The length of the compensation lead is 2-3 meters and can be determined according to the actual working condition of the site.
The pipeline welding heating device further comprises an electric blanket 12, and the electric blanket is used for wrapping the periphery of the ceramic heater to keep the temperature of the ceramic heater and prevent excessive heat loss.
The support is connected with elevating system 13, and elevating system can adjust the height of support and wiping line, is convenient for highly carry out the adaptability according to the pipeline on automatic welder.
The lifting mechanism can adopt a hydraulic lifting mechanism or a mechanical lifting mechanism, the lifting mechanism can adopt the existing lifting mechanism, and the specific structure of the lifting mechanism is not described in detail.
