The terminal can receive the times of turning over and getting up at night through the wireless transmission module. The sleep quality degree of the user at night can be judged by comparing the recent times of getting up and turning over at night. For example, the number of nights in the evening is 1 or 0, the number of turning-over is 3-5, the number of nights in a certain day is 3, and the number of turning-over is 10, so that the sleep quality in the evening can be judged to be reduced.

In order to make the user more comfortable to sleep, the upper material has a larger proportion than the lower material; the terminal can be set with the weight of the user, which is obtained by subtracting the total weight of the upper parts of the quilt, the pillow and the mattress body from the received weight. Clothes can be taken off when people sleep at night, the weight of the user displayed on the terminal can reduce detection errors caused by the weight of the clothes, and the displayed weight of the user is more accurate.
The weight detecting device is connected to the controller, and the controller may store the weight of the mattress owner, for example, the weight of the mattress owner is 70kg, when the weight transmitted by the weight detecting device received by the controller is within 3kg of the weight of 70kg, the controller controls the other devices to operate, and when the weight transmitted by the weight detecting device received by the controller is greater than 70kg, the controller controls the other devices to stop operating. The above 70kg and 3kg are exemplary numbers, and may be set by a user according to a user requirement or a setting condition of the mattress in a self-defined manner, or by default in a factory.
The change of recent weight is checked through the terminal, and when the weight changes to a large extent, doctors can be consulted to even make further examination according to actual conditions so as to prevent diseases. When the user is hospitalized, various body data in the terminal can be provided for the doctor, and the body data at various moments more comprehensively reflects the recent body condition so that the doctor can more accurately judge the state of an illness.

respiratory frequency inductor, pulse inductor, heart rate inductor, pressure inductor.
3. The intelligent monitoring mattress of claim 1, wherein the controller is a PLC controller or a single chip controller.
4. The intelligent monitoring mattress according to claim 1, characterized in that the alarm prompt of the alarm comprises a ringing alarm prompt and/or a vibration alarm prompt.
5. The intelligent monitoring mattress of claim 1, wherein the mattress body further comprises a memory, the memory being coupled to the controller, the controller sending the sensing signals received from the sensors to the memory to cause the memory to store the sensing signals.
6. The intelligent monitoring mattress of claim 5, wherein the mattress body further comprises a wireless transmission module, and the wireless transmission module is connected with the controller so that a terminal can acquire the induction signals stored in the memory through the wireless transmission module.
7. The intelligent monitoring mattress of claim 1, wherein the mattress body further comprises a power module, the voltage of the power module being provided by a rechargeable battery.
8. A monitoring method of an intelligent monitoring mattress, which is applied to the intelligent monitoring mattress according to claim 1, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the sensor senses a sensing signal; the sensing signal is related to body data of a user;
the controller receives the induction signal induced by the inductor and judges whether the induction signal is abnormal or not according to a preset index range;
when the induction signal is abnormal, the controller controls the alarm to give an alarm prompt.
9. The monitoring method of the intelligent monitoring mattress according to claim 8, wherein the mattress main body further comprises a memory and a wireless transmission module, the memory and the wireless transmission module are respectively connected with the controller, the controller sends the sensing signals received from the sensor to the memory so that the memory stores the sensing signals, and the terminal acquires the sensing signals stored in the memory through the wireless transmission module;
the method further comprises the following steps:
the controller sends the induction signal to the terminal through the wireless transmission module, so that the terminal generates body data of the user at each moment according to the induction signal.
10. The monitoring method of an intelligent monitoring mattress according to claim 9, further comprising:
when the induction signal is abnormal, the controller sends the induction signal to the terminal through the wireless transmission module so that the terminal sends an alarm prompt.
