It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
At present, in the aspect of managing and controlling the internet surfing behavior of children by parents, some terminals are provided with a parent mode, and parents can manage the behavior of using the terminals by the children only by switching the terminals to the parent mode, but the current functions of the method are particularly single, the method can only simply control the use time, downloading, website browsing and the like of a mobile phone, and cannot control the services of a CS domain, a PS domain, an IP address and the like, so that the method cannot meet the further requirements of the parents, and has low safety and easy cracking; in addition, some other methods control the child terminal through network elements such as a base station and a core network, but the operation is complicated, the maintainability is poor, and the updating is troublesome. In addition, some methods for performing time-sharing management on the mobile phones of the children in the campus are available, but the methods only address the campus scene, and the application scene is small and limited, and the management function of the method is single and only time-sharing management can be performed. Therefore, the methods need to install the client and rebuild the server, so the management process is troublesome and the hardware cost is increased. Accordingly, embodiments of the present application provide a parental management method, an apparatus, a communication device, and a storage medium, which are directed to the above problems.
The parental management method provided by the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. The application environment comprises a controlled terminal-a parent 101, a controlled terminal-a child 102, a controlled terminal-a child 103, a base station 104, a switch 105, a network manager (also called as a control terminal) 106, a core network 107 and the internet 108, wherein the controlled terminal-the parent 101, the controlled terminal-the child 102 and the controlled terminal-the child 103 are respectively connected with each base station 104, each base station 104 is connected with the switch 105, the switch 105 is connected with the network manager 106, the switch 105 is connected with the core network 107, and the core network 107 is connected with the internet 108. In the communication process, if the communication is normal, signals sent by each terminal (101, 102, 103) are sent to a core network 107 and the internet 108 through a base station 104 and an exchanger 105, in the communication process of the household management, signals sent by each terminal (101, 102, 103) are sent to a network manager 106 through the base station 104 and the exchanger 105, and the network manager 106 forwards the management strategy to each terminal (102, 103) through the exchanger 105 and the base station 104 and forwards other statistical information to the terminal 101 through the exchanger 105 and the base station 104; wherein the network manager 106 controls all terminals (101, 102, 103). The controlled terminal, the parent 101, the controlled terminal, the first child 102, and the second child 103 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, laptops, smartphones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, the network manager 106 may be a backend server or a cloud platform, and when the network manager is a backend server, the network manager may be a backend server implemented by an independent server or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers.
It should be noted that the executing subject in the embodiment of the present application may be a parent management device or a communication device, and the following embodiment will describe, taking the executing subject as a communication device, where the communication device mainly refers to the network manager 106 in the application environment, and therefore, the following embodiment may also describe, taking the network manager as the executing subject.
In an embodiment, a parent management method is provided, and the embodiment relates to a specific process of how to determine a management policy of each managed terminal and send the management policy according to IMSI information of each terminal, a preset management table and a management policy table. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include the steps of:
s202, receiving International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) information reported by each terminal.
The International Mobile subscriber identity IMSI, which is called International Mobile subscriber identity throughout english, is an identity that is used for distinguishing different subscribers in a cellular network and is not repeated in all cellular networks, that is, each terminal has IMSI information with a unique identifier.
Specifically, after being powered on, each controlled terminal resides on the communication network, and at this time, each controlled terminal can send the IMSI information to the communication device (that is, the network manager is used as an execution subject in the following embodiments to describe).
S204, determining role information corresponding to each terminal from a preset management table according to the IMSI information reported by each terminal; the preset management table includes a correspondence between IMSI information and role information.
Wherein, before the parent management function is carried out, the parent can go to the service hall of the operator in advance to provide the identity card information, the IMSI information level of related personnel is finished in the service hall, the relationship of relatives is bound, the parental management control function is applied to be opened, then the operator of background network management of operator completes the input of all information and starts the function of parental management control, that is, the parent can set up the management table in advance and store it in the memory of network management, the management table has a corresponding relationship between role information and IMSI information, where the role information may include a manager and a managed person, which may also be referred to as a parent and a child, the parent is the manager, the child is the managed person, there may be one or more managers, and there may be one or more managed persons, which are not limited in this embodiment.
Further, it should be noted that, when there are a plurality of managers, the plurality of managers may all perform management control on the managed person, and here, the plurality of managers and the plurality of managed persons are all for one family, and the case may be similar for other families, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment. For example, the preset management table can be seen from table 1:

Specifically, after receiving IMSI information reported by each terminal, the network manager inputs each different IMSI information into a preset management table, so as to obtain role information corresponding to each different IMSI, whether the role information is a managed person or a manager, if the role is a manager, the terminal corresponding to the role information can be called a manager terminal, and if the role is a managed person, the terminal corresponding to the role information can be called a managed person terminal.
S206, determining a management strategy corresponding to each managed terminal from a preset management strategy table according to the role information corresponding to each terminal and the IMSI information reported by each terminal; the preset management policy table includes the corresponding relationship between each managed terminal and the management policy.
When applying for opening the parental management control function, the parent can also set a management policy to be implemented on each managed terminal, and then the set management policy, the role information and the IMSI information form a management policy table together, and the management policy table is stored in a memory of the network manager; here, the management policies corresponding to different managed terminals may be the same or different, and this embodiment is not particularly limited to this. For example, the preset management policy table may be as shown in table 2:

Specifically, after obtaining the role information of each terminal, the network manager may obtain, in combination with the IMSI information of each terminal, a management policy corresponding to each managed terminal (i.e., a terminal whose role information is a managed terminal) from a preset management policy table, where the manager terminal does not have a corresponding management policy, but the manager terminal may receive or view some messages or reports about the managed terminal sent by the network manager periodically or aperiodically.
And S208, respectively transmitting the management strategies corresponding to the managed terminal to the managed terminals.
Specifically, after obtaining the management policy corresponding to each managed terminal, the network manager may send the obtained corresponding management policy to each managed terminal in the form of a control command in combination with the IMSI information of each terminal, and each managed terminal may make a corresponding response after receiving the control policy. For example, if there is a managed terminal corresponding to a management policy with a usage duration of 5 hours, the managed terminal will be restricted from being used after 5 hours of usage after receiving the management policy.
It should be noted that, the method is based on the existing network management server of the mobile communication network, under the condition of ensuring the existing normal function of the network management, the method additionally develops the parental control function, does not need to additionally build a special server, and does not need to install a client on the terminal to realize the parental control function, so that the method of the embodiment of the invention can avoid the problem that the client is unloaded by the user terminal of the student/child, which causes the disconnection of management and control, and simultaneously, because the existing network management server of the mobile communication network additionally takes the parental control function under the condition of ensuring the normal function of the network management, the operation and maintenance and the hardware cost can be reduced; in addition, the embodiment of the present application can implement multiple functions such as application time management, CS domain management, PS domain management, and more practical data collection and push functions for the child terminal, so that the parent management function of the embodiment of the present application is more comprehensive, and the application scenario is wider (applicable to the management of the whole mobile communication network).
In the parent management method, the IMSI information reported by each terminal is received, the role information corresponding to each terminal is determined from a preset management table according to the IMSI information reported by each terminal, the management strategy corresponding to each managed terminal is determined from a preset management strategy table according to the role information and the IMSI information corresponding to each terminal, and then the management strategies are respectively sent to each managed terminal, wherein the preset management table comprises the corresponding relation between the IMSI information and the role information, and the preset management strategy table comprises the corresponding relation between each managed terminal and the management strategy. In the method, because the network elements such as the base station, the core network and the like are not needed to be used for managing the terminal of the managed person, but the network manager is used for managing the managed person, the method is simple to operate, in addition, when the method is used for maintaining the management process, the network elements such as the base station, the core network and the like are not needed to be changed or maintained, and only the network manager side is needed to be changed, so the maintainability is strong; furthermore, when the management process needs to be updated, the method can complete the update only by modifying the preset management table and the management policy table, so that the updating process of the method is simpler.
In another embodiment, another parental management method is provided, and this embodiment relates to a specific process of how to count the activity information of the manager terminal into a report and send the report to the manager terminal. On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the method may further include the steps of:
s302, counting the activity information of each managed terminal within a preset time length.
The preset time period may be one day, two days, one week, two weeks, three weeks, one month, two months, etc., and may be set according to actual conditions, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. The activity information may be internet browsing information, internet duration, call duration, streaming media service duration, and the like.
Specifically, when managing each managed terminal, the network manager may automatically collect all activity information of each managed terminal, where the activity information may be collected in real time within a preset time period, or may collect the activity information of each terminal within the preset time period at one time every other preset time period.
And S304, forming a statistical report by the activity information of each managed terminal within a preset time length, and sending the statistical report to the manager terminal corresponding to each managed terminal.
The format of the statistical report may be txt, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, png, JPG, etc., and the statistical report may include a report, a chart, such as a bar chart, a pie chart, a graph, etc., for example, the cumulative internet surfing time of a week is 32 hours (40% in the chart), the cumulative call time is 3 hours (3% in the chart), etc.
In addition, when the activity information is formed into the statistical report, all the activity information may be formed into the statistical report, or only part of the activity information may be formed into the statistical report; when one manager terminal manages a plurality of manager terminals correspondingly, the activity information of all the corresponding manager terminals can be counted to form a statistical report, or a statistical report can be respectively formed for the activity information of each manager terminal; when the statistics report is sent to the administrator terminal, if there are multiple administrator terminals, the statistics report may be sent to the multiple administrator terminals at the same time, or the statistics report may be sent to only one of the administrator terminals, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Specifically, after obtaining the activity information of each managed terminal within the preset time, the network manager may form a statistical report from the activity information, and send the statistical report to the manager terminal corresponding to each managed terminal, that is, the network manager may only push the statistical report to the manager terminal bound with the relationship, and only push the data information of the local managed terminal. When sending the statistics report to the administrator terminal, a message pushing mode may be selected, and in the pushing, the message pushing mode may be once per week, or once per month, or of course, may be at other pushing intervals, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
The parent management method provided in this embodiment forms a statistical report by counting activity information of each managed terminal within a preset time duration, and sends the statistical report to the manager terminal corresponding to each managed terminal. In this embodiment, since the network manager can collect the activity information of the managed terminal and form a report to be sent to the manager terminal, the method can facilitate the manager terminal to grasp the activity behavior of the managed terminal, so as to perform corresponding management on the managed terminal more timely, and avoid the problem of influencing the study or life of the managed terminal.
In another embodiment, another parental management method is provided, and this embodiment relates to one possible implementation of how the administrator terminal modifies the management policy. On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the method may further include the steps of:
s402, displaying the statistical report to the manager terminal, and receiving a modification instruction sent by the manager terminal.
The modification instruction may include a modified object and a modification content, the modified object refers to a managed terminal, and the modification content may include a modification part made to the management policy. When the management strategy needs to be modified, the manager can send a modification instruction to the service hall of the operator, and then the network management operator of the service hall modifies the modification instruction, or the manager can send the modification instruction to the network management, and the network management directly modifies the modification instruction. The modification may be a management policy corresponding to one managed terminal, or may be a management policy corresponding to a plurality of managed terminals.
Specifically, after the network manager sends the statistics report to the manager terminal, the statistics report may also be displayed to the manager terminal, and the manager may analyze the statistics report, and when some control policies are not satisfied, the manager may control the manager terminal to send a modification instruction, and send the modification instruction to the network manager via the base station and the switch.
S404, updating or modifying the management strategy corresponding to each managed terminal according to the modification instruction.
Specifically, after receiving a modification instruction sent by a manager terminal, the network manager may modify the management policy corresponding to the modified object according to the modification content and the modified object in the modification instruction, and after modification, the network manager may resend the management policy modified by the modified object to the modified object, and then the modified object may respond according to a new management policy; meanwhile, the network manager can update the modified management strategy to a preset management strategy table, and in addition, the network manager can also send a modification completion instruction to the manager terminal to inform the manager terminal of completion of modification.
Optionally, the management policy includes at least one of the following: a Circuit Switched (CS) domain management strategy, a Packet Switched (PS) domain management strategy, a use time management strategy, an application program management strategy, an access IP address management strategy and an access IP port management strategy. Specifically, the content corresponding to each control strategy may be as follows:
the circuit switched, CS, domain management policies may include: synchronizing with an address book of each controlled terminal, rejecting a service request, limiting service duration, distinguishing strange numbers, distinguishing fraud messages (setting a black and white list, intercepting the fraud messages and the like), and the like; the packet PS domain management policy may include: rejecting service requests, limiting service duration, limiting service usage traffic, etc., such as web browsing, network gaming, entertainment APP, online transactions, APP download (black and white lists may be set); the usage time management policy may include: the controlled terminal uses time planning, such as class time or sleep time to disable all internet entertainment functions of the controlled terminal, only starts emergency calling and communication between the inside of an address list, and rejects all strange number calling outside the address list; the application management policy may include: limiting the uploading or downloading of certain applications, disabling certain applications for certain specified periods, etc.; accessing the IP address management policy may include: rejecting service requests, limiting service duration, limiting service usage flow thresholds, and the like; the access IP port management policy may include: rejecting service requests, limiting service durations, limiting service usage flow thresholds, etc.
The parent management method provided in this embodiment is to display the statistical report to the administrator terminal, receive a modification instruction sent by the administrator terminal, and update or modify a management policy corresponding to each administrator terminal according to the modification instruction. In this embodiment, since the management policy can be directly modified through the network manager without modifying network elements such as a base station and a core network, the method is simpler to operate and has higher maintainability when updating or modifying.
In another embodiment, another parental management method is provided, and this embodiment relates to a possible implementation manner of how the network manager receives IMSI information of each terminal and sends a management policy. On the basis of the above embodiment, the above S202 may include the following step a, and the above S208 may include the following step B:
and step A, receiving IMSI information forwarded by each terminal through the base station where the terminal is located.
Each terminal can be in the same base station, or some terminals in each terminal can be in the same base station, and other terminals can be in other base stations, or each terminal can be in different base stations, but the data of all base stations can be sent to the network management for processing. Different terminals can be located under different base stations, namely, each terminal can move, and in the moving process, information can be forwarded to a network manager through the base station where the terminal is located in the moving process, so that the problem that management control cannot be performed when some terminals exceed a certain specific base station in the moving process can be avoided.
Specifically, when each terminal sends the IMSI information to the network manager, the IMSI information may be sent to the base station where each terminal is currently located, the base station where each terminal is currently located sends the IMSI information to the switch, and the switch forwards the IMSI information to the network manager, so that the network manager may receive the IMSI information sent by each terminal.
And step B, forwarding the management strategy corresponding to each managed terminal through the base station where each managed terminal is located.
Specifically, after determining the management policy corresponding to each managed terminal, the network manager may first send the management policy to the switch, then forward the management policy to the base station where each managed terminal is currently located by the switch, and then send the management policy to each managed terminal by each base station where the managed terminal is currently located. Here, the base station where each managed terminal is located when receiving the management policy may be the same as or different from the base station where the managed terminal is located when sending the IMSI information, so that each terminal can move freely and can be managed and controlled.
In the parent management method provided in this embodiment, when receiving the IMSI information sent by each terminal, the network manager may receive the IMSI information forwarded by each terminal through the base station where the terminal is located, and when sending the management policy, the network manager may also forward the management policy corresponding to each managed terminal through the base station where each managed terminal is located. In this embodiment, since the network manager may forward the information and the management policy to the base station where the terminal is located when receiving the information and sending the management policy, the method may allow each terminal to move randomly during the use process, and may avoid that the terminal cannot be managed or controlled when the location of the terminal exceeds the coverage of a specific base station.
In another embodiment, another parental management method is provided, and this embodiment relates to a specific process of how to modify a preset management table and a management policy table when a new managed terminal or a new added manager terminal is added. On the basis of the above embodiment, the above method may further include the following steps a and b:
step a, when a manager terminal is added, modifying a preset management table according to IMSI information of the added manager terminal.
In this step, when the terminal of the administrator is faulty or damaged, or under other conditions, the administrator may need to replace the terminal, the replaced terminal may be referred to as a new administrator terminal, and the IMSI information of the new administrator terminal does not exist in the preset management table, so that the preset management table needs to be modified, and during modification, the network manager may add the IMSI information of the new administrator terminal in the table 1 and configure role information of the administrator for the new administrator terminal.
And b, when a new managed terminal is added, modifying the preset management table according to the IMSI information of the new managed terminal, and modifying the preset management strategy table according to the IMSI information of the new managed terminal and the role information corresponding to the new managed terminal.
In this step, when the terminal of the managed party is failed or damaged or under other conditions, the managed party may need to replace the terminal, the replaced terminal may be referred to as a newly added managed party terminal, and the IMSI information of the newly added managed party terminal does not exist in the preset management table and the management policy table, so that the preset management table and the management policy table need to be modified.
In the parent management method provided in this embodiment, when a new administrator terminal or a new managed terminal is added, the management table may be modified by adding IMSI information of the administrator, and the management table and the management policy table may be modified by adding IMSI information and role information of the managed terminal. Because the modification processes are all operated by the network management and do not relate to the modification part of network elements such as a base station, a core network and the like, the method has simpler operation and stronger maintainability when modifying the management table or the management strategy table.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2-4 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-4 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternating with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
