Abstract
The invention discloses an ultrasonic emulsion breaker device for lubricating oil refiltering, which comprises an oil inlet (1), a front end plate (2), an electric control box (3), an ultrasonic generator (31), an ultrasonic transducer (4), an adsorption net (5), a shell (6), a rear end plate (7), an oil outlet (8), a water storage chamber (9), a water drain valve (10), a water drain device (11), a water drain valve (12), a connecting pipeline and a circuit, and is used for lubricating oil refiltering, and is characterized in that: most oil-in-water type and water-in-oil type emulsified molecule interfaces of the lubricating oil emulsion are broken under the action of ultrasonic high-frequency oscillation, part of water molecules collide with the adsorption net (5) to be adsorbed, and gradually accumulate to form water drops which then settle into the water storage chamber (9), so that continuous drainage can be realized. The ultrasonic demulsifying device for filtering lubricating oil again has the advantages of simple structure, high demulsifying efficiency, convenience in realizing oil-water separation and obvious advantages.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oil-water separation of lubricating oil, in particular to ultrasonic demulsification and coalescence filtration technology.
Background
After the lubricating oil enters water for various reasons, emulsion is easily formed under the conditions of high temperature and stirring, so that the oil-water separation work becomes very difficult, particularly the water-in-oil type emulsion has a stable molecular structure and has poor effect when being treated by using a traditional dehydration method, and therefore, the oil-water separation process of demulsification and filtration is adopted for the lubricating oil emulsion. The ultrasonic oscillation is adopted to demulsify the emulsified oil, but the demulsification is only an auxiliary method for oil-water separation, and if the demulsification is not carried out in time, the oil-water separation is carried out to re-form the emulsified liquid.
Therefore, how to design an ultrasonic emulsion breaker device for lubricating oil refiltration so as to further improve the separation and dehydration efficiency of emulsified oil is an important technical problem which needs to be solved by the technical personnel in the field at present.

Preferably, the ultrasonic transducer 4 is mounted on the upper portion of the front end plate 2 through a flange, and is inclined downwards to align with the center of the rear end plate 7, and a lead is connected between the ultrasonic transducer 4 and the ultrasonic generator 31.

The core of the invention is to provide an ultrasonic emulsion breaker device for lubricating oil refiltering, and by using the ultrasonic emulsion breaker device for lubricating oil refiltering, most of oil-in-water type and water-in-oil type emulsion molecular interfaces can be cracked under the action of ultrasonic high-frequency oscillation so as to realize oil-water separation.
