Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary only for the purpose of explaining the present application and are not to be construed as limiting the present application.
An electronic device 100 according to an embodiment of the application is described below with reference to fig. 1-4.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an electronic device 100 according to an embodiment of the present application may include a battery cover 1, a middle frame assembly 2, a battery assembly 3, and an electroacoustic assembly 4.
For example, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the middle frame assembly 2 is connected to the battery cover 1 in a first direction (e.g., AA' direction in fig. 2 and 3), the middle frame assembly 2 and the battery cover 1 may be arranged in the first direction, and the middle frame assembly 2 is connected to the battery cover 1; the middle frame assembly 2 comprises a middle frame 21 and a display screen 22 arranged on the middle frame 21, wherein the middle frame 21 can be formed into a ring-shaped structure, and the middle frame 21 can be positioned at the edge of the display screen 22; the battery assembly 3 is connected with the display screen 22, and the battery assembly 3 can supply power to the display screen 22.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the battery assembly 3 is disposed between the middle frame assembly 2 and the battery cover 1 to define a sealed cavity 100a together with the middle frame assembly 2 and the battery cover 1; the electroacoustic component 4 is disposed in the cavity 100a, so that the cavity 100a is formed as a rear cavity 100b of the electroacoustic component 4, the cavity 100a can correct low-frequency sounds emitted by the electroacoustic component 4, and the sound quality of the electronic device 100 is ensured, and the rear cavity 100b is formed with high operability and low cost.
Because the cavity 100a is defined by the battery component 3, the middle frame component 2 and the battery cover 1, the volume of the rear cavity 100b of the electroacoustic component 4 is effectively increased, so that the low-frequency effect of sound emission of the electronic equipment 100 is effectively improved, the tone quality of the electronic equipment 100 is improved, and the use experience effect of a user is improved; for example, when the electroacoustic component 4 is used as a speaker device, the electroacoustic component 4 may play music, and the electroacoustic component 4 may serve as a main effect unit due to the fact that the electroacoustic component 4 has the rear cavity 100b with a large volume, so as to provide a good low-frequency effect, thereby improving the play-out effect of the electronic device 100.
According to the electronic device 100 of the embodiment of the application, the battery component 3, the middle frame component 2 and the battery cover 1 jointly define the closed cavity 100a, and the cavity 100a is formed into the rear cavity 100b of the electroacoustic component 4, so that the limited space of the electronic device 100 can be effectively utilized, the design of the zero rear cavity of the electroacoustic component 4 is realized, the volume of the rear cavity 100b of the electroacoustic component 4 is effectively increased, the F0 of the electroacoustic component 4 can be reduced, the low-frequency effect of the electroacoustic component 4 is improved, and the external playing effect of the electronic device 100 is improved.
It can be understood that, compared with the case that the whole Box is arranged to form the rear cavity, or the half Box is arranged to define the rear cavity jointly by the Box upper cover and the middle frame assembly, the electronic device 100 has reasonable layout of the components, and the rear cavity 100b is defined reasonably, so that the volume of the rear cavity 100b is effectively increased.
In order to improve the sealing effect of the cavity 100a, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a first sealing member 61 is disposed between the battery assembly 3 and the battery cover 1, and the first sealing member 61 is used for sealing a gap between the battery assembly 3 and the battery cover 1 to prevent the sound of the electroacoustic assembly 4 from leaking from the gap between the battery assembly 3 and the battery cover 1, so as to improve the sealing performance of the rear cavity 100b, effectively prevent the low-frequency acoustic short circuit in the electroacoustic assembly 4, and for example, prevent the low-frequency acoustic short circuit when the electroacoustic assembly 4 is used as a speaker device.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the cavity 100a is located at one side of the battery assembly 3, and the first sealing member 61 is disposed at one end of the battery assembly 3 corresponding to the cavity 100a, so as to facilitate the arrangement of the first sealing member 61 and ensure the sealing reliability of the first sealing member 61 on the premise of ensuring that the cavity 100a has a large volume; meanwhile, since the first sealing member 61 is disposed at one end of the battery assembly 3 corresponding to the cavity 100a, compared with the case where the first sealing member 61 is disposed at one end of the battery assembly 3 far from the cavity 100a, it is possible to prevent the cavity 100a from being excessively large and being prone to sound leakage to some extent.
In the example of fig. 2 and 3, the first sealing member 61 may be a foam member such as a high compression ratio foam member, and the foam is provided between the battery assembly 3 and the battery cover 1 to achieve effective sealing by the pressing force between the battery assembly 3 and the battery cover 1; the first seal 61 may be formed in a substantially U-shaped configuration. Of course, the first sealing member 61 may be another material, but is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a second sealing member 62 is disposed between the battery assembly 3 and the middle frame assembly 2, and the second sealing member 62 is used for sealing a gap between the battery assembly 3 and the middle frame assembly 2, so as to prevent the sound of the electroacoustic assembly 4 from leaking from the gap between the battery assembly 3 and the middle frame assembly 2, thereby improving the sealing performance of the rear cavity 100b, effectively preventing the acoustic short circuit of the low frequency in the electroacoustic assembly 4, and for example, preventing the acoustic short circuit of the medium frequency when the electroacoustic assembly 4 is used as a speaker device.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the cavity 100a is located at one side of the battery assembly 3, and the second sealing member 62 is disposed at one end of the battery assembly 3 corresponding to the cavity 100a, so as to facilitate the disposition of the second sealing member 62 and ensure the sealing reliability of the second sealing member 62 on the premise of ensuring that the cavity 100a has a larger volume; meanwhile, since the second sealing member 62 is disposed at one end of the battery assembly 3 corresponding to the cavity 100a, compared with the case where the second sealing member 62 is disposed at one end of the battery assembly 3 far from the cavity 100a, it is possible to prevent the cavity 100a from being excessively large and being susceptible to sound leakage, etc. to some extent.
In the example of fig. 2 and 3, the second sealing member 62 may be an adhesive tape, such as an elastic adhesive tape, to effectively seal the gap between the battery assembly 3 and the middle frame assembly 2; the second seal 62 may be formed in a generally U-shaped configuration. Of course, the second sealing member 62 may be other material pieces, and is not limited thereto.
It is understood that, in order to ensure the sealing performance of the cavity 100a, the electronic device 100 may further include a third sealing member, which may be disposed between the battery cover 1 and the middle frame assembly 2, for example, the third sealing member may be a double-sided tape; but is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 3, the electroacoustic component 4 is fixedly arranged on one of the middle frame component 2 and the battery cover 1, that is, the electroacoustic component 4 is fixedly arranged on the middle frame component 2, or the electroacoustic component 4 is fixedly arranged on the battery cover 1, so that the arrangement and installation of the electroacoustic component 4 are facilitated, and the installation reliability of the electroacoustic component 4 is ensured. For example, when the electroacoustic component 4 is fixedly mounted on the middle frame component 2, the electroacoustic component 4 may be fixedly connected to the middle frame 21, and the connection manner between the electroacoustic component 4 and the middle frame 21 is not particularly limited, for example, the electroacoustic component 4 and the middle frame 21 may be fixedly connected by a threaded fastener, such as a screw; for another example, when the electroacoustic component 4 is fixedly mounted on the battery cover 1, the electroacoustic component 4 may be fixedly connected to the battery cover 1 by a threaded fastener, such as a screw, but is not limited thereto.
For example, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the electroacoustic component 4 comprises a housing 41 and a speaker 42, the housing 41 has a mounting cavity 410, a side of the mounting cavity 410 facing away from the battery cover 1 has an opening 410a, and the speaker 42 is mounted in the mounting cavity 410 through the opening 410a, so that the structure of the electroacoustic component 4 is simplified, the cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the cavity 100a is further ensured to be used as the rear cavity 100b of the electroacoustic component 4. Compared with the prior art, the whole Box is arranged to be made into a whole, the whole Box comprises the Box upper cover and the Box lower cover, the conventional Box rear cavity 100b is not arranged in the application, the limitation of the volume and the amplitude of the conventional Box rear cavity 100b can be avoided, and the low-frequency effect of the electroacoustic component 4 is effectively improved.
It is understood that when the electro-acoustic assembly 4 includes the housing 41 and the speaker 42, the speaker 42 is mounted on the housing 41, for example, the speaker 42 may be connected to the housing 41 by adhesive, and the housing 41 may be fixed to one of the middle frame assembly 2 and the battery cover 1.
As shown in FIGS. 1-3, the volume V of the cavity 100a satisfies V ≧ 2cc, for example, the volume V of the cavity 100a can be 2cc, 3cc, or 5cc, etc., and compared with the related art, the volume of the conventional Box back cavity 100b formed by arranging the whole Box or half Box is substantially 0.8cc, the volume of the back cavity 100b of the electroacoustic component 4 in the present application can reach 2cc, even can exceed 2cc, thereby effectively increasing the volume of the back cavity 100b of the electroacoustic component 4 and enhancing the low-frequency effect of the electronic device 100.
