Abstract
The invention provides a fixable degradable antibacterial stain-resistant medical tablecloth and a manufacturing method thereof. The fixable, degradable, antibacterial and stain-resistant medical tablecloth comprises an antibacterial layer, a waterproof layer and a surface layer, wherein the antibacterial layer is located on the uppermost layer, the middle layer is the waterproof layer, medical pressure-sensitive adhesive is pasted on the periphery of the lower surface of the surface layer, which is in contact with an operating table, and adhesive layer strips are covered by release paper, two groups of binding bands with magic tapes are arranged at four corners of the tablecloth, each binding band comprises a burred surface and a fluff surface, and the burred surface is arranged on the other side of the fluff surface. Background
Many diseases today need to be treated by means of an operation, and a patient must lay a medical table cloth on an operation table during the operation process to ensure the cleanness of the table top. The blood and body fluid of the patient inevitably permeate the medical tablecloth in the operation process, so that the overflowing tablecloth flows onto an operation table and the ground of an operation room, and the blood and body fluid of the patient carry various bacteria and viruses, thereby easily causing cross infection to the patient and harming the health of the patient. Therefore, there is a need for an antimicrobial and stain resistant medical tablecloth.
The existing medical tablecloth is not easy to degrade, and bacteria and viruses infected on the tablecloth can enter the ambient air, which causes burden to the environment. Therefore, there is a need for a degradable medical tablecloth.
In addition, during the operation, the medical tablecloth will be wrinkled or moved by the patient moving, which affects the work of the medical staff and the operation, therefore, a medical tablecloth capable of being fixed is needed.
