Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic powder adding device of a centralized liquid supply system, which is characterized by comprising a transmission device, a mechanical arm and a cutter; the transmission device comprises a transmission belt, a travel switch and a motor; the conveying belt is controlled by a motor to advance, and a travel switch is arranged on the conveying belt to control the position of the powder bag; the mechanical arm comprises an X-axis mechanical arm and a Y-axis mechanical arm, the Y-axis mechanical arm is fixed on the transmission device, and the X-axis mechanical arm is connected to the Y-axis mechanical arm in a sliding mode and reciprocates along the Y-axis direction; the mechanical arm is connected to the X-axis mechanical arm in a sliding mode and reciprocates along the X axis; the cutter is fixed on one side of the transmission device. Technical Field
The invention relates to a centralized liquid supply system for medical dialysis, in particular to an automatic powder adding device of the centralized liquid supply system.
Background
The centralized liquid supply system is used for preparing dialysis powder into dialysis liquid and conveying the dialysis liquid to the dialysis machine through a pipeline. When the traditional centralized liquid supply system dispenses liquid, an operator needs to manually cut off the plastic bag outside the A/B powder and pour the A/B powder into the liquid dispensing barrel, so that the efficiency is low. The powder A mainly comprises sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride and acetic acid; the main components of the B powder are sodium bicarbonate or sodium bicarbonate and sodium chloride. The A/B powder can have pungent smell when being bagged, the working environment of operators is affected, and the human body can be injured after long-term inhalation.

The X-axis mechanical arm moves downwards to an appointed position, the mechanical arm clamps the A/B powder bag, the X-axis mechanical arm moves upwards to the appointed position, the mechanical arm moves rightwards to the position above the cutter, the X-axis mechanical arm moves downwards to the appointed position, the A/B powder bag enters the cutter bin, the cutter bin cover is automatically opened, the blade rotates at a high speed to cut the powder bag, the powder bag is shaken, and powder is prevented from remaining in the powder bag. Then the X-axis mechanical arm moves upwards to a designated position, the mechanical arm moves to the position above the bag throwing opening, the X-axis mechanical arm moves downwards to throw out the empty powder bag, and the X-axis mechanical arm and the mechanical arm move to the starting point to finish primary powder adding. All actions are completed by the control system.
