When a predetermined application stored in advance in the storage unit 24 is started (SQ101), the terminal control unit 21 of the portable information terminal 20 is connected to the management control unit 31 of the management server 30 and the point control unit 41 of the user point server 40 via the network N (SQ102, SQ 103).
Thereafter, the terminal control unit 21 reads the QR code (vending machine code) 15 shown on the front surface of the vending machine 10 by the reading unit 22 (SQ104), and performs mutual authentication with the management control unit 31 and the inventory control unit 41(SQ 105, SQ 106).
When the mutual authentication is established, the management control unit 31 transmits the vendible product data of the corresponding vending machine 10, that is, the vending machine 10 of the QR code 15 read in SQ104, to the terminal control unit 21(SQ107), and the point control unit 41 transmits the held point of the user to the terminal control unit 21(SQ 108).
In this way, the terminal control unit 21, which has transmitted the vendible product data from the management control unit 31 and the held point from the point control unit 41, displays the vendible product and the held point on the display unit 23 (SQ 109).
Thereafter, the user touches the display unit 23 to select a commodity for sale (SQ110), and when a commodity for sale is selected (SQ111), the terminal control unit 21 is connected to the settlement control unit 51 via the network N and performs mutual authentication (SQ112), and is connected to the score control unit 51 and performs mutual authentication (SQ 113). Thereby, the score control unit 51 transmits the credit score of the user stored in the storage unit 52 to the terminal control unit 21(SQ 114).
Then, the terminal control unit 21 transmits the product code, which is the identification information of the product determined in SQ111, and the credit score received in SQ114 to the management control unit 31(SQ 115).
The management control unit 31 that received the product code and the credit score calculates the acquisition point by the added value providing unit 31a based on the table shown in fig. 8 stored in the storage unit 32 (SQ 116). The calculation of the acquisition product point will be specifically described with reference to fig. 8.
When the purchase amount of the selected and decided commodity is 100 yen and the credit score is 700 to 950, the added value giving unit 31a adds a purchase point (1 point) as the purchase added value and a credit point (+3 points) as the credit added value to calculate a get point (4 points).
When the purchase amount of the selected and decided commodity is 100 yen and the credit score is 650 to 699, the added value imparting unit 31a adds a purchase point (1 point) as the purchase added value and a credit point (+2 points) as the credit added value to calculate an acquisition point (3 points).
When the purchase amount of the selected and decided commodity is 100 yen and the credit score is 600 to 649, the added value providing unit 31a adds a purchase point (1 point) as the purchase added value and a credit point (+1 point) as the credit added value to calculate an acquisition point (2 points).
When the purchase amount of the selected and decided commodity is 100 yen and the credit score is 550 to 599, the added value giving unit 31a adds the purchase point (1 point) as the purchase added value and the credit point (0 point) as the credit added value to calculate the acquisition point (1 point).
When the purchase amount of the selected and decided commodity is 100 yen and the credit score is 350 to 549, the added value imparting unit 31a adds a purchase point (1 point) as the purchase added value and a credit point (-1 point) as the credit added value to calculate an acquisition point (0 point).
The management control unit 31, which calculates the obtained point by the added value providing unit 31a, transmits the obtained point to the point control unit 41(SQ 117). Thereby, the integral point control unit 41 adds the obtained integral points to perform the integral point addition process (SQ 118).
After performing SQ117, the management control unit 31 transmits a discharge instruction of the selected product to the vending machine control unit 11 (SQ 119). In this way, the vending machine controller 11 discharges the corresponding commodity through the vending mechanism 12, and transmits the content of the completion of the discharge to the management controller 31(SQ 120). After that, the management control unit 31 transmits the content of the completed unloading to the terminal control unit 21(SQ 121).
On the other hand, the point control unit 41 that has executed the point addition process at SQ118 transmits the currently acquired point and the held point to the terminal control unit 21(SQ 122).
The terminal control unit 21 that has received the content of the completed removal from the management control unit 31 and received the point acquisition and the held point from the point control unit 41 transmits a signal for requesting settlement to the settlement control unit 61 (SQ 123). In this way, the settlement processing unit performs the settlement processing (SQ124), and then transmits the content of which the settlement is completed to the terminal control unit 21(SQ 125). As a result, the terminal control unit 21 displays the contents of the retrievable product, the contents of the settlement, and the acquisition point and the holding point on the display unit 23 (SQ126), and then releases the connection via the network N to end the current process.
As described above, according to the commodity sales system of the present embodiment, since the added value imparting unit 31a of the management control unit 31 adds the purchase point as the purchase added value and the credit point as the credit added value to calculate the acquisition point and imparts the acquisition point, it is possible to impart the added value corresponding to the credit score, thereby providing excellent convenience to the user having a high credit score.
This provides a user with a high credit score with excellent convenience, and the user can perform an action to increase the credit score to increase the frequency of use of the vending machine 10.
The above calculation of the obtained product point is an example, and the present invention is not limited to this. That is, the credit points as the credit added value may be decreased according to the increase of the purchase amount. As shown in FIG. 9, for example, for a user whose credit score is 600 to 649, the user can purchase the product point (1 product point) and the credit product point (1 product point) to add up and calculate the acquired product point (2 product point) when the purchase amount is 100 yen, the user can purchase the product point (1 product point) and the credit product point (1.5 product point) to add up and calculate the acquired product point (2.5 product point) when the purchase amount is 150 yen, the user can purchase the product point (1 product point) and the credit product point (2 product point) to add up and calculate the acquired product point (3 product point) when the purchase amount is 200 yen, the user can purchase the product point (1 product point) and the credit product point (2 product point) to add up and calculate the acquired product point (3.5 product point) when the purchase amount is 250 yen, the user can purchase the product point (1 product point) and the credit product point (3.5 product point) to add up and calculate the acquired product point (4 product point) when the purchase amount is 350 yen, the acquired product point (1 product point) and the credit product point (3.5 product point) to add up and calculate the acquired product point (5.5 product point) .
While the QR code (vending machine code) 15 is shown on the front surface of the vending machine 10 in the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the present invention is also applicable to a vending machine 10' in which a QR code (registered trademark) 16 matching a vending machine code with a product code is provided on the front surface for each product sample D.
Fig. 11 is a flowchart showing a process implemented by using the vending machine 10' shown in fig. 10 in place of the product vending system 10 shown in fig. 2.
When a predetermined application stored in advance in the storage unit 24 is started (SQ201), the terminal control unit 21 of the portable information terminal 20 is connected to the management control unit 31 of the management server 30 and the point control unit 41 of the user point server 40 via the network N (SQ202, SQ 203).
Thereafter, the terminal control unit 21 reads the QR code (the vending machine code and the product code) 16 indicated on the front surface of the vending machine 10' by the reading unit 22 (SQ204), and performs mutual authentication between the management control unit 31 and the inventory control unit 41(SQ 205, SQ 206).
When the mutual authentication is established, the terminal control unit 21 is connected to the settlement control unit 61 via the network N to perform the mutual authentication (SQ207), and is connected to the score control unit 51 to perform the authentication (SQ 208). Thereby, the score control unit 51 transmits the credit score of the user stored in the storage unit 52 to the terminal control unit 21(SQ 209). Then, the terminal control unit 21 transmits the credit score received in SQ209 to the management control unit 31(SQ 210).
The management control unit 31 that received the credit score calculates the acquisition point by the added value providing unit 31a based on the table stored in the storage unit 32 (SQ 211). The management control unit 31, which calculates the obtained point by the added value providing unit 31a, transmits the obtained point to the point control unit 41(SQ 212). Thereby, the point control unit 41 performs point addition processing for adding the obtained points (SQ 213).
After executing SQ212, the management control unit 31 transmits a discharge instruction of the selected product to the vending machine control unit 11 (SQ 214). In this way, the vending machine controller 11 discharges the corresponding product through the vending mechanism 12, and transmits the content of the completion of the discharge to the management controller 31(SQ 215). Thereafter, the management control unit 31 transmits the content of the completion of the discharge to the terminal control unit 21(SQ 216).
On the other hand, the product point control unit 41 that has executed the product point addition process in SQ213 transmits the currently acquired product point and the held product point to the terminal control unit 21(SQ 217).
Thus, the terminal control unit 21, which has received the content of the completed removal from the management control unit 31 and received the point acquisition and held points from the point control unit 41, transmits a signal for requesting settlement to the settlement control unit 61 (SQ 218). In this way, the settlement processing unit performs the settlement processing (SQ219), and then transmits the content of which the settlement is completed to the terminal control unit 21(SQ 220). As a result, the terminal control unit 21 displays the contents of the retrievable product, the contents of the settlement, and the acquisition point and the holding point on the display unit 23 (SQ221), and then releases the connection via the network N to end the current process.
According to the merchandise sales system as described above, since the added value imparting unit 31a of the management control unit 31 also adds the purchase point as the purchase added value to the credit point as the credit added value to calculate the obtained point and imparts the obtained point, it is possible to impart the added value corresponding to the credit score, and thus it is possible to provide excellent convenience to the user having a high credit score.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the modifications thereof have been described above, the present invention is not limited thereto, and various modifications can be made.
Although the above-described embodiment and modification have been described with the added value for purchase as the point of purchase and the added value for credit as the point of credit, the added value for purchase and the added value for credit may be discounted for the commodity of the purchaser.
In the above-described embodiment and modification, the added value imparting unit 31a has been described as adding the purchase added value (purchase point) and the credit added value (credit point) to each other and imparting them when selling products by the vending machine 10, 10', but in the present invention, the added value imparting unit may add the purchase added value and the credit added value to each other and impart them when selling products in shops such as convenience stores and supermarkets.
