate surface of the second rack (7);
the four-axis manipulator (22) is arranged on one side of the top end of the manipulator base (21);
the four-axis manipulator (22) comprises:
the driving end of the first rotating mechanism faces upwards and is arranged on one side of the upper end surface of the first rotating mechanism, and the power source of the first rotating mechanism is a second motor;
the first rotating part is horizontally fixed at the driving end of the first rotating mechanism, the rotating part of the first rotating part synchronously rotates in a circumferential manner along with the driving end of the first rotating mechanism, a shaft body is arranged on the upper side of the other end of the rotating part, and a first gear is fixedly connected onto the shaft body;
the second rotating part is horizontally sleeved on the shaft body, a third motor, a fourth motor and a second air cylinder assembly are arranged in the second rotating part, a second gear is fixedly connected to the driving end of the third motor and meshed with the first gear, the third motor drives the second gear to rotate, the second gear is reacted by the first gear to drive the whole second rotating part to do horizontal rotation, and the fourth motor drives the second air cylinder assembly to do horizontal rotation; the second cylinder assembly is arranged at one end far away from the shaft body and is a linear telescopic cylinder, and the driving end of the linear telescopic cylinder faces downwards and is fixedly connected with a clamping mechanism (23) at the lower end of the driving end.

The heating and cleaning device according to claim 6, wherein the clamping mechanism (23) comprises a clamping cylinder (232), two clamping blocks (233) and a shaft sleeve (231), the shaft sleeve (231) is fixedly connected to the lower end of the driving end of the linear telescopic cylinder and laterally connected with the clamping cylinder (232), piston rods on two sides of the clamping cylinder (232) are respectively connected with clamping plates, the clamping blocks (233) are respectively mounted on the two clamping plates, and the two clamping blocks are driven by the clamping cylinder (232) to perform opposite and opposite actions to clamp and loosen the product (6).
