Step 604, a preset financial analysis formula library is obtained, wherein the preset financial analysis formula library comprises a mapping relation between preset fields and corresponding financial analysis formulas.
And 606, inquiring a preset financial analysis formula library according to the field corresponding to the financial index information to obtain a corresponding financial analysis formula.
The fields are used for identifying the financial index information, the mapping relation between the preset fields and the corresponding financial analysis formulas can be established in the financial analysis formula library in advance, the financial index information has corresponding unique fields, the corresponding financial index information can be obtained through the fields, and the corresponding fields can be obtained through the financial index information.
And searching the matched financial analysis formula from the mapping relation between the field in the preset financial analysis library and the financial analysis formula according to the field corresponding to the financial index information when the field corresponding to the financial index information is obtained. Specifically, a target field matched with a field corresponding to the financial index information is searched from a preset financial analysis library, a financial analysis formula corresponding to the target field is obtained, and the obtained financial analysis formula is used as the financial analysis formula corresponding to the financial index information.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, generating and displaying a financial statement analysis report based on financial index values includes:
step 702, converting the financial index value data corresponding to the financial index value into corresponding financial index webpage data.
And step 704, displaying the financial statement analysis report in the webpage according to the financial index webpage data.
When the financial statement analysis report is generated and displayed according to the financial index value, the display data for displaying the financial statement analysis report can be displayed only after being processed, and the financial index value data corresponding to the financial index value needs to be converted into corresponding financial index webpage data. The financial index webpage data refers to financial statement data which can be displayed on a webpage. And after the financial index value data corresponding to the financial index value is converted into corresponding financial index webpage data, a financial statement analysis report can be displayed on a webpage according to the financial index webpage data, so that financial related personnel can audit the financial statement or carry out the next work according to the financial index webpage data.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, generating and displaying a financial statement analysis report based on financial index values includes:

The financial statement analysis report can be displayed on the webpage, and can also be displayed on the document, and because the data format displayed by the webpage and the data format displayed by the document are different, the financial statement analysis report is displayed on the document, the financial index value data corresponding to the financial index value needs to be converted into the corresponding financial index display data, and then the financial statement analysis report is displayed in the document according to the financial index display data. The financial index display data refers to financial report data which can be displayed on a document, wherein the document can be but is not limited to a word document in office software office.

The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in the above-described flowcharts may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the sub-steps or the stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternatingly with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, there is provided a financial reporting data processing apparatus 900, wherein:
the receiving module 902 is configured to receive financial statement data, where the financial statement data includes legal financial data and illegal financial data.
And the extraction module 904 is configured to extract text content of the financial statement data to obtain a statement subject corresponding to the financial statement data.
And the removing module 906 is used for removing the illegal financial data in the financial statement data according to the statement subjects to obtain the financial index information.
And the calculating module 908 is configured to call a financial analysis formula corresponding to the financial index information from the preset financial analysis formula library, and calculate a financial index value corresponding to the financial index information through the financial analysis formula.
And the generating module 910 is configured to generate and display a financial statement analysis report according to the financial index value.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the financial statement data processing apparatus 900 further comprises:
and the analyzing module 912 is configured to analyze the data format of the financial statement file corresponding to the financial statement data to obtain a corresponding financial statement file format.
The judging module 914 is configured to judge whether the format of the financial statement file meets a preset data format condition, and if so, perform a step of extracting text content of the financial statement data.
The determining module 914 is further configured to revise the format of the financial reporting file corresponding to the financial reporting data if the format of the financial reporting file is not met, until the financial reporting file corresponding to the financial reporting data meets a preset data format condition.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the extraction module 904 includes:
and the financial text content acquisition unit 904a is used for acquiring the financial text content in the financial statement data.
And a financial text content segmentation unit 904b, configured to segment the financial text content to obtain a plurality of words.
And the financial text content screening unit 904c is configured to screen the report subjects corresponding to the financial report data from the words according to a preset report subject dictionary.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 12, the culling module 906 includes:
the subject pool obtaining unit 906a is configured to obtain a preset financial statement subject pool, where the preset financial statement subject pool includes a legal statement subject.
The subject pool processing unit 906b is configured to determine that the report subject is an illegal report subject when the report subject is not in the preset financial report subject pool, determine financial data corresponding to the report subject as illegal financial data, discard the illegal financial data, use remaining financial data in the financial report data as legal financial data, and acquire financial index information corresponding to the legal financial data.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 13, the calculation module 908 comprises:
the field obtaining unit 908a is configured to obtain a field corresponding to the financial index information.
The formula library obtaining unit 908b is configured to obtain a preset financial analysis formula library, where the preset financial analysis formula library includes a mapping relationship between a preset field and a corresponding financial analysis formula.
And the analysis formula calling unit 908c is configured to query the preset financial analysis formula library according to the field corresponding to the financial index information to obtain the corresponding financial analysis formula.
In one embodiment, the generating module 910 is further configured to convert the financial index value data corresponding to the financial index value into corresponding financial index webpage data; displaying a financial statement analysis report in a webpage according to the financial index webpage data; and/or converting the financial index value data corresponding to the financial index value into corresponding financial index display data; and displaying the financial statement analysis report in the document according to the financial index display data.
For the specific limitations of the financial statement data processing apparatus, reference may be made to the above limitations of the financial statement data processing method, which are not described herein again. All or part of the modules in the financial statement data processing device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 14. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a financial statement data processing method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 14 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the above-described financial statement data processing method. The steps of the financial statement data processing method herein may be the steps of the financial statement data processing method of the various embodiments described above.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided, which stores a computer program that, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the above-mentioned financial statement data processing method. The steps of the financial statement data processing method herein may be the steps of the financial statement data processing method of the various embodiments described above.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A method of financial statement data processing, the method comprising:
receiving financial statement data, wherein the financial statement data comprises legal financial data and illegal financial data;
extracting text contents of the financial statement data to obtain statement subjects corresponding to the financial statement data;
according to the report subjects, removing illegal financial data in the financial report data to obtain financial index information;
calling a financial analysis formula corresponding to the financial index information from a preset financial analysis formula library, and calculating to obtain a financial index value corresponding to the financial index information through the financial analysis formula;
and generating and displaying a financial statement analysis report according to the financial index value.
2. The method of claim 1, prior to the extracting the text content of the financial statement data, further comprising:
analyzing the data format of the financial statement file corresponding to the financial statement data to obtain a corresponding financial statement file format;
judging whether the format of the financial statement file meets a preset data format condition, if so, entering the step of extracting the text content of the financial statement data;
and if not, format revision is carried out on the financial statement file corresponding to the financial statement data until the financial statement file corresponding to the financial statement data meets the preset data format condition.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the extracting the text content of the financial reporting data to obtain the reporting subject corresponding to the financial reporting data comprises:
acquiring financial text content in the financial statement data;
segmenting the financial text content to obtain a plurality of words;
and screening the words according to a preset report subject dictionary to obtain the report subject corresponding to the financial report data.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the removing illegal financial data in the financial reporting data according to the reporting subject to obtain financial index information comprises:
acquiring a preset financial statement subject pool, wherein the preset financial statement subject pool comprises legal statement subjects;
and when the report subject is not in the preset financial report subject pool, determining that the report subject is an illegal report subject, determining financial data corresponding to the report subject as illegal financial data, discarding the illegal financial data, taking residual financial data in the financial report data as legal financial data, and acquiring financial index information corresponding to the legal financial data.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the calling the financial analysis formula corresponding to the financial index information from a preset financial analysis formula library comprises:
acquiring a field corresponding to the financial index information;
acquiring a preset financial analysis formula library, wherein the preset financial analysis formula library comprises a mapping relation between a preset field and a corresponding financial analysis formula;
and inquiring the preset financial analysis formula library according to the field corresponding to the financial index information to obtain a corresponding financial analysis formula.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein generating and displaying a financial statement analysis report based on the financial index value comprises:
converting the financial index value data corresponding to the financial index value into corresponding financial index webpage data;
displaying the financial statement analysis report in a webpage according to the financial index webpage data; and/or
Converting the financial index value data corresponding to the financial index value into corresponding financial index display data;
and displaying the financial statement analysis report in a document according to the financial index display data.
7. A financial statement data processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the receiving module is used for receiving financial statement data, and the financial statement data comprises legal financial data and illegal financial data;
the extraction module is used for extracting text contents of the financial statement data to obtain statement subjects corresponding to the financial statement data;
the rejecting module is used for rejecting illegal financial data in the financial statement data according to the statement subjects to obtain financial index information;
the calculation module is used for calling a financial analysis formula corresponding to the financial index information from a preset financial analysis formula library and calculating a financial index value corresponding to the financial index information through the financial analysis formula;
and the generating module is used for generating and displaying a financial statement analysis report according to the financial index value.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the analysis module is used for analyzing the data format of the financial statement file corresponding to the financial statement data to obtain the corresponding financial statement file format;
the judging module is used for judging whether the format of the financial statement file meets a preset data format condition, and if so, entering the step of extracting the text content of the financial statement data;
and the judging module is also used for revising the format of the financial statement file corresponding to the financial statement data if the format of the financial statement file is not met until the financial statement file corresponding to the financial statement data meets the preset data format condition.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
