The apparatus for wrapping a folded package as claimed in claim 1, wherein each station of said overwrapping system is provided with said second manipulators, one of said second manipulators for grasping said carton cards on said second conveyor, one of said second manipulators for forming said carton cards in one pass along said pre-pressing crease line, one of said second manipulators for applying glue to said carton cards, one of said second manipulators for grasping said inner package means on said glued carton card when said carton card on said conveyor is closest to said inner wrapping operation turret, and said second conveyor for continuing to convey said carton card to the next station.

The packaging machine for folded packets according to claim 1, wherein said overwrapping system comprises a one-shot forming station, a gluing station, a clipping station, a folding-flanging station and a stitching-correcting station, the one-step forming station is provided with a forming manipulator, after the paper box paper card is sent to the one-step forming station, the forming manipulator presses the paper box card down to form according to the prepressing crease line on the paper box card, the gluing station is used for gluing so as to ensure that the contact surface of the inner package and the paper box card is better attached and fixed, the folding and edge pressing station fixes and seals each side edge of the paper card of the outer packaging paper box and the inner packaging adhesive through the second mechanical arm, the pressing correction station is used for placing the folded packaging box into a correction jig, so that the packaging box is formed and fixed according to the size and shape of the jig and used for checking the integrity and the qualification of the external package.

The packaging apparatus of a folding packing box according to claim 1, wherein each of said manipulators is a multi-segment hemming manipulator capable of bending and rotating freely, said manipulators is used for gripping operation, dispensing operation, folding operation, and said manipulators is matched with a conveyor belt to complete the operation of each station.

The apparatus for packing folding packets as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said inner packing operating dial is parallel and co-current to the direction of travel of said second conveyor or said operating dial is perpendicular and crosswise to the direction of travel of said second conveyor to convey the material.

The packaging apparatus of a folding packaging box according to claim 6, wherein the material taking station, the glue dispensing station, the attaching station and the discharging station are distributed on the inner packaging operation turntable in four directions, and the arrival time of the second conveyor belt at the material clamping station for conveying materials is synchronous with the arrival time of the inner packaging operation turntable for rotating to the discharging station, so that the molded inner packaging box can be immediately loaded with the glued paper boxes and paper cards when arriving at the discharging station.

dispensing the lining paper card at a dispensing station, and simultaneously acquiring the next lining paper card at an original material taking station by the packaging operation turntable;
taking out the inner package box close to the attaching station and attaching the inner package box to the lining paper card through glue dispensing to form an inner package, and rotating an inner package operation turntable to enable the formed inner package to rotate to a discharging station to be in a state of waiting for taking;
the outer packing production line comprises the following steps:
acquiring paper box paper cards on a second conveyor belt, and sequentially leveling and forming the paper box paper cards on corresponding stations of the outer packaging system in the conveying process and dispensing the paper box paper cards after forming;
conveying the glued paper box card to a position corresponding to the inner package on the discharging station, taking the inner package on the glued paper box card, and combining the inner package with the paper box card through glue dispensing;
and folding and forming the paper box card combined with the inner package to obtain the required packaging box.
