Abstract

本发明公开了一种集成电源供给和网线信号传输一体化线材,包括电源线、信号线和护套,所述护套内层粘接有编制套,所述编制套内部填充有橡胶层,且所述电源线贯穿连接在橡胶层中间位置,本发明增加护套采用SR‑PVC材料制成,SRPVC聚合度较普通PVC高,其机械延展性能要好,质地较硬,耐磨,表面粗糙不易滑脱,不易燃,编制套为金属编织结构,用于进一步提高线材的防火及抗拉伸能力,中间的信号线为带铝箔套结构,在电磁干扰的环境下,保证信号稳定传输,防止外界信号对线缆运输数据产生干扰,另外也防止本身具有的电磁辐射的外泄作用,电源线与信号线组合在一根线材内,使得电源与信号传输的在一根线材中完成,形成一体化功能。

技术领域
本发明属于信号线技术领域,具体涉及一种集成电源供给和网线信号传输一体化线材。
背景技术
信号线主要是指在电气控制电路中用于传递传感信息与控制信息的线路。信号线往往以多条电缆线构成为一束或多束传输线,也可以是排列在印制板电路中的印制线,随着科技与应用的不断进步,信号线已由金属载体发展为其它载体,如光缆等。信号线是用来传输由信号源所产生音响信号的线材。它主要包括同轴信号线、数码信号线、光缆信号线、平衡信号线。
现有的警务车需求连接7个左右的摄像头装置,在电源主线需要在机舱内完成对接(对接14根分叉支线),包扎电工胶布,作业工序复杂且稳定性差,不美观的同时售后不便于检测维修,网线没有编织层且对绞线松脱不紧密,易出现信号泄露衰减,网络线整车布线上,信号线过长输出受电磁信号的相互干扰,接线作业效率低且检修线路复杂,性能不可靠,安全系数低等缺陷。
为此,我们提出一种集成电源供给和网线信号传输一体化线材来解决现有技术中存在的问题,使其提高信号传输稳定性,电源及网线一体化,整体布线简易。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种集成电源供给和网线信号传输一体化线材,以解决上述背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种集成电源供给和网线信号传输一体化线材,包括电源线、信号线和护套,所述护套内层粘接有编制套,所述编制套内部填充有橡胶层,且所述电源线贯穿连接在橡胶层中间位置,所述信号线穿插在橡胶层侧边,且所述信号线位于电源线外侧,所述电源线外侧包裹有绝缘胶套,所述信号线外侧包裹有铝箔套,所述绝缘胶套和铝箔套之间贯穿连接在橡胶层内部,所述护套一侧粘接有标签,所述信号线端部安装有网线插头,所述电源线端部安装有电源母头。
优选的,所述护套侧壁与标签连接处粘接有密封胶体,且密封胶体端面为斜面结构。
优选的,所述护套中间一侧粘接有磁环,所述磁环位于标签内侧,所述磁环与标签为对称设置的两组,且所述磁环为加镍锌磁环。
优选的,所述电源线规格为20AWG导体电源线,且所述电源线材料为镀锡铜。
优选的,所述信号线规格为24AWG网线,且所述信号线对绞对绞绞距为15-20毫米。
优选的,所述电源线和信号线分叉处粘接有胶套,所述胶套密封粘接在护套端部。
优选的,所述信号线端部套接有耐寒PVC套管,所述耐寒PVC套管位于网线插头和胶套中间,所述电源线端部套接有同规格的耐寒PVC套管。
优选的,所述电源线端部伸出护套部分的长度大于信号线端部伸出护套部分的长度。
本发明的技术效果和优点:本发明增加护套采用SR-PVC材料制成,SRPVC聚合度较普通PVC高,其机械延展性能要好,质地较硬,耐磨,表面粗糙不易滑脱,不易燃,编制套为金属编织结构,用于进一步提高线材的防火及抗拉伸能力,中间的信号线为带铝箔套结构,在电磁干扰的环境下,保证信号稳定传输,防止外界信号对线缆运输数据产生干扰,另外也防止本身具有的电磁辐射的外泄作用,电源线与信号线组合在一根线材内,使得电源与信号传输的在一根线材中完成,形成一体化功能,整线线束走线根据设备所需的长度定位尺寸,附加对产品连接器的标签识别,线束上线直接装配即可。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了如图1-3所示的一种集成电源供给和网线信号传输一体化线材,包括电源线1、信号线2和护套3,所述护套3内层粘接有编制套4,所述编制套4内部填充有橡胶层,且所述电源线1贯穿连接在橡胶层中间位置,所述信号线2穿插在橡胶层侧边,且所述信号线2位于电源线1外侧,所述电源线1外侧包裹有绝缘胶套6,所述信号线2外侧包裹有铝箔套7,所述绝缘胶套6和铝箔套7之间贯穿连接在橡胶层内部,所述护套3一侧粘接有标签8,所述信号线2端部安装有网线插头9,所述电源线1端部安装有电源母头10,护套3采用SR-PVC材料制成,SRPVC聚合度较普通PVC高,其机械延展性能要好,质地较硬,耐磨,表面粗糙不易滑脱,不易燃,编制套4为金属编织结构,用于进一步提高线材的防火及抗拉伸能力,中间的信号线3为带铝箔套7结构,在电磁干扰的环境下,保证信号稳定传输,防止外界信号对线缆运输数据产生干扰,另外也防止本身具有的电磁辐射的外泄作用,电源线1与信号线2组合在一根线材内,使得电源与信号传输的在一根线材中完成,形成一体化功能,整线线束走线根据设备所需的长度定位尺寸,附加对产品连接器的标签8识别,线束上线直接装配即可。
具体的,所述护套3侧壁与标签8连接处粘接有密封胶体,且密封胶体端面为斜面结构,密封胶体用于配合维持标签8位置的稳定,防止标签8脱落。
具体的,所述护套3中间一侧粘接有磁环11,所述磁环11位于标签8内侧,所述磁环11与标签8为对称设置的两组,且所述磁环11为加镍锌磁环。连接线长超出4米外两头加镍锌磁环11定位成型,去除高、低频信号干扰。
具体的,所述电源线1规格为20AWG导体电源线,且所述电源线1材料为镀锡铜。
具体的,所述信号线2规格为24AWG网线,且所述信号线2对绞对绞绞距为15-20毫米。
具体的,所述电源线1和信号线2分叉处粘接有胶套12,所述胶套12密封粘接在护套3端部,所述信号线2端部套接有耐寒PVC套管13,所述耐寒PVC套管13位于网线插头9和胶套12中间,所述电源线1端部套接有同规格的耐寒PVC套管13,耐寒PVC套管13用于提高线材外部与端子连接处的抗寒能力,避免线材受冷或者受热损坏。
具体的,所述电源线1端部伸出护套3部分的长度大于信号线2的长度。
结构原理:护套3采用SR-PVC材料制成,SRPVC聚合度较普通PVC高,其机械延展性能要好,质地较硬,耐磨,表面粗糙不易滑脱,不易燃,编制套4为金属编织结构,用于进一步提高线材的防火及抗拉伸能力,中间的信号线2为带铝箔套7结构,在电磁干扰的环境下,保证信号稳定传输,防止外界信号对线缆运输数据产生干扰,另外也防止本身具有的电磁辐射的外泄作用,电源线1与信号线2组合在一根线材内,使得电源与信号传输的在一根线材中完成,形成一体化功能,整线线束走线根据设备所需的长度定位尺寸,附加对产品连接器的标签8识别,线束上线直接装配即可。

1.一种集成电源供给和网线信号传输一体化线材,包括电源线(1)、信号线(2)和护套(3),其特征在于:所述护套(3)内层粘接有编制套(4),所述编制套(4)内部填充有橡胶层,且所述电源线(1)贯穿连接在橡胶层中间位置,所述信号线(2)穿插在橡胶层侧边,且所述信号线(2)位于电源线(1)外侧,所述电源线(1)外侧包裹有绝缘胶套(6),所述信号线(2)外侧包裹有铝箔套(7),所述绝缘胶套(6)和铝箔套(7)之间贯穿连接在橡胶层内部,所述护套(3)一侧粘接有标签(8),所述信号线(2)端部安装有网线插头(9),所述电源线(1)端部安装有电源母头(10);所述护套(3)侧壁与标签(8)连接处粘接有密封胶体,且密封胶体端面为斜面结构;所述护套(3)中间一侧粘接有磁环(11),所述磁环(11)位于标签(8)内侧,所述磁环(11)与标签(8)为对称设置的两组,且所述磁环(11)为加镍锌磁环;所述电源线(1)规格为20AWG导体电源线,且所述电源线(1)材料为镀锡铜;所述信号线(2)规格为24AWG网线,且所述信号线(2)对绞距为15-20毫米;所述电源线(1)和信号线(2)分叉处粘接有胶套(12),所述胶套(12)密封粘接在护套(3)端部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成电源供给和网线信号传输一体化线材,其特征在于:所述信号线(2)端部套接有耐寒PVC套管(13),所述耐寒PVC套管(13)位于网线插头(9)和胶套(12)中间,所述电源线(1)端部套接有耐寒PVC套管(13)。
