The working process of the composite biscuit forming machine of the embodiment is as follows: the grain feeding part 10 respectively feeds the two dough cover forming parts 1, the dough cover made by the upper dough cover forming part 1 reaches the overlapping part 3 after passing through the coining part 6 and the printing part 2, and the dough cover made by the lower dough cover forming part 1 reaches the overlapping part 3 after passing through the coining part 6 and spreading foodstuff by the spreading part 8; the two wrappers are laminated together through the laminating part 3, are subjected to press cutting through the cake blank forming part 4 at the rear end and are separated from the wrapper remainder a through the remainder recovering part 9, so that the manufacture of a cake blank is completed, and a three-layer biscuit blank comprising a bottom layer (the wrapper without patterns), a food material layer (salt, sugar, sesame and other seasonings) and an upper layer (with patterns such as hollows and the like) is formed.

A compound biscuit forming machine is characterized in that: the cake blank forming machine comprises a dough cover forming part (1), a printing part (2), an overlapping part (3), a cake blank forming part (4) and a connecting part (5), wherein the connecting part (5) is connected between the dough cover forming part (1) and the printing part (2) and/or between the dough cover forming part (1) and the overlapping part (3), and the overlapping part (3) is connected between the printing part (2) and/or between the dough cover forming part (1) and the cake blank forming part (4); the number of the dough cover forming parts (1) is at least two, and each dough cover forming part (1) is used for forming a layer of dough cover; the embossing part (2) is used for embossing the dough through a die roller, the laminating part (3) is used for laminating multiple layers of dough, and the biscuit forming part (4) is used for pressing the dough into a biscuit blank.

A composite biscuit forming machine according to claim 1, characterized in that: the dough sheet forming part (1) comprises a dough sheet forming hopper (11), a feeding roller (12), a first dough sheet pressing roller (13) and a second dough sheet pressing roller (14), the feeding roller (12) is arranged below the dough sheet forming hopper (11), and the first dough sheet pressing roller (13) or the second dough sheet pressing roller (14) is arranged below the feeding roller (12); the feeding roller (12) conveys the grains from the dough forming hopper (11) to a first dough pressing roller (13) or a second dough pressing roller (14), and the first dough pressing roller (13) and the second dough pressing roller (14) are used for dough forming; and a plurality of material grooves (121) are radially arranged on the feeding roller (12).

A composite biscuit forming machine according to claim 2, characterized in that: the position of the feed roller (12) below the dough sheet forming hopper (11) can be adjusted; the distance between the first wrapper pressing roller (13) and the second wrapper pressing roller (14) can be adjusted.

A composite biscuit forming machine according to claim 1, characterized in that: the printing part (2) comprises a printing mold roller (21) and a printing press roller (22), and the cake blank forming part (4) comprises a cake blank mold roller (41) and a cake blank press roller (42); the distances between the printing mold roller (21) and the printing press roller (22) and between the cake blank mold roller (41) and the cake blank press roller (42) can be adjusted.

A composite biscuit forming machine according to claim 4, characterized in that: stamp mould roller (21) and stamp compression roller (22) and/or cake base mould roller (41) and cake base compression roller (42) all set up two sets ofly, and the position is provided with recovery unit (7) between two sets of stamp mould rollers (21) and stamp compression roller (22) or cake base mould roller (41) and cake base compression roller (42).

A composite biscuit forming machine according to claim 8, characterized in that: spill material portion (8) including spill material hopper (81), spill material conveyer belt (82) and round brush (83), spill material hopper (81) set up in spill material conveyer belt (82) top, round brush (83) rotatable setting is at the front end of spilling material conveyer belt (82).

The compound biscuit forming machine according to claim 1 ~ 7, further comprising a residual material recovery part (9), wherein the residual material recovery part (9) is arranged at the rear end of the biscuit forming part (4), the residual material recovery part (9) comprises a separation platform (91), a separation inclined plane (92) and a residual material recovery conveyer belt (93), a through hole (94) is arranged between the separation inclined plane (92) and the separation platform (91), and the residual material recovery conveyer belt (93) is connected between the separation inclined plane (92) and the wrapper forming part (1).
