All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal includes but is not limited to: the mobile phone, the tablet computer, the notebook computer, the palm computer, the vehicle-mounted terminal, the wearable device, the pedometer and other devices with the display function.
As shown in fig. 1, the mobile terminal includes: a screen assembly 2, a middle frame 1, a vibration exciter 4 and a terminal back case 3, which structures form a sound emitter. The sound generators formed by the screen assembly 2, the middle frame 1, the vibration exciter 4 and the terminal back shell 3 will be described below.
Wherein, the screen assembly 2 is disposed on the front surface of the mobile terminal, and generally includes: the display screen is used for displaying images and the display screen cover plate is used for protecting the display screen. The display screen apron is laid in the front of display screen, plays the guard action to the display screen, prevents that the display screen from taking place to damage because of colliding with. Touch panels are further arranged between the display screens of some screen assemblies 2 and the display screen cover plate so as to realize a touch function. It is understood that the screen assembly 2 may have other structures besides the above-mentioned structure, but the structure is not a feature of the embodiment of the present invention, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted here.
The middle frame 1 is a framework of the mobile terminal, most of devices (such as a main board 5 and a battery) of the mobile terminal are arranged on the middle frame 1, and the middle frame 1 plays a supporting role for the devices. In the embodiment of the invention, the screen assembly 2 is arranged on one side of the middle frame 1 and is connected with the middle frame 1.
The terminal rear shell 3 is arranged on the back of the mobile terminal, protects the back of the mobile terminal and beautifies the appearance of the mobile terminal. In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal rear shell 3 is arranged on the other side of the middle frame 1, and the terminal rear shell 3 is clamped with the edge of the middle frame 1 in a clamping manner. The terminal rear shell 3 is arranged opposite to the screen assembly 2, and the middle frame 1 is positioned between the screen assembly 2 and the terminal rear shell 3.
The vibration exciter 4 is a device for obtaining mechanical vibration by using an electric principle. In the embodiment of the present invention, the vibration exciter 4 is disposed between the middle frame 1 and the terminal rear housing 3, and is connected to the middle frame 1 and the terminal rear housing 3, respectively. Therefore, when the vibration exciter 4 works, the vibration exciter can drive the middle frame 1 to vibrate, so that the vibration is transmitted to the screen assembly 2 which is tightly contacted with the middle frame 1, and the screen assembly 2 pushes air to sound, so that the front sound of the mobile terminal is realized; and the terminal rear shell connected with the terminal rear shell can be directly driven to vibrate, the vibration amplitude of the terminal rear shell 3 is increased, and accordingly air vibration is promoted, larger sound is generated, and the rear shell can make a sound. And because the volume of the sound produced by the terminal rear shell 3 is also larger, the sound produced by the mobile terminal can be obviously heard no matter the terminal rear shell 3 is in a quiet environment or a noisy environment when the terminal rear shell 3 is close to the ears of a human body.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the vibration exciter 4 is disposed on a side of the middle frame 1 away from the screen assembly 2, and is connected to the middle frame 1. The vibration exciter 4 may be disposed at the top end, the middle portion, the bottom end, the edge, and the like of the middle frame 1, and the specific position may be selected according to actual requirements, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Generally, the vibration exciter 4 and the middle frame 1 can be connected by screwing or bonding, and the connection mode has small influence on vibration transmission and is beneficial to reducing the attenuation in the vibration transmission process.
When the vibration exciter 4 is bonded to the middle frame 1, the chemical properties and curing mode of the first adhesive 6 used need to meet the requirements of the middle frame 1 and the vibration exciter 4 on the reliability environment, and meanwhile, in order to facilitate the detachment of the vibration exciter 4, the first adhesive 6 also needs to have the characteristic of being convenient to detach. Preferably, the first adhesive 6 comprises: double-sided adhesive tape or glue or the like, i.e. the vibration exciter 4 may be attached to the middle frame 1 by means of double-sided adhesive tape or glue. The double-faced adhesive tape and the glue have very small influence on vibration transmission, so that the attenuation of vibration is reduced, and the sound volume of the front sound of the mobile terminal is ensured.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the vibration exciter 4 is attached to the inner surface of the terminal rear case 3, and may be attached by an adhesive means. The chemical property and curing mode of the second adhesive 7 are required to meet the requirements of the reliability environment of the terminal backshell 3 and the vibration exciter 4, and the second adhesive 7 is required to have the characteristic of convenient disassembly for the disassembly of the vibration exciter 4. Preferably, the second adhesive 7 comprises: double-sided adhesive tape or glue or the like, i.e. the vibration exciter 4 may be connected to the terminal back housing 3 by means of double-sided adhesive tape or glue. The double-faced adhesive tape and the glue have very small influence on vibration transmission, so that the attenuation of vibration is reduced, and the sound volume of the back of the mobile terminal is increased.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the mobile terminal further includes: and a main board 5 disposed between the middle frame 1 and the terminal rear case 3. The main board 5 is disposed on the middle frame 1, and the vibration exciter 4 is electrically connected to the main board 5, so that electric current is conducted from the main board 5 to the vibration exciter 4.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the main board 5 is provided with a mounting hole 501, and the mounting hole 501 penetrates the main board 5 in the thickness direction of the main board 5.
Because among the prior art, some vibration exciters are directly arranged on the mainboard, and the mainboard can cover the vibration exciters, so that the vibration exciters are isolated from the terminal rear shell, under the condition, the vibration exciters only closely contact with the middle frame, but cannot closely contact with the terminal rear shell. Because the vibration exciter does not with terminal backshell direct contact, the terminal backshell also does not contact with mainboard direct contact, can only transmit vibration to terminal backshell 3 through the center, but terminal backshell and center are only marginal position and just have the contact, but for requirements such as waterproof, can add some bubble cotton and sealed glue at marginal position, these have the attenuation effect to the vibration, consequently, when sound reaches the terminal backshell, sound can be very little, when the terminal backshell is pressed close to the human ear, it is difficult to hear the sound that sends from the terminal backshell clearly. In order to solve the technical problem, in the embodiment of the present invention, a mounting hole 501 is formed in the main board 5, and the mounting hole 501 penetrates through the main board 5 in the thickness direction of the main board 5, so that the vibration exciter 4 is disposed in the through mounting hole 501, and can be in close contact with both the middle frame 1 and the terminal rear shell 3 of the main board 5, so that when the vibration exciter 4 vibrates, the terminal rear shell 3 can be directly driven to vibrate, thereby increasing the sound volume of the terminal rear shell 3.
When the vibration exciter 4 is arranged in the above manner, the vibration exciter 4 forms a path with a conductive contact (i.e., a gold finger) on the main board 5 through a pad at the tail end, so that a current is conducted from the main board 5 to the vibration exciter 4.
In order to avoid resonance caused by the vibration exciter 4 driving the main board 5 to vibrate, the embodiment of the present invention is designed such that the hole wall of the mounting hole 501 and the vibration exciter 4 are disposed at an interval and do not contact with each other, that is, a preset distance value greater than 0 is provided between the hole wall of the mounting hole 501 and the vibration exciter 4, that is, the vibration exciter 4 does not contact with the main board 5 (except for the electrical connection position), so as to avoid the risk of resonance.
Here, when the vibration exciter 4 is disposed outside the main board 5 region, it may be connected to the main board 5 through a Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) so that current is conducted from the main board 5 to the vibration exciter 4.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, the vibration exciter 4 is not only directly connected to the middle frame 1, so that not only can the screen sound be generated, but also the vibration amplitude of the terminal rear shell 3 can be increased, thereby increasing the sound volume of the terminal rear shell 3, realizing the rear shell sound generation, and facilitating the use of the user.
