Abstract
The invention discloses a novel cross feeding carrier tape packaging machine. The packaging machine comprises a base platform, wherein a discharging belt, a feeding belt and a carrier belt rail are arranged on the base platform, the discharging belt is positioned right below the feeding belt and is parallel to the feeding belt, and the carrier belt rail is positioned between the discharging belt and the feeding belt and is vertical to both the discharging belt and the feeding belt; the blanking belt passes through a pulling mechanism and a die cutting die, the feeding belt passes through the die cutting die and a turnover mechanism, the carrier belt rail passes through the turnover mechanism, and two ends of the carrier belt rail are respectively provided with a discharging mechanism and a packaging mechanism. The novel crossed feeding carrier tape packaging machine disclosed by the invention transfers the product by using the crossed material belt and the crossed carrier tape, so that the on-line production and automatic carrier tape packaging of the special-shaped product are realized, the labor and the time are saved, the efficiency and the yield of the product processing production are improved, and the quality of the product is also ensured.

In some embodiments, two vertical baffles are arranged on two sides of the upper part of the bottom platform, and the emptying mechanism and the packaging mechanism are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the two baffles. Therefore, the mechanism on the base platform can be protected to a certain degree through the baffle, and some mechanisms can be installed more conveniently.

As shown in fig. 1-4, the packaging machine comprises a base table 1, the base table 1 is substantially square, the corners of the bottom of the base table are provided with support legs, and the main mechanisms of the packaging machine are arranged on a table above the base table 1.
The core working components of the packaging machine are a lower material belt 11, an upper material belt 12 and a carrier belt rail 13 which are paved on each mechanism, and a carrier belt can be paved on the carrier belt rail 13. The blanking belt 11 is located right below the feeding belt 12, the blanking belt 11 is parallel to the feeding belt 12, the height of the carrying track 13 is located between the blanking belt 11 and the feeding belt 12, and the carrying track 13 is perpendicular to both the blanking belt 11 and the feeding belt 12. In addition, a plurality of rows of mounting positions are distributed on the blanking belt 11 and the feeding belt 12, and the number of the specific mounting positions of each row is 3-6.
Preferably, both sides of the upper portion of the base platform 1 are provided with a vertical baffle 10, and the baffle 10 is made of an acrylic material, so that not only can certain protection be performed on mechanisms on the base platform 1, but also some mechanisms can be more conveniently installed.
One side of the base table 1 is provided with a material pulling mechanism 2, and the material pulling mechanism 2 is a front side, and a turnover mechanism 4 and a die cutting die 3 are sequentially arranged from the material pulling mechanism 2 to the rear side. Wherein, the lower material belt 11 passes through the material pulling mechanism 2 and the die cutting die 3, and the upper material belt 12 passes through the die cutting die 3 and the turnover mechanism 4. In addition, in consideration of the position relationship among the mechanisms, a notch for the feeding belt 11 to pass through can be arranged on the turnover mechanism 4, so as to avoid the blockage of the feeding belt 11.
The lower end of the die cutting die 3 can pass through the blanking belt 11, the upper end can pass through the loading belt 12, the top and the lower part of the die cutting die 3 are provided with a top breaking mechanism 31 controlled by a cylinder, the top breaking mechanism 31 has two functions of jacking and cutting, products on the blanking belt 11 can be cut off from the blanking belt 11, and the products on the loading belt 12 can be jacked up.
The turnover mechanism 4 mainly comprises a horizontal material shaft 41 and a material suction mechanism 42 which are independently arranged, wherein the material suction mechanism 42 is arranged right above the material shaft 41. The material shaft 41 is mounted on a pad table 44, and is in transmission connection with a motor 45, and can rotate under the operation of the motor 45. And a plurality of silos have been seted up to the upper surface of stub shaft 41, and the silo can be used for placing the product.
The suction mechanism 42 is installed at a side of an inverting unit 43, and the inverting unit 43 is installed on the base table 1. Wherein, a plurality of suction heads are arranged on both sides of the material suction mechanism 42, and can be overturned under the action of the overturning device 43, and suck the product from the trough of the material shaft 41 and transfer the product onto the carrying belt.
Preferably, the rear side of the base platform 1 is further provided with a guide mechanism 8, a discharging device can be arranged outside the rear side of the base platform 1, the feeding belt 12 is discharged onto the guide mechanism 8 through the discharging device, is limited and guided by the guide mechanism 8, and then passes through the die cutting die 3 and the turnover mechanism 4.
Two ends of a carrier tape track 13 on the base platform 1 are respectively provided with a discharging mechanism 5 and a packaging mechanism 6, wherein the discharging mechanism 5 is used for discharging the carrier tape, and the packaging mechanism 6 is used for packaging the carrier tape loaded with products. The carrier tape track 13 passes through the turning mechanism 4, specifically, below the suction mechanism 42. Preferably, the emptying mechanism and the packaging mechanism 6 are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the baffle plates 10 on two sides.
The carrier track 13 also passes a heat seal assembly 7, and the heat seal assembly 7 is adjacent to the wrapping mechanism 6, which heats the carrier tape to facilitate the wrapping operation. Wherein, the heat-sealing component 7 is provided with a heating block, the heating block is provided with a cover tape, and the cover tape is positioned above the carrier tape.
The base table 1 is also provided with a display mechanism 9, and the display mechanism 9 comprises a display and a control device, and can control and display the working conditions of all mechanisms and components of the packaging machine.
Preferably, the carrier tape track 13 can also be passed through an encoder 14, and the running speed of the carrier tape can be controlled by the encoder 14 in cooperation with the display mechanism 9.
When the packaging machine is used, products processed by punching and the like are installed on the rows of installation positions of the lower material belt 11, the material pulling mechanism 2 pulls the lower material belt 11 to pass through the die cutting die 3, and then the die cutting die 3 sequentially pushes the products on the lower material belt 11 to the rows of installation positions of the upper material belt 12; then, the feeding belt 12 moves to move the product into a trough of a material shaft 41 of the turnover mechanism 4, the material shaft 41 is turned over and is sucked and operated by a material suction mechanism 42, the product can be transferred onto a carrier tape laid on the carrier tape track 13 and moves towards the packaging mechanism 6 along with the carrier tape; then, when the product on the carrier tape passes through the heat-seal assembly 7, the heat-seal assembly 7 covers the cover tape on the product, and the cover tape and the carrier tape are glued by the heating of the heating block, and finally are packaged and wound by the packaging mechanism 6.
