as shown in fig. 12, the fourth photographing assembly 420 includes a fifth camera 421, a second movable guide post 422, a ninth adjusting screw 423, a tenth adjusting screw 424 and a sliding block 425, wherein a fifth lens 426 is disposed on the fifth camera 421, and the ninth adjusting screw 423 is movably connected with the sliding block 425 in the horizontal direction for locking the horizontal moving direction of the sliding block 425; the tenth adjusting screw 424 is movably connected with the sliding block 425 in the vertical direction for locking the vertical moving direction of the sliding block 425, the second movable guide pillar 422 is fixedly connected with the fifth camera 421 for guiding the vertical moving direction of the fifth camera 421, the second movable guide pillar 422 is also movably connected with the sliding block 425 in the vertical direction, and the tenth adjusting screw 424 is also fixedly connected with the fifth camera 421 in the vertical direction; through the above structural arrangement, the fifth camera 421 can move along the second movable guide pillar 422 in the vertical direction and is locked by the tenth adjusting screw 424, the fifth camera 421 can also make relative displacement with the sliding block 425 in the horizontal direction and is locked by the ninth adjusting screw 423, and the fifth camera 421 can obtain the position and the angle adjusting range in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction (especially, the angle requirements for shooting defects such as oil stains, foreign matters, indentations, sand marks, sand damages, cracks, white marks, fiber points and the like on the surface of the wood board 500 are met).
The invention also provides a wood board defect detection system, which comprises the wood board shooting device; as shown in fig. 2, two first photographing assemblies 120 which are vertically symmetrical and used for photographing the roughness of the wood board 500 and two first light source assemblies 130 which are vertically symmetrical and fixed on the side wall of the first frame 110 and used for irradiating the roughness of the wood board 500 are arranged in the first frame 110; as shown in fig. 5, two second photographing assemblies 220 for photographing defects on the front and rear sides of the wood board 500 and two second light source assemblies 240 for illuminating the front and rear sides of the wood board 500 are arranged in the second frame 210 in a bilateral symmetry manner, and an acute angle is formed between the second camera 225 in the second photographing assembly 220 and the horizontal direction; as shown in fig. 8, the third photographing assembly 320 is horizontally arranged in the third frame 310 for photographing defects of the left and right sides of the wooden board 500; as shown in fig. 10, two fourth photographing assemblies 420 for photographing surface defects of the wood board 500 and two fourth light source assemblies 430 for irradiating the surface of the wood board 500 are disposed in the fourth frame 410 in a vertically symmetrical manner; for other parts of the structure of the wood board defect detecting system, please refer to the prior art (e.g., CN108537153A, CN106018431A, CN108181324A, CN107561091A, CN109085179A, CN109540911A, CN201413296Y, and CN205333536U), which is not described herein again.

Claims (2)

1. A wood shooting device, comprising: a first shooting part, a second shooting part, a third shooting part and a fourth shooting part which are arranged in parallel; the first shooting part comprises a first light source component and a first shooting component which are fixed in the first frame; the second shooting part comprises a second light source component and a second shooting component which are fixed in the second frame; the third shooting part comprises a third shooting component fixed in a third frame; the fourth shooting part comprises a fourth light source assembly and a fourth shooting assembly which are fixed in a fourth rack;
the first light source assembly comprises a first adjusting frame, a first visual light source, a first adjusting screw, a first movable hinge and a first mounting plate; the two ends of the first adjusting frame are further provided with a first linear guide rail and a first guide rail sliding block, the first linear guide rail is movably connected with the first guide rail sliding block, the first guide rail sliding block is fixedly connected with the first mounting plate and used for providing a movable range of the first mounting plate in the vertical direction, the middle of the first adjusting frame is further provided with a first lead screw adjusting mechanism used for locking the first mounting plate, and the two ends of the first mounting plate are movably connected with the first visual light source through first movable hinges; the middle part of the first mounting plate is also connected with a first visual light source through a first adjusting screw rod, and the first adjusting screw rod is used for adjusting the irradiation angle of the first visual light source;
the first photographing assembly comprises a first camera, a second adjusting screw, a first movable guide pillar, a first fixing piece, a second adjusting frame and a second screw rod adjusting mechanism, a second linear guide rail and a second guide rail sliding block are arranged on the second adjusting frame, the second linear guide rail is movably connected with the second guide rail sliding block, the second screw rod adjusting mechanism is arranged on the second adjusting frame and used for locking the second guide rail sliding block, and a first lens is arranged on the first camera; the first movable guide pillar is movably connected with the first fixing piece, the first fixing piece is also fixedly connected with the second guide rail sliding block, the first movable guide pillar is also fixedly connected with the first camera for providing vertical movement guidance, and the second adjusting screw is also fixedly connected with the first camera for locking the first camera;
the second light source assembly comprises a second visual light source, a third adjusting screw, a second movable hinge and a second mounting plate; the two ends of the second mounting plate are movably connected with the second visual light source through a second movable hinge, the middle part of the second mounting plate is movably connected with the second visual light source through a third adjusting screw rod, and the third adjusting screw rod is used for adjusting the irradiation angle of the second visual light source;
the second photographing assembly comprises a third mounting plate, a fourth adjusting screw, a fifth adjusting screw, a third fixing piece and a second camera; the third linear guide rail and the third guide rail sliding block are arranged on the third mounting plate and are movably connected, the third guide rail sliding block is fixedly connected with a third fixing part, the third fixing part is also movably connected with the third mounting plate through a fourth adjusting screw rod, a shell, a rotating part, a fixed pin shaft, a rotating pin shaft and a rotating track are further arranged in the third fixing part, the rotating part is movably connected onto the shell through the fixed pin shaft, the rotating pin shaft is arranged at two ends of the rotating part and is movably connected with the rotating track, a fifth adjusting screw rod penetrates through the shell of the third fixing part and is fixedly connected with the rotating part to limit the movement range of the rotating part, the second camera is fixedly connected with the rotating pin shaft penetrating through the shell, and a second lens used for shooting wood plates is arranged on the second camera;
the third photographing assembly comprises a first mounting frame, a first fixing frame, a third camera, a fourth camera, a sixth adjusting screw, a third visual light source, a fourth visual light source and a third screw rod adjusting mechanism; the third visual light source is movably connected with the first mounting frame through a sixth adjusting screw; the third camera is fixed on the first mounting frame, the fourth camera is fixed on the first mounting frame, and the fourth visual light source is fixed on the first mounting frame; the first mounting frame is further provided with a fourth linear guide rail and a fourth guide rail slider, the fourth linear guide rail and the fourth guide rail slider are movably connected, the third screw rod adjusting mechanism is respectively and movably connected with the first mounting frame and the first fixing frame, a third camera lens is arranged on the third camera, and a fourth camera lens is arranged on the fourth camera;
the fourth light source assembly comprises a first mounting seat, a second mounting seat, a seventh adjusting screw, an eighth adjusting screw, a fourth mounting plate, a fifth mounting plate and a fifth visual light source; the two ends of the fifth visual light source are fixedly connected with a fourth mounting plate and a fifth mounting plate respectively, a fifth linear guide rail and a fifth guide rail slider are further arranged on the fourth mounting plate and are movably connected with each other, a sixth linear guide rail and a sixth guide rail slider are further arranged on the fifth mounting plate and are movably connected with each other, the first mounting seat is fixedly connected with the fifth guide rail slider, the seventh adjusting screw is further movably connected with the first mounting seat and the fourth mounting plate respectively and is used for locking the relative positions of the first mounting seat and the fourth mounting plate, the second mounting seat is fixedly connected with the sixth guide rail slider, and the eighth adjusting screw is movably connected with the second mounting seat and the fifth mounting plate respectively and is used for locking the relative positions of the second mounting seat and the fifth mounting plate;
the fourth photographing component comprises a fifth camera, a second movable guide pillar, a ninth adjusting screw, a tenth adjusting screw and a sliding block, a fifth lens is arranged on the fifth camera, and the ninth adjusting screw is movably connected with the sliding block in the horizontal direction and used for locking the horizontal moving direction of the sliding block; the tenth adjusting screw is movably connected with the sliding block in the vertical direction and used for locking the vertical moving direction of the sliding block, the second movable guide pillar is fixedly connected with the fifth camera and used for guiding the vertical moving direction of the fifth camera, the second movable guide pillar is also movably connected with the sliding block in the vertical direction, and the tenth adjusting screw is also fixedly connected with the fifth camera in the vertical direction.
