Detailed Description
The following describes in detail the embodiments of the present application with reference to the drawings attached hereto.
In the following description, for purposes of explanation and not limitation, specific details are set forth such as particular system structures, interfaces, techniques, etc. in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application.
The terms "system" and "network" are often used interchangeably herein. The term "and/or" herein is merely an association describing an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B, may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship. Further, the term "plurality" herein means two or more than two.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating an embodiment of a financial data display method according to the present application. Specifically, the method may include the steps of:
step S11: financial data relating to at least one financial index is separately obtained.
In one implementation scenario, the financial index may be specifically set according to the actual situation. For example, where a business is interested in accounts receivable, financial metrics may include, but are not limited to: account age of receivable account, turnover rate of receivable account, etc.; alternatively, where the enterprise is interested in reimbursement, the financial indicators may include, but are not limited to, sales reimbursement, and the like; alternatively, where the enterprise is concerned about liabilities, the financial indicators may include, but are not limited to, asset liability rates, and the like; alternatively, where the enterprise is interested in flowing assets, the financial indicators may include, but are not limited to, speed ratios; alternatively, where the enterprise is interested in return on investment, the financial indicators may include, but are not limited to, return on investment, etc., and are not limited thereto.
In another implementation scenario, in order to make the user know the financial status of the enterprise as comprehensively as possible, the at least one financial index may include: at least one of an accounts receivable, an accounts receivable turnover rate, a sales return, a rate of assets liability, a snap rate, a rate of return on investment.
It should be noted that the financial indexes are all common indexes in enterprise operation management, and specific meanings of the financial indexes are not described herein again.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the financial data may be obtained by processing, by the financial system, raw data in a first database of the financial system. The financial system can be a financial system of enterprise management, namely in the embodiment of the disclosure, the financial data is acquired without depending on manual carding or processing by a third-party system. In particular, the financial systems may include, but are not limited to, SAP (System Applications and products), and the like, and are not limited thereto.
In one implementation scenario, the raw data represents unprocessed data, and the raw data has numerous fine-grained data information, that is, the data dimensions shown by the raw data are most comprehensive, and the raw data may specifically include dimensions of receivable, income, reimbursement, and the like. Taking the revenue data as an example, the revenue data may specifically include, but is not limited to, the following fine-grained data information: the posting time (e.g., XXXX year XX month XX day XX), the posting amount (e.g., XXXX yuan), the revenue amount (e.g., XX company XX system upgrade project), the remittance unit (e.g., XX company), the project principal (e.g., Zhang III), and the department to which the project principal belongs (e.g., XX division). The other raw data such as the receivable data and the refund data can be analogized, and the examples are not repeated. It should be noted that the above data information is only one case that may exist in practical applications, and the data information specifically contained in the original data is not limited thereby.
In an implementation scenario, the financial system may extract financial data related to the financial index from the raw data according to a preset report content corresponding to the financial index, that is, the financial data is extracted strictly according to the preset report content corresponding to the financial index, so that the accuracy of the financial data can be improved.
In a specific implementation scenario, the preset report content may include, but is not limited to: the data change trend with the accounting period as the dimension, the distribution of different types of data, etc., are not limited herein. The accounting period can be set according to actual needs, for example, the accounting period can be a quarter, a month, a week, a day, and the like, which is not limited herein.
Taking the financial index "account age of receivable accounts" as an example, under the condition that the preset report content corresponding to the financial index "account age of receivable accounts" includes a data change trend with months as dimensions, receivable data can be extracted from the original data, and each receivable data is divided into a plurality of data sets according to the data information "receivable time" in the receivable data, such as a data set corresponding to 1 month, a data set corresponding to 2 months, a data set corresponding to 3 months, and the like, which are not illustrated one by one herein. On the basis, the data sets corresponding to each month can be respectively collected to obtain the account receivable total amount of each month, so that the data change trend of the financial index 'account age of account receivable' with the month as the dimensionality can be reflected by the collected account receivable total amount of each month. Other financial indicators may be analogized, and are not illustrated here.
Still taking the financial index "account age of receivable accounts" as an example, under the condition that the preset report content corresponding to the financial index "account age of receivable accounts" includes the distribution conditions of different types of data, receivable data can be extracted from the original data, and each receivable data is divided into a data set "unexpired" and a data set "overdue" according to the data information "account expiration time" in the receivable data. On this basis, the two data sets can be respectively summarized to obtain the unexpired account total amount and the overdue account total amount, so that the distribution condition of different types of data can be reflected by the summarized unexpired account total amount and the overdue account total amount, for example, the unexpired account total amount occupies 60% of the receivable account total amount, and the overdue account total amount occupies 40% of the receivable account total amount. Other financial indicators may be analogized, and are not illustrated here.
In another specific implementation scenario, the financial system may extract the financial data from the raw data at a preset period, so that the real-time performance of the financial data can be adjusted by adjusting the preset period. For example, in the case where the user desires to view financial data on a daily basis, the preset period may be daily; alternatively, in the case that the user desires to view the financial data weekly, the preset period may be weekly, which is not limited herein.
In yet another specific implementation scenario, the first database of the financial system stores raw data such as receivable, income, refund, etc., as previously described. Specifically, a plurality of database tables (for example, a database table to be received, a database table to be returned, and the like) can be maintained in the first database, the financial system can extract data from the plurality of database tables in the process of processing the original data, and summarize the extracted data into a large data table, and then extract financial data related to the financial index from the large data table according to preset report content corresponding to the financial index, and the specific process of data extraction can refer to the foregoing related description, and is not described herein again.
In yet another specific implementation scenario, the financial system may push the financial data to the second database after extracting the financial data associated with the at least one financial index from the raw data, respectively, so that the financial data may be retrieved from the second database. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating the flow of financial data. As shown in fig. 2, Table1, Table2 and Table3 are stored in the first database of the SAP financial system, and 3 database tables are total, Table1 is refreshed through Report1 command, and Report2 command and Report3 command are driven to refresh Table2 and Table3, respectively, so as to obtain financial data related to at least one financial index, and then the financial data are pushed to the second database maintained by MySQL in combination with a program interface and a PO (Persistent Object) command, and the financial data related to at least one financial index are organized into data Table1, Table2, Table3, and the like, which correspond to the at least one financial index respectively, through a database Table structure. In addition, the second database table may employ the same database table structure as the first database table.
Step S12: financial data relating to the financial indicators is displayed in graphical form.
In one implementation scenario, the chart form may include, but is not limited to: pie charts, bar charts, line charts, etc., without limitation.
In an implementation scenario, as shown in fig. 2, the chart form may be developed and designed in advance based on Html5, Html5 is a language description manner for constructing Web content, and specifically, reference may be made to a technical document of Html5, which is not described herein again.
In one implementation scenario, the financial data may be specifically displayed in Office Automation (OA) programs, enterprise WeChat programs, and the like. As shown in fig. 2, the data entry of the mobile terminal may be hung on the enterprise OA or the enterprise WeChat, and when the user opens the enterprise OA or the enterprise WeChat, the user can load a graphical interface designed by Html5 through an interface (i.e., Link in fig. 2) and obtain financial data from the second database. On this basis, can with the statement content of presetting that corresponds with the financial index to chart form shows the financial data relevant with the financial index, so can be convenient for the user anytime and anywhere look over financial data, improve the convenience that financial data looked over.
In addition, as mentioned above, the financial system may extract financial data related to the financial index from the raw data according to a preset report content corresponding to the financial index. For example, in a case where the financial index includes "receivable account age" and the preset statement content corresponding to the financial index includes a data change trend with a month as a dimension, the financial data related to the financial index "receivable account age" may specifically include a receivable total amount per month; or, in a case that the financial index includes "account age of receivable account", and the preset report content corresponding to the financial index includes distribution conditions of different data types, the financial data related to the financial index "account age of receivable account" may specifically include an unexpired total amount of account and an expired total amount of account, which may specifically refer to the foregoing description, and will not be described herein again. Therefore, the financial data related to the financial indexes can be displayed according to the preset report contents corresponding to the financial indexes. Still taking the financial index "accounts receivable age" as an example, the accounts receivable total for each month may be displayed in a chart form, and the unexpired and expired accounts total may be displayed in a chart form. Other financial indicators may be analogized, and are not illustrated here.
In one implementation, referring to fig. 3a in combination, fig. 3a is a schematic diagram illustrating an embodiment of a financial index receivable account age. As shown in fig. 3a, in the case that the preset report content corresponding to the account age of the receivable account as the financial index includes different types of data, the distribution of the "unexpired" and "overdue" data in the receivable account can be displayed in a pie graph.
In another implementation scenario, referring to fig. 3b in combination, fig. 3b is a diagram illustrating another embodiment of the account age of accounts receivable for the financial index, as shown in fig. 3b, in the case that the financial index includes a data variation trend with the accounting period as the dimension, the variation trend of the expired accounts of each month and the variation trend of the unexpired accounts of each month may be displayed in a bar graph form.
In yet another implementation scenario, please refer to fig. 3c in combination, fig. 3c is a schematic diagram showing a diagram of another embodiment of the account payable amount of the financial index, as shown in fig. 3c, in the case that the financial index includes different types of data, the distribution of the overdue account amounts of different overdue durations may be displayed in a bar graph. Different timeout durations can be set according to actual needs, and for example, the timeout durations can be set to include: within 30 days, 31 to 90 days, 91 to 180 days, 181 to 360 days, 1 to 2 years, more than 2 years, without limitation. In addition, a chart switching button can be displayed, and under the condition that the triggering operation of the chart switching button by the user is detected, the overdue accounts of different overdue durations currently displayed in a bar chart can be switched to be displayed in a ring chart.
In one implementation scenario, please refer to fig. 4, wherein fig. 4 is a diagram illustrating an exemplary financial index turnover rate due to money transfer. As shown in fig. 4, in the case where the financial index includes a data change trend in which the accounting period is a dimension, the change trend of the number of turnover days receivable for each month may be displayed in the form of a bar graph.
In one implementation scenario, referring to fig. 5a, fig. 5a is a schematic diagram illustrating a graphical display of an embodiment of a financial index sales reimbursement. As shown in fig. 5a, in the case that the financial index includes a data change trend with the accounting period as a dimension, the money return data change trend of each month may be displayed in a bar graph form.
In one implementation scenario, please refer to fig. 5b, and fig. 5b is a schematic diagram illustrating a financial index sales reimbursement in accordance with another embodiment. As shown in fig. 5b, in the case that the financial index includes distribution of different types of data, the distribution of the sales reimbursements from different departments may also be displayed in the form of a bar graph.
It should be noted that the above illustration of the financial data related to different financial indexes in various graphical forms is only a possible way in practical application, and the specific graphical form adopted by the financial data is not limited thereby.
Above-mentioned scheme, through acquireing the financial data relevant with at least one kind of financial index respectively, and financial data is handled by financial system to the primary data in financial system's the first database and obtains, on this basis, show financial data relevant with financial data with the chart form, owing to need not artifical arrangement and conclude, handle the primary data in its first database through financial system and obtain financial data relevant with financial index, so can be favorable to promoting efficiency and the accuracy of financial data arrangement, and through show financial data relevant with financial index with the chart form, thereby different financial index relevant financial data, can show respectively by the chart form respectively, so can be favorable to improving financial data's readability.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a financial data display method according to another embodiment of the present application. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the financial data related to each financial index includes a plurality of subdata, and the plurality of subdata related to each financial index covers the corresponding first range. The embodiment of the present disclosure may specifically include the following steps:
step S61: and obtaining the viewing authority of the login user.
As described in the foregoing disclosure, the financial data can be displayed in the enterprise OA and the enterprise wechat, so that the viewing authority of the login user of the enterprise OA and the enterprise wechat can be obtained. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the viewing right represents a second scope that the login user has right to view. Taking a login user as an enterprise president as an example, the viewing authority of the login user can be specifically expressed as the authority to view financial data of the whole enterprise; or, taking the logged-in user as the division leader of the division, the viewing authority may be specifically expressed as having the authority to view financial data of the whole division; or, taking the login user as the sales group leader as an example, the viewing right of the login user can be specifically expressed as having the right to view the financial data of the whole sales group. Other cases may be analogized, and are not illustrated here.
In one implementation scenario, the login user is only configured with one viewing right, if the login user is a sales group leader, and the login user is only configured with one viewing right, that is, the login user has a right to view financial data of the entire sales group.
In another implementation scenario, the login user may be configured with multiple viewing permissions, for example, if the login user is a corporate president and the login user also has a corporate president, one of the configured viewing permissions indicates that the login user has the right to view the financial data of the whole corporate, and the other configured viewing permission indicates that the login user has the right to view the financial data of the corporate president, in which case, the viewing permission of the login user may be determined in response to a selection result of the multiple viewing permissions by the login user. Still take the login user as the enterprise president and also take the role of the division of a certain business department as an example, the login user can firstly select the viewing authority of the role of the enterprise president, so that the financial data of the whole enterprise can be viewed firstly, and after the viewing is finished, the viewing authority of the role of the division of the business can be selected, so that the financial data of the division of the business can be viewed; or the login user can also select the viewing authority of the role 'division leader' first so as to view the financial data of the division, and after the viewing is finished, the viewing authority of the 'enterprise president' can be selected again so as to view the financial data of the whole enterprise; alternatively, the login user may select a viewing right from the roles "enterprise president" and "division manager" to view the financial data of the whole enterprise or the financial data of the division, which is not limited herein. As shown in fig. 3a to 3b and fig. 4, the financial data of the enterprise department may specifically refer to the above-mentioned drawings, which may include, but are not limited to: the XX cause department receivable account composition chart, the XX cause department receivable account and overdue proportion trend chart, the XX cause department receivable account overdue duration distribution chart, the XX cause department receivable account turnover day chart and the like. That is, the financial data of the whole group enterprise can reflect the whole financial situation of the group enterprise with a coarser granularity, but cannot reflect the financial situation with a finer granularity, such as the financial situation of the lower setting unit (e.g. the ministry of business, even the sales group, the salesman) of the group enterprise, i.e. the financial data of the whole group enterprise can be viewed singly, the specific financial situation of the lower setting unit can not be grasped (e.g. the proportion trend of the account receivable and overdue of a certain department in the accounting period dimension, or the overdue time distribution diagram of the account receivable of a certain sales group) can not be grasped, and the financial situation of a certain setting unit can not be grasped singly (e.g. the financial situation of the sales group can be viewed by the sales group leader, but the financial situation of the whole group enterprise can not be grasped). Therefore, if the login user is the enterprise president and also serves as the chief of a certain business department, the login user can macroscopically understand and master the overall financial condition of the group enterprise after checking the financial data of the whole group enterprise by the enterprise president role, and can relatively microscopically understand and master the financial data of the business department after checking the financial data of the business department by the business department chief role, so that the login user can understand and master the financial conditions of different granularities by different checking authorities under the condition that the login user is provided with various checking authorities, and the comprehensiveness and the meticulous of understanding and master are improved. In addition, the login user may configure other situations with multiple viewing permissions, and so on, which is not illustrated here.
In an implementation scenario, the viewing right of the login user may be modified and configured through a configuration program such as a wechat applet, so that after the enterprise OA (or enterprise wechat) is logged in, whether the viewing right of the login user changes may be detected first, for example, an inquiry request may be sent to a background server of the enterprise OA (or enterprise wechat) to request to acquire the viewing right of the login user, and if the viewing right of the login user is detected to change, the latest viewing right may be acquired. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a diagram illustrating an embodiment of a rights configuration interface. As shown in fig. 7, the user may be configured with viewing rights through the rights definition options. For example, when the position of the user changes, the viewing authority of the user can be updated through the configuration program.
