A humidity detection device based on millimeter waves, characterized in that, the humidity detection device is used to implement the humidity detection method of claim 1, and comprises a signal sending module, a signal receiving module and a signal processing module, wherein the signal sending module sends millimeter waves to an area to be detected with humidity, the signal receiving module receives the millimeter waves sent by the signal sending module, and the signal processing module comprises:
a difference value calculation unit: the device is used for calculating the difference value between the parameter value of the millimeter wave sent by the signal sending module and the parameter value of the millimeter wave received by the signal receiving module;
a humidity value acquisition unit: the humidity value corresponding to the difference value is inquired according to the corresponding relation between the difference value and the humidity value, and the humidity value is used as the humidity value of the area to be detected;
a humidity determination unit: and the humidity detection device is used for comparing the humidity value of the area to be detected with the humidity threshold value and judging the humidity condition of the area to be detected with the humidity.

The humidity detecting apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the humidity judging unit further comprises a humidity threshold setting subunit: the humidity setting module is used for setting the humidity threshold value to include a first humidity threshold value SL and a second humidity threshold value SH, wherein the first humidity threshold value SL is smaller than the second humidity threshold value SH.
7. The humidity detection apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the humidity value acquisition unit further comprises a sub-division molecular unit: the humidity detection device is used for dividing the area to be detected into a plurality of subareas to be detected.

A humidity control device, comprising the humidity detection apparatus according to any one of claims 5 to 8 and a controller, wherein the area to be detected is a room, the controller obtains the judgment result of the judgment unit, and if the humidity judgment unit judges that the room has low humidity, the humidity control device performs a humidification operation; and if the humidity judging unit judges that the humidity of the room is high, the humidity adjusting device executes dehumidification operation.
10. An air conditioner, comprising the humidity detecting device according to any one of claims 5 to 8.
11. The air conditioner of claim 10, wherein the humidity detection device is disposed on a main control panel of the air conditioner.

The air conditioner according to claim 12, wherein: the air conditioner main control board specifically adjusts the air sweeping speed as follows: if the humidity judging unit judges that the humidity condition is: when the air conditioner runs in a sweeping mode, when the air of the air conditioner sweeps across the subarea with high humidity, the sweeping speed is reduced, the air quantity is increased, and the air is dried and then is sent out; when the air of the air conditioner sweeps through a subarea with low humidity, the sweeping speed is reduced, the air quantity is increased, and the air is sent out after being humidified.
