The invention discloses a natural rubber and butadiene rubber blending material with low damping coefficient and automatic wax precipitation and a preparation method thereof, relating to the technical field of rubber blending materials, wherein the natural rubber and butadiene rubber blending material comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of natural rubber; 20-35 parts of butadiene rubber; 1.0-2.0 parts of a vulcanizing agent; 1.0-2.0 parts of an accelerator; 5.0-8.0 parts of an active agent; 1.0-2.0 parts of an anti-aging agent; 0.8-1.8 parts of an anti-reversion agent; 5-10 parts of paraffin; 40-70 parts of a filler.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rubber blending materials, in particular to a natural rubber and butadiene rubber blending material which has low damping coefficient and can automatically separate out wax and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the higher and higher use requirements of automobiles, the requirements on automobile parts are also increased; . The rubber damping product is used as an important component of the design of the automobile comfort function, and the key points of achieving the modern automobile comfort goal are stable quality guarantee, lasting performance retention rate and reliable service life.

The natural rubber/butadiene rubber blending material has good endurance fatigue performance, excellent shock absorption resilience, excellent physical and mechanical properties such as hardness, strength and the like, good injection manufacturability and vulcanization manufacturability, and is particularly suitable for shock absorption products.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the natural rubber and butadiene rubber blending material which has low damping coefficient and can automatically separate out wax and the preparation method thereof, can resist shock and reduce noise, and is suitable for damping of the injection vulcanization processed automobile suspension spring seat.

The material has good compatibility, the compounding agent is dispersed uniformly, no sea-island phase structure exists, the blended material is easy to process, has good aging resistance, excellent damping performance and fatigue performance, excellent physical and mechanical properties such as hardness, strength and the like, and good ejection process performance and vulcanization process performance, can prolong the service life of the product, and is particularly suitable for automobile damping products.
