a feature storage unit connected to the color discrimination unit and configured to store a red luminance distribution section, a green luminance distribution section, and a blue luminance distribution section in an RGB color space in advance;
wherein identifying a mattress sprite in the received end operation screen based on the color characteristics of the outer layer fabric of the mattress supply comprises: the color characteristics of the outer layer braided fabric of the mattress article are a red brightness distribution interval, a green brightness distribution interval and a blue brightness distribution interval under an RGB color space;
wherein identifying a mattress sprite in the received end operation screen based on the color characteristics of the outer layer fabric of the mattress supply further comprises: and taking pixel points of which the red brightness, the green brightness and the blue brightness are respectively matched with the red brightness distribution interval, the green brightness distribution interval and the blue brightness distribution interval in the terminal operation picture as constituent pixel points of the mattress sub-picture.
2. A numerical analysis based mattress change identification system according to claim 1, the system further comprising:
a control box for storing the head end operating mechanism, the sub end operating mechanism, the tail end operating mechanism and the color identifying member;
a UART communication interface connected to the head end operating mechanism, the sub end operating mechanism, the color identifying part, the parameter extracting part, the numerical value identifying part, and the feature storing part, respectively;
wherein the UART communication interface is configured to provide configuration data of various requirements to the head end operating mechanism, the sub end operating mechanism, the color discriminating part, the parameter extracting part, the value discriminating part, and the feature storing part, respectively.
3. A system for mattress change identification based on numerical analysis according to any of claims 1-2, characterized in that:
the numerical identification component is further used for sending out a flat signal of the surface of the mattress when the standard deviation of each imaging field depth data is smaller than the preset standard deviation threshold value.
