本发明涉及化妆品制备技术领域,特别涉及一种半透燕窝霜。
背景技术
人体肌肤由于年龄的增长会呈现自然衰老,但是当受到恶劣天气或气候影响,或者受到外在环境刺激以及不良作息习惯的影响时,容易导致肌肤失水,加速老化和受到破坏,从而产生皱纹或者黑色素沉积。特别是经常熬夜及常受外界恶劣环境各种刺激的肌肤,容易使肌肤胶原纤维断裂和变少而导致产生皱纹,更有甚者,会引起细胞间化学反应所需条件发生变化,进而产生有害的中间体-自由基,由于自由基可氧化细胞各类组织,造成损伤,破坏细胞微循环,使人呈现过早衰老状态。如果皮肤持续受环境刺激影响,表皮细胞的更新和代谢速度会减慢,易造成皮肤的色素沉淀,如果再伴随着大量的紫外线辐射,皮肤中的黑色素细胞产生黑色素,人体机制为了防止紫外线损伤皮肤,选择把黑色素留在表皮细胞中,不能代谢,从而形成色斑。色斑一旦形成,需表皮细胞经历生发层-刺细胞层-颗粒层-角质层这四个增殖分化过程方可代谢形成角质脱落,带走黑色素。由于每个人整个代谢周期不同,同时与代谢过程的营养供应有关,充足的营养物质会加快代谢,使色斑消除。因此,抗击面部肌肤的老化,补水保湿是关键,修复面部肌肤的皱纹和色斑,则需提供充足的营养及抗氧化因子,显然,面部肌肤需要特别的滋润和护理。
众所周知,高等生物的唾液含有尿酸、抗坏血酸、谷胱甘肽、糖蛋白等丰富的抗氧化剂。其中,燕窝作为一种天然的美容养颜食品,含有促进细胞生长的表皮生长因子和激素,并且富含氨基酸、维生素和矿物质、胶原蛋白等多种营养物质,燕窝含有的氨基酸中,有42.47%左右为小分子量的氨基酸,是纯天然的养生极品。科学研究表明:燕窝在护肤品有着消除皱纹,淡化色斑,延缓衰老,高效修复和滋润补水等效果。这主要是因为,燕窝中的各种生长因子和激素能主动结合受损皮肤附近细胞中的细胞膜特异性受体,向细胞传递信号,激活蛋白酶,促进蛋白质合成,同时,它能向纤维细胞发送信号,促进表皮细胞和成纤维细胞的代谢、生长和增殖,加速皮肤细胞更新和新陈代谢,加速淡化色斑。当真皮中的成纤维细胞得到补充和增殖,能修复老化的弹性纤维和胶原纤维,从而消除皱纹;另一方面,燕窝可维护离子盐溶液之间平衡性,降低无效电子的活跃性,减少有害自由基的产生。再者,人体肌肤细胞在进行新陈代谢中,只可以吸收摩尔系数不能超过550左右的小分子,在燕窝中,有很多的氨基酸都低于这个值,可以直接进入表皮进行皮肤的修复,补充氨基酸,增加胶原纤维的含量,从而使皮肤保持弹性和光泽,延缓衰老。更重要的是,燕窝中富含的胶原蛋白,可增强皮肤表面总保湿性,延缓表皮细胞的衰老,使皮肤尽显光泽。
由于环境的改变及人们生活习惯趋向于熬夜晚睡,现代人长期面对电脑工作,或者高频率长时间的使用手机,皮肤普遍存在干燥、发暗发黄、多色斑及皱纹等皮肤问题,市面上化妆品种类繁多,但保湿和抗氧化效果有待提高,且针对不同皮肤适应性不同,没有综合性能较佳的护肤品。
可见,现有技术还有待改进和提高。

鉴于上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种半透燕窝霜,旨在解决现有技术中护肤品中无保湿性和抗氧化性及滋养性较佳的半透霜。

本发明提供一种半透燕窝霜,所述半透燕窝霜包括以下质量百分比的成分:活性保湿剂9%~15%、增稠剂0.5%~3.0%、乳化剂0.5%~2.0%、润肤剂8%~12%、防腐剂0.5%~0.8%及香精0.1%~0.2%,其余为二次蒸馏水,所述活性保湿剂中包括燕窝提取物及神经酰胺。

上述半透燕窝霜成分配比中,所述润肤剂包括环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的几种。所述聚二甲基硅氧烷及聚二甲基硅氧烷醇具较佳的润滑及抗紫外线作用,也能提高制品在皮肤中渗透性,具有滋养及改善肤感的作用,两者同时使用,能够提高制品的亲水性,添加适量,能提高半透霜的柔润性,具有润滑柔爽的感觉。

上述配比的半透燕窝霜,通过以下方法制备而成:
油相的制备:按配比取聚二甲基硅氧烷丶丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物丶卵磷脂、轻质卵磷脂丶环五聚二甲基硅氧烷丶聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚二甲基硅氧烷醇,混合,搅拌均匀,得到油相,待用。
水相的制备:按配比取透明质酸钠丶燕窝活性提取物、神经酰胺、去离子水丶霍霍巴蜡PEG-120酯类丶聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6丶丙二醇丶海藻糖、甘油丶羟苯甲酯丶羟苯乙酯丶羟苯丙酯、1%丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物丶丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物,先将霍霍巴蜡PEG-120酯类加入到去离子水中,搅拌加热到75~80℃,为B料,待温度降至70℃,加入1%丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合,用加热至70℃的丙二醇溶液,来溶解羟苯乙酯和羟苯丙酯,边加热边加入羟苯乙酯和羟苯丙酯,不断搅拌,为A料,水相其余原料混合搅拌均匀后,加入A料,搅拌均匀,再将其加到B料中,搅拌并恒温80℃,保持5min,得到水相,待用。
两相混合:按配比取苯氧乙醇、香精、油相、水相。待水相温度降至55℃,将制备好的油相加入水相混合,搅拌均匀后,均质2min,加入香精,然后将加入苯氧乙醇至体系中,不断搅拌,冷却至室温,制得含有燕窝活性组分的半透燕窝霜。

上述配比的半透霜具有较优的保湿性能及抗氧化性能,淡化色斑的效果明显,能加速皮肤的新陈代谢,使皮肤柔亮光泽,肤感良好。所述半透霜的具体分析检测数据如表1、表2所示。

将上述实施例1-5对应产品标定为1#、2#、3#、4#、5#样品,然后进行感官特性的测定和理化特性的测试,以检测其效果。
1、感官特性的测定:包括颜色、香气和外观及人体试用体验。随机选取同一地区25~40岁的健康人群300人参加感官评定实验,其中,25~30岁的60人、30~35岁的80人、35~40岁的160人,300志愿者中普遍存在皮肤干燥、眼部周围存在细纹的现象,30~35岁年龄段有17人脸部有色斑,35~40岁年龄段有74人有色斑,所有志愿者在使用前后进行卸妆拍照,使用前后进行比对。具体实施过程中,将300个志愿者分成6组,每组50人,其中一组为对比组,其余5组为实验组,实验组人员分别对实施例1-5对应的半透燕窝霜进行颜色、香气、外观的评价,并且分别在其手背及脸部皮肤上试用1-5#样品28天,试用过程中及试用后对产品使用效果进行评价。对比组试用市场购买来的半透霜。需要注意的是,在脸部试用前,需先在手背皮肤试用一周后无特殊反应方可进行脸部试用。另外,所有志愿者在试用过程中不服用任何美容养颜的保健品,也不使用除试用样品外的任何保湿抗皱除色斑护肤品。
感官评定包括试用前、试用中及试用后的评定,采用分级评定,对各项指标进行打分,极为喜欢为9分、非常喜欢为8分、喜欢7、轻微喜欢6、无感觉5、轻微讨厌4、讨厌3、非常讨厌2、极为讨厌1,测试后将所有评定结果进行统计,最后得出平均值和标准差,统计结果如表1所示。
具体评价指标有:使用前,对颜色、香气及外观进行评价,通过志愿者直接观察进行;使用过程中,对使用的感官体验进行打分,指标包括:产品是否容易涂抹均匀、是否能快速渗入皮肤、是否能快速被皮肤吸收、肤感是否粘腻、油腻;试用14天及28天后对使用效果进行评价,评定指标包括:产品是否能让干燥皮肤得到缓解,是否能改善干燥皮肤,是否具有保湿的效果、肌肤是否感觉水润柔嫩,皱纹是否有得到舒缓,色斑是否有淡化的现象。
2、理化特性的测试:包括pH值、稳定性测定、卫生指标测定、保湿性能测试、抗氧化性能测试。其中,pH值测试采用10%的半透霜稀释液作为测试对象;稳定性测试采用目视比对法进行测试,将待测样品均分为4份,一份常温保存,一份置于14℃恒温箱24h,一份置于-15℃的冰箱中24h,最后一份交替放入(48℃/24h)恒温箱和(-15℃/24h)冰箱中,循环交替至少5次,然后分别与常温保存的样品进行比对,看是否有分层现象;保湿性能测试采用将测试样品配成5g/L的水溶液,将50mL样品溶液置于湿度控制箱中,分别在相对湿度为43%和81%,温度为(25±1)℃的湿度控制箱中放置8小时,测定放置前后的重量,重复测量3次,取平均值,计算保湿率;所述抗氧化性能测试采用考马斯亮蓝法进行测定,采用南京建成生物工程研究所提供的A015-1总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)测试盒进行测试。所有测试结果如表2所示。

从表1可知,1#-5#均具有较佳的颜色、气味及外观,志愿者使用后具有较佳的感官体验,在保湿、抗皱、淡化色斑上具有较好的效果,能改善干燥皮肤,使用后普遍觉得肌肤较使用前更为滋润,300志愿者中无出现过敏及体感不舒服的现象,感官体验较佳。
从表2可知,1#-5#的pH值均接近中性,其耐热、耐寒及寒热循环稳定性均表现良好,离心稳定性测试中均不存在分层现象,卫生指标均到达要求,保湿率测试中表现为在较宽的湿度范围内均具有较佳的保湿效果,总抗氧化能力较佳,特别是1#半透燕窝霜,各项指标均表现优异,具有较优的保湿、抗氧化性能。
可以理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,而所有这些改变或替换都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种半透燕窝霜,其特征在于,所述半透燕窝霜包括以下质量百分比的成分:活性保湿剂6.37%~9.31%、增稠剂0.8%~1.2%、乳化剂0.65%~1.2%、润肤剂7.1%~12%、防腐剂0.60%及香精0.1%~0.2%,其余为二次蒸馏水,所述活性保湿剂中包括燕窝提取物及神经酰胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的半透燕窝霜,其特征在于,所述燕窝提取物及神经酰胺的配比为0.5~3∶1~2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的半透燕窝霜,其特征在于,所述活性保湿剂还包括霍霍巴蜡PEG-120酯类、海藻糖、透明质酸钠、甘油、丙二醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的半透燕窝霜,其特征在于,所述增稠剂包括聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的半透燕窝霜,其特征在于,所述防腐剂包括羟苯甲酯、羟苯乙酯、羟苯丙酯、苯氧乙醇中的几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的半透燕窝霜,其特征在于,所述乳化剂包括丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、卵磷脂、氢化卵磷脂中的几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的半透燕窝霜,其特征在于,所述润肤剂包括环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇中的几种。
