Technical Field

Background
When the existing oil pumping unit is calibrated, a crane is adopted for calibration or a jack is used for calibration. The crane is limited by workload, cost and weather conditions, and a plurality of pumping wells cannot be processed in time; the jack is limited in correction amplitude due to the limitation of the number of the stacked inclined irons. The centering rate of the polished rod is unqualified due to untimely treatment or poor treatment effect, so that the service cycle of a wellhead packing is shortened, the labor intensity of workers is increased, and the material consumption is increased; secondly, the polished rod deflects to one side of the packing box, so that the operation difficulty of adding the packing by staff is increased; and thirdly, the polished rod is subjected to a large radial force in the operation process, so that the fatigue fracture of the polished rod can be caused, the well is dropped, and the oil extraction time rate is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a novel oil pumping unit correcting device. On one hand, the device can be transported to the site by manpower after being disassembled, the production problem that the vehicle cannot be corrected when entering a well site is solved, and the timeliness of fault treatment is ensured; on the other hand, the oil pumping unit and the cement foundation are integrally corrected, the correction capacity is greatly improved, and the problem of poor correction effect caused by the single use of a jack is solved.
