s1, pulling out the cover plate, rotating the limit screw 16 in the forward direction, and then pulling out the cover plate 15;
s2, fixing the lithium battery, namely putting the lithium battery 6 into the placing box 4, and then fixing the lithium battery 6 by using the elastic band 43;
s4, dissipating heat, and connecting a controller of the water pump 22 with the lithium battery 6 through a lead;
s5, fixing the cover plate, putting the cover plate 15 into the chute, and reversely rotating the limit screw 16.
In the invention, when in use, the limit screw 16 rotates forwards, the limit screw 16 moves upwards, the cover plate 15 is drawn out from the sliding groove, the lithium battery 6 is placed in the storage box 4, the bottom surface of the lithium battery 6 is in contact with the outer surface of the water cooling pipe 41, the position of the limit component 5 is adjusted according to the height of the lithium battery 6, the pull ring 57 is pulled outwards, the pull ring drives the second rope 56 to move outwards, the second rope 56 drives the first rope 55 to move, the first rope 55 drives the movable rod 52 to move inwards, the movable rod 52 compresses the connecting spring 53, the movable rod 52 is separated from the positioning hole, so that the support pipe 51 can move upwards and downwards, the position of the limit support pipe 51 is adjusted, then the pull ring 57 is loosened, the connecting spring 53 expands, the movable rod 52 moves outwards, the outer end of the movable rod 52 is moved in the corresponding positioning hole, and the support, then the elastic band 43 is pulled to one side of the limit ring 42, so that the hook is positioned in the limit ring 43, the lithium battery 6 is fixed at the moment, the lithium battery 6 is connected with a controller of the water suction pump 22, then the temperature sensor starts to detect the temperature in the storage box 4, the temperature sensor transmits a signal to the controller, the controller analyzes the signal, when the temperature is higher than 30 ℃, the controller controls the water suction pump 22 to start working, the water suction pump 22 pumps out the water in the cooling water tank 23 and sends the water into the water cooling pipe 41 through a water outlet of the water suction pump 22, the water flows in the water cooling pipe 41 and absorbs heat generated by the work of the lithium battery 6, the heat flows along with the water, the water enters the cooling water tank 23 from an outlet of the water cooling pipe 41, the water circulates and continuously dissipates the heat of the lithium battery 6, the lithium battery 6 is prevented from being in a high-temperature environment, the safety of the lithium battery 6, then, the limiting screw 16 is rotated reversely until the cover plate 15 cannot move, when the lithium battery 6 is vibrated in the using process, the supporting paralysis 14 weakens the transverse acting force, the damping spring 11 can weaken the longitudinal acting force, the lithium battery 6 is prevented from being damaged due to vibration, the safety of the lithium battery 6 is ensured, and when the temperature is reduced to be less than 30 ℃, the controller controls the water suction pump 22 to be closed.
