Description

Puncture drainage component and pus cavity drainage device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of a sac cavity drainage treatment device, in particular to a puncture drainage assembly and a pus cavity drainage device.
Background
Acute mastitis mostly occurs in women in the lactation period after delivery, and most of the acute mastitis is most common in the 3-4 weeks after delivery and can occur at any time point in the lactation period of the puerpera. Pathogenic bacteria generally invade from a nipple laceration or rhagadia to cause infection, and the mammary abscess is a serious inflammation stage developed on the basis of the infection, and some patients often do not properly treat at home or have multiple disease courses, so that simple inflammation is developed into the mammary abscess. The abscess is formed, drainage must be carried out in time, even the opening is larger, the traditional operation treatment needs to be carried out 'drainage to the mouth', a large amount of gauze is used for filling, the medicine is changed every day, the gauze is changed until the wound is healed, the process is painful, and the workload of doctors is quite large.
At present, some hospitals or doctors try minimally invasive methods to treat abscess, and the main methods are two, namely a puncture pus-drawing method and a puncture catheter-placing drainage method.
The first puncture pus-drawing method is to draw out pus by using a syringe, so as to avoid the pain of the operation, and generally operates under the guidance of ultrasound to ensure the success of puncture pus-drawing. The method has the advantage that only one pus drawing needle hole of the epidermis can be healed the next day.
However, the puncture pus-drawing method is suitable for pus cavities with completely liquefied abscesses, if many solid secretions such as cheese, milk residues and the like in the pus cavities easily block the needle heads, and the pus-drawing effect is greatly weakened; and puncture pus-drawing method has a shortcoming that the treatment effect is only achieved when drawing pus, the pus cannot be continuously discharged, and secondary puncture is needed if the pus appears again, so that the puncture pus-drawing method is not suitable for an excessively large pus cavity, the pus is difficult to be removed completely, and the residual pus can cause the risk of chronic inflammation. In addition, pus extraction requires a doctor to manually extract pus, which increases the burden on the doctor, and thus leads to a limited daily visit.
The second puncture catheterization drainage method is to place a drainage tube in the abscess cavity and fix the drainage tube. Because the diameter of the drainage tube is larger than that of the syringe needle, the drainage tube also has better drainage effect on solid powder slag-like secretion. It has another advantage that because the drainage tube is continuously placed, the drainage tube has the effect of continuous drainage, and the secretion in the abscess cavity can be continuously discharged. And the pus cavity can be washed through the drainage tube after operation, so that the pus can be thoroughly discharged as soon as possible. But present drainage tube diameter is far away than syringe needle diameter, and the wound can be far away than the wound of syringe, and the puncture forms the passageway and sets up the drainage tube and divide two steps to go on moreover, need puncture through other modes earlier and form the passageway promptly, and rethread auxiliary device sets up the drainage tube in the passageway, leads to the troublesome poeration, and because the substep is gone on, after forming the passageway, the pus is must flow out, further increases clearance work load.
In the prior art, other hard devices wrap the drainage tube, so that puncture and drainage tube placement are completed at one time, but the hard devices wrap the outside of the drainage tube, other operation steps are needed to separate the hard devices from the drainage tube, and drainage can be started after the hard devices are pulled out, so that pain of patients is obviously increased, and operation time is also increased. And the process of the hard device wrapping externally and pulling out further increases the wound.
