the seed cleaning units are at least two groups and can be set according to the number of rows of the rollers of different seed sowing devices, eight groups are adopted in the example, each group of seed cleaning units are fixed on an adjusting shaft 5 of a seed cleaning adjusting mechanism through a positioning pin 3 in an equidistant arrangement mode, each group of seed cleaning units consists of a three-wing seed cleaning knife 1, a two-wing seed cleaning knife 2 and a compression spring 4, and the compression spring 4 is arranged between the three-wing seed cleaning knife 1 and the two-wing seed cleaning knife 2;
the seed cleaning adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting shaft 5, a gear pair 6 and a handle 7, and two ends of the adjusting shaft 5 are fixed on a support frame 8 through check rings; the gear pair 6 consists of two gears which are meshed with each other, wherein one gear is fixed at the shaft end of the adjusting shaft 5, and the other gear is fixedly connected with the handle 7;
the support frame 8 is fixed on the pneumatic roller type seed sowing device through bolts.

The three-fin seed cleaning knife 1 is of an integrated symmetrical structure, three fins are arranged in the main body of the three-fin seed cleaning knife 1, the fins on two sides are symmetrically arranged and incline to the fins in the middle, the free end portions of the three fins are in arc shapes and contact with the outer wall of a roller of a seed sowing device, shaft tubes for the adjusting shafts 5 to penetrate through are arranged at the roots of the fins on two sides in a penetrating mode, one ends of the shaft tubes are provided with compression springs 4 in a sleeved mode, the ends are flat end faces, the other ends of the shaft tubes are in contact with positioning pins 3, and the ends are spiral groove end faces.
The two fins are arranged in an inwards inclined mode, the free end portions of the two fins are in an arc shape and are in contact with the outer wall of a roller of a seed metering device, a shaft tube for allowing an adjusting shaft 5 to penetrate is arranged at the root portions of the two fins in a penetrating mode, one end of the shaft tube is sleeved with a compression spring 4 and is a flat end face, the other end of the shaft tube is in contact with a positioning pin 3, and the end of the shaft tube is a spiral groove end face.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the handle 7 rotates a gear connected with the gear pair 6, the gear is meshed with the gear to drive the adjusting shaft 5 to rotate, the adjusting shaft 5 drives the positioning pin 3 to rotate along with the adjusting shaft, the positioning pin 3 slides into a spiral groove of the shaft tube, and the distance between the three-wing seed cleaning knife 1 and the two-wing seed cleaning knife 2 is changed under the action of the compression spring 4 between the two seed cleaning knives, so that the purpose of removing redundant seeds in a seed suction area of a roller of the seed sowing device is achieved, and the sowing quality of the seed sowing device is ensured.

1. A flexible adjustment seed cleaning device suitable for a pneumatic roller type seed sowing device is characterized by comprising: a seed cleaning unit, a seed cleaning adjusting mechanism and a supporting frame,
the seed cleaning units are at least two groups, each group of seed cleaning units is fixed on an adjusting shaft of the seed cleaning adjusting mechanism through positioning pins in an equidistant arrangement mode, each group of seed cleaning units consists of a three-wing seed cleaning knife, a two-wing seed cleaning knife and a compression spring, and the compression spring is arranged between the three-wing seed cleaning knife and the two-wing seed cleaning knife;
the seed cleaning adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting shaft, a gear pair and a handle, and two ends of the adjusting shaft are fixed on the support frame through check rings; the gear pair consists of two gears which are meshed with each other, wherein one gear is fixed at the shaft end of the adjusting shaft, and the other gear is fixedly connected with the handle;
the support frame is fixed on the pneumatic roller type seed sowing device through bolts.
