Claims (10)

1. A biscuit forming machine, comprising: the crisp biscuit production line comprises a first noodle cutting machine (3), a second noodle cutting machine (4), a first roll printing machine (1), a first crisp biscuit conveying belt, a second roll printing machine (2), a second crisp biscuit conveying belt (6) and a furnace feeding machine (5);
the first dough cutting machine (3) is used for providing first dough for the first roller printing machine (1), the second dough cutting machine (4) is used for providing second dough for the second roller printing machine (2), the first roller printing machine (1) and the oven entering machine (5) are positioned in the same horizontal plane, the first flaky pastry blank conveying belt is of a horizontal structure and is used for conveying first flaky pastry blanks (26) of the first roller printing machine (1) to the oven entering machine (5);
the second roll printer (2) is located above the first roll printer (1), the second roll printer (2) and the first roll printer (1) are located on the upstream side of the furnace entering machine (5), the second flaky pastry biscuit conveying belt (6) is used for conveying second flaky pastry biscuits (27) of the second roll printer (2) to the furnace entering machine (5), the second flaky pastry biscuit conveying belt (6) is arranged according to the structure of a horizontal line and an inclined line, the lowest end of the second flaky pastry biscuit conveying belt (6) is the output end of the second flaky pastry biscuit conveying belt (6), and the output end is located above a conveying belt (11) of the furnace entering machine.
2. Biscuit-forming machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the second roller printer (2) is located farther away from the oven feeder (5) than the first roller printer (1) in the horizontal direction.
3. Biscuit-forming machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the first dough-cutter (3) and the second dough-cutter (4) are located on the same horizontal plane, and that the first dough-cutter (3) and the second dough-cutter (4) are both located above the second roll-printer (2).
4. Biscuit-forming machine according to claim 3, characterized in that the first dough-cutting machine (3) is closer to the oven-entry machine (5) than the second dough-cutting machine (4).

Biscuit-forming machine according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a first reciprocating conveyor belt (12), a second reciprocating conveyor belt (13) and a control device, the first reciprocating conveyor belt (12) reciprocates along the width direction of the conveyor belt of the first roll printing machine (1), the second reciprocating conveyor belt (13) reciprocates along the width direction of the conveyor belt of the second roll printer (2), the first dough cutter (3) provides a first dough to the first roller printer (1) through the first reciprocating conveyer belt (12), the second dough cutter (4) provides second dough to the second roller printer (2) through the second reciprocating conveyer belt (13), the control device is used for controlling the moving amplitude of the first reciprocating conveyor belt (12) and the second reciprocating conveyor belt (13).

The biscuit forming machine according to claim 5, characterized in that the first biscuit (26) and the second biscuit (27) are merged into the conveyor belt (11) of the oven machine in parallel from left to right; or the first flaky pastry biscuit blanks (26) and the second flaky pastry biscuit blanks (27) are alternately and alternately converged on a conveying belt (11) of the furnace entering machine.

Biscuit-forming machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the dough-sheet forming device is located on the same level as the first roller printer (1), the dough-sheet conveyor belt (24) passing through the first roller printer (1), the cylinders associated with the dough-sheet conveyor belt (24) comprising the cylinders of the first roller printer (1).

Biscuit-forming machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the second dough-cutter (4) supplies the dough to the second dough-roller printer (2) and to the dough-sheet-forming device through a double-channel hopper comprising an inlet for receiving the dough delivered by the second dough-cutter (4) and two outlets, one of which can be in communication with the dough-sheet-forming device and the other of which can be in communication with the second dough-roller printer (2).
10. Biscuit-forming machine according to claim 1, characterized in that a first metal-checking machine (16) is arranged on the conveyor belt between the first dough-cutting machine (3) and the first roller-printing machine (1); and a second gold detection machine (17) is arranged on the conveying belt between the second dough cutting machine (4) and the second roll printing machine (2).
