Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of knitted garment fabrics, and particularly relates to a moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing multifunctional knitted fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Modern people put more and more requirements on multifunction and comfort in wearing and household articles besides beauty. In hot summer, the textile fabric is mainly cool, breathable and dry. In order to improve the coolness of the fabric, the yarn with high moisture and heat conductivity is often woven into the fabric with high flatness in the market, the fabric with large gram weight improves the contact coolness performance, and the defects are that the fabric is thick and heavy and has poor air permeability. After a large amount of sweat is produced on a human body, if the fabric contacting with the human body does not absorb the sweat, the human body feels sultry, and the fabric with good moisture absorption capacity usually needs a period of time after the sweat is absorbed and is dried, and the fabric is easy to be attached to the human body in the period of time, so that the human body feels moist and sticky.
Functional textiles on the market at present are mainly obtained by performing functional coating finishing on fabrics, for example, a moisture absorption and sweat releasing finishing agent is adopted to endow the fabrics with a moisture absorption and sweat releasing function, an antibacterial finishing agent is adopted to endow the fabrics with an antibacterial function, and the like, but the washability, the dissolution property and the durability of the finishing agents are all required to be improved, and part of the finishing agents not only influence the appearance and the service performance of the fabrics, but also have harm to the safety of human bodies.
