A hospital wants to purchase a blood taking needle and a foam dressing through a high-efficiency medical consumable price inquiry system, specific parameters such as specification and model are unknown, and after commodity description, quantity and intention price (unnecessary filling) are input, intentional dealers B and C are selected to initiate price inquiry requests to the two dealers. The quotation step of the dealer C is the same as above; after receiving the quotations of the dealers B and C, the hospital A compares the commodity details with the commodity price, preferentially selects the quotation of the seller C, clicks to place an order and generates a purchasing plan; at the same time, the system automatically generates a short-term contract for a and C, during which time hospital a can make multiple orders as quoted by dealer C. The warehouse department of the distributor B starts to pick up goods after receiving the delivery application of 1000 blood collection needles and 200 foam dressings, the system prints a pick-up bill according to the set pick-up rule (preferably delivering goods with the production date before and the effective period before), the pick-up bill displays that the blood collection needles are stored on the 3 rd position of the 12 # sub-warehouse, and the foam dressings are stored on the 19 th position of the 24 # sub-warehouse; picking the goods by the picker according to the position, generating a sales order after the goods are rechecked and confirmed by the delivery person, and sending the goods to the hospital A; and the hospital A receives the commodity delivery notice, updates the order information on line synchronously and waits for receiving the commodity. 1000 blood taking needles and 200 foam dressings sent by the distributor B are delivered to the hospital A, the hospital A receives the notice to prepare for acceptance, if the products are not accepted, the hospital clicks to confirm completion, and the order is completed; if the acceptance is in question, entering an after-sale process; when the A hospital receives the goods, the products sent by the B dealer are found to have problems (unqualified), and the order management module can apply for returning/changing/replenishing goods to the B dealer, if 10 goods are required to be changed, the reason is that: damage in transportation and unqualified acceptance inspection; and sends 10 damaged lancets back to distributor B; and B, after receiving the after-sale request and returned goods of the hospital A, the dealer B confirms to change the goods, informs the warehouse to take out 10 blood taking needles again and send the blood taking needles to the hospital A, waits for the second acceptance of the hospital, has the same acceptance steps until all goods are accepted, and finishes the order.
Fig. 7 is a schematic block diagram of a medical consumable price inquiring and purchasing device 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the present invention also provides a medical consumable price enquiring and purchasing device 300 corresponding to the above medical consumable price enquiring and purchasing method. The medical supplies inquiring and purchasing apparatus 300 includes a unit for performing the above-described medical supplies inquiring and purchasing method, and may be configured in a server.
Specifically, referring to fig. 7, the apparatus 300 for inquiring and purchasing medical consumables includes:

the selling unit 306 is used for screening out orders with the stock meeting the requirement according to the order set so as to obtain a distributable order;
a shipment notification generation unit 307 for generating a shipment notification in accordance with the order that can be shipped, so that the dealer carries out shipment;
and a tracking information generating unit 308 for generating the related trackable information corresponding to the consumable.
In one embodiment, the quotation information generating unit 302 comprises:
the electronic contract acquisition subunit is used for acquiring an online electronic contract signed by a hospital and a dealer;
the analysis subunit is used for performing text analysis on the online electronic contract to obtain the consumable purchase related information;
the storage subunit is used for storing the related information of all consumable purchase in the database to form a basic database;
the searching subunit is used for searching the basic database by taking the inquiry request as a search keyword, and judging whether the basic database has corresponding consumable purchasing related information;
the calling subunit is used for calling corresponding consumable purchase related information if the consumable purchase related information is the same as the consumable purchase related information so as to form quotation information;
and the establishing subunit is used for acquiring the corresponding quotation information of the other dealers about the consumable part according to the inquiry request and establishing the corresponding consumable part purchasing related information in the basic database to form quotation information if the consumable part purchasing related information is not acquired.
In one embodiment, the order set generating unit 305 includes:
the purchasing information generating subunit is used for analyzing the purchasing requirement and the quotation information of the consumable materials in the hospital to obtain purchasing information;
and the order generating subunit is used for generating a purchase order corresponding to each distributor according to the purchase information and the distributor information so as to form an order set.
In one embodiment, the sales unit 306 includes:
the issuing subunit is used for issuing the corresponding order in the order set according to the dealer information;
the judging subunit is used for judging whether the stock of the corresponding consumable item in the order meets the requirement or not according to the issued order; if so, taking the issued order as a delivery order; and if not, taking the issued order as a non-shippable order.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
and the delivery unit is used for automatically generating a picking order for delivery by the dealer according to the production date or the validity period of the commodity so as to finish delivery operation.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
the information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the basic information of the consumables uploaded by the dealer;
and the auditing unit is used for auditing the basic information of the consumables and the related information of the dealer, and storing the basic information of the consumables and the related information of the dealer which pass the auditing into the basic database.
Fig. 8 is a schematic block diagram of a medical consumable price inquiry and procurement device 300 according to another embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 8, the price inquiry and procurement device 300 for medical consumables of the present embodiment is added with a goods inspection unit 309, a goods inspection judgment unit 310 and a marking unit 311 in addition to the above-described embodiments.
The goods inspection unit 309 is used for acquiring a goods inspection result of the hospital;
the goods inspection judging unit 310 is used for judging whether the goods inspection result is passed or not; if not, returning the obtained hospital goods inspection result;
and a marking unit 311, configured to mark the available order as completed if the available order is completed, and store the completed order in the designated database.
It should be noted that, as can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art, the detailed implementation process of the aforementioned price inquiring and purchasing device 300 for medical consumables and each unit can refer to the corresponding description in the foregoing method embodiment, and for convenience and brevity of description, no further description is provided herein.
The medical consumable price inquiring and purchasing device 300 may be implemented in the form of a computer program, which can be run on a computer device as shown in fig. 9.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic block diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present application. The computer device 500 is a server.
Referring to fig. 9, the computer device 500 includes a processor 502, memory, and a network interface 505 connected by a system bus 501, where the memory may include a non-volatile storage medium 503 and an internal memory 504.
The non-volatile storage medium 503 may store an operating system 5031 and a computer program 5032. The computer programs 5032 comprise program instructions that, when executed, cause the processor 502 to perform a method of medical consumable interrogation and procurement.
The processor 502 is used to provide computing and control capabilities to support the operation of the overall computer device 500.
The internal memory 504 provides an environment for the operation of the computer program 5032 in the non-volatile storage medium 503, and when the computer program 5032 is executed by the processor 502, the processor 502 can execute a method for querying and purchasing medical consumables.
The network interface 505 is used for network communication with other devices. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in fig. 9 is a block diagram of only a portion of the configuration associated with the present application and does not constitute a limitation of the computer device 500 to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular computer device 500 may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
Wherein the processor 502 is configured to run the computer program 5032 stored in the memory to implement the following steps:
acquiring an inquiry request of relevant consumables of a hospital and a purchase demand of consumables of the hospital;
acquiring quotation information corresponding to the consumable part of the dealer according to the price inquiry request to form quotation information;
screening quotation information meeting the hospital requirements and corresponding dealer information according to the quotation information to obtain supply information;
generating a contract according to the supply information;
generating an order set according to the contract and the hospital consumable purchasing demand;
screening out orders with the stock meeting the requirements according to the order set so as to obtain a shippable order;
generating a delivery notice according to the delivery order so that the distributor can deliver the delivery;
and generating related traceable information corresponding to the consumable.
Wherein, the related traceable information comprises order logistics information, a first commodity investment certificate and a first dealer investment certificate.
In an embodiment, when the processor 502 implements the step of obtaining the quotation information corresponding to the consumable part of the dealer according to the inquiry request to form the quotation information, the following steps are specifically implemented:
acquiring an online electronic contract signed by a hospital and a dealer;
performing text analysis on the online electronic contract to obtain consumable purchasing related information;
storing all the related information of the consumable purchase in a database to form a basic database;
taking the price inquiry request as a search keyword, searching in a basic database, and judging whether corresponding consumable material purchasing related information exists in the basic database;
if yes, calling corresponding consumable purchase related information to form quotation information;
if not, acquiring the corresponding offer information of the other dealers about the consumables according to the inquiry request, and establishing corresponding consumable purchase related information in the basic database to form the offer list information.
In an embodiment, when implementing the step of generating an order set according to the electronic contract and the procurement requirements of hospital consumables, the processor 502 specifically implements the following steps:
analyzing the purchasing demand and the quotation information of the consumable materials in the hospital to obtain purchasing information;
and generating a purchase order corresponding to each distributor according to the purchase information and the distributor information to form an order set.
In an embodiment, when the step of screening out the order with the stock meeting the requirement according to the order set to obtain the order capable of being shipped is implemented by the processor 502, the following steps are specifically implemented:
issuing corresponding orders in the order set according to the dealer information;
judging whether the stock of corresponding consumables in the order meets the requirement or not according to the issued order;
if so, taking the issued order as a delivery order;
and if not, taking the issued order as a non-shippable order.
In one embodiment, the processor 502, after implementing the generating a delivery notice from the shippable order for the dealer to perform the delivering step, further implements the steps of:
the dealer automatically generates a pick-up list according to the production date or the valid period of the goods to be delivered out of the warehouse so as to finish the delivery operation.
In one embodiment, after the step of generating the related traceable information corresponding to the consumable, the processor 502 further implements the following steps:
acquiring a hospital goods inspection result;
judging whether the goods inspection result is passed or not;
if yes, marking the order capable of being sent as finished and storing the order capable of being sent into a specified database;
if not, returning the obtained hospital goods inspection result.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present Application, the Processor 502 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), and the Processor 502 may also be other general-purpose processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field-Programmable Gate arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, and the like. Wherein a general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the flow of the method implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program instructing associated hardware. The computer program includes program instructions, and the computer program may be stored in a storage medium, which is a computer-readable storage medium. The program instructions are executed by at least one processor in the computer system to implement the flow steps of the embodiments of the method described above.
Accordingly, the present invention also provides a storage medium. The storage medium may be a computer-readable storage medium. The storage medium stores a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of:
acquiring an inquiry request of relevant consumables of a hospital and a purchase demand of consumables of the hospital;
acquiring quotation information corresponding to the consumable part of the dealer according to the price inquiry request to form quotation information;
screening quotation information meeting the hospital requirements and corresponding dealer information according to the quotation information to obtain supply information;
generating a contract according to the supply information;
generating an order set according to the contract and the hospital consumable purchasing demand;
screening out orders with the stock meeting the requirements according to the order set so as to obtain a shippable order;
generating a delivery notice according to the delivery order so that the distributor can deliver the delivery;
and generating related traceable information corresponding to the consumable.
Wherein, the related traceable information comprises order logistics information, a first commodity investment certificate and a first dealer investment certificate.
In an embodiment, when the processor executes the step of acquiring, according to the inquiry request, the quotation information corresponding to the consumable part of the dealer to form the quotation information, the following steps are specifically implemented:
acquiring an online electronic contract signed by a hospital and a dealer;
performing text analysis on the online electronic contract to obtain consumable purchasing related information;
storing all the related information of the consumable purchase in a database to form a basic database;
taking the price inquiry request as a search keyword, searching in a basic database, and judging whether corresponding consumable material purchasing related information exists in the basic database;
if yes, calling corresponding consumable purchase related information to form quotation information;
if not, acquiring the corresponding offer information of the other dealers about the consumables according to the inquiry request, and establishing corresponding consumable purchase related information in the basic database to form the offer list information.
In an embodiment, when the processor executes the computer program to implement the step of generating an order set according to the electronic contract and the hospital consumable procurement requirements, the processor specifically implements the following steps:
analyzing the purchasing demand and the quotation information of the consumable materials in the hospital to obtain purchasing information;
and generating a purchase order corresponding to each distributor according to the purchase information and the distributor information to form an order set.
In an embodiment, when the processor executes the computer program to realize the step of screening out the order with the stock meeting the requirement according to the order set to obtain the order capable of being shipped, the following steps are specifically realized:
issuing corresponding orders in the order set according to the dealer information;
judging whether the stock of corresponding consumables in the order meets the requirement or not according to the issued order;
if so, taking the issued order as a delivery order;
and if not, taking the issued order as a non-shippable order.
In one embodiment, the processor, after executing the computer program to implement the generating a shipping notice from a shippable order for a dealer to perform the shipping step, further implements the steps of:
the dealer automatically generates a pick-up list according to the production date or the valid period of the goods to be delivered out of the warehouse so as to finish the delivery operation.
In an embodiment, after the step of executing the computer program to realize the related traceable information corresponding to the generated consumable, the processor further realizes the following steps:
acquiring a hospital goods inspection result;
judging whether the goods inspection result is passed or not;
if yes, marking the order capable of being sent as finished and storing the order capable of being sent into a specified database;
if not, returning the obtained hospital goods inspection result.
The storage medium may be a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, which can store various computer readable storage media.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the elements and algorithm steps of the examples described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied in electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the components and steps of the examples have been described in a functional general in the foregoing description for the purpose of illustrating clearly the interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. The steps in the method of the embodiment of the invention can be sequentially adjusted, combined and deleted according to actual needs. While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, the invention is not limited thereto, and various equivalent modifications and substitutions can be easily made by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.

Claims (10)

acquiring an inquiry request of relevant consumables of a hospital and a purchase demand of consumables of the hospital;
acquiring quotation information corresponding to the consumable part of the dealer according to the price inquiry request to form quotation information;
screening quotation information meeting the hospital requirements and corresponding dealer information according to the quotation information to obtain supply information;
generating a contract according to the supply information;
generating an order set according to the contract and the hospital consumable purchasing demand;
screening out orders with the stock meeting the requirements according to the order set so as to obtain a shippable order;
generating a delivery notice according to the delivery order so that the distributor can deliver the delivery;
and generating related traceable information corresponding to the consumable.
2. The medical consumable price enquiring and purchasing method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring of the corresponding price information of the dealer about the consumable supplies according to the price enquiring request to form price list information comprises:
acquiring an online electronic contract signed by a hospital and a dealer;
performing text analysis on the online electronic contract to obtain consumable purchasing related information;
storing all the related information of the consumable purchase in a database to form a basic database;
taking the price inquiry request as a search keyword, searching in a basic database, and judging whether corresponding consumable material purchasing related information exists in the basic database;
if yes, calling corresponding consumable purchase related information to form quotation information;
if not, acquiring the corresponding offer information of the other dealers about the consumables according to the inquiry request, and establishing corresponding consumable purchase related information in the basic database to form the offer list information.
3. The method for inquiring and purchasing medical supplies according to claim 1, wherein the step of generating an order set according to the electronic contract and the hospital supply purchasing requirement comprises:
analyzing the purchasing demand and the quotation information of the consumable materials in the hospital to obtain purchasing information;
and generating a purchase order corresponding to each distributor according to the purchase information and the distributor information to form an order set.
4. The method for inquiring and purchasing medical consumables according to claim 2, wherein the step of screening out the orders with the stock quantity meeting the requirement according to the order set to obtain the order capable of being issued comprises the following steps:
issuing corresponding orders in the order set according to the dealer information;
judging whether the stock of corresponding consumables in the order meets the requirement or not according to the issued order;
if so, taking the issued order as a delivery order;
and if not, taking the issued order as a non-shippable order.
5. The medical consumable interrogation and procurement method of claim 1, wherein the generating a delivery notice from the shippable order for the dealer to deliver further comprises:
the dealer automatically generates a pick-up list according to the production date or the valid period of the goods to be delivered out of the warehouse so as to finish the delivery operation.
6. The medical consumable interrogation and procurement method of claim 1, wherein the relevant trackable information comprises order logistics information, a first supply certificate for the commodity, and a first supply certificate for the dealer.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating of the trackable information associated with the consumable further comprises:
acquiring a hospital goods inspection result;
judging whether the goods inspection result is passed or not;
if yes, marking the order capable of being sent as finished and storing the order capable of being sent into a specified database;
if not, returning the obtained hospital goods inspection result.
8. Inquiry and purchase device of medical consumables, characterized by including:
the price inquiry request acquisition unit is used for acquiring price inquiry requests of relevant consumables of a hospital and purchase demands of the consumables of the hospital;
the quotation information generating unit is used for acquiring quotation information corresponding to the consumable part of the dealer according to the price inquiry request so as to form quotation information;
the supply information unit is used for screening quotation information meeting the requirements of the hospital and corresponding dealer information according to the quotation information to obtain supply information;
the contract generating unit is used for generating a contract according to the supply information;

the screening unit is used for screening out orders with the stock meeting the requirements according to the order set so as to obtain the order capable of being issued;
a delivery notification generation unit for generating a delivery notification according to the order that can be delivered to cause the dealer to deliver the delivery;
and the tracking information generating unit is used for generating related traceable information corresponding to the consumable.
9. A computer device, characterized in that the computer device comprises a memory, on which a computer program is stored, and a processor, which when executing the computer program implements the method according to any of claims 1 to 7.
