Abstract

一种混合动力车动力装置,包括发动机、通过离合器与发动机相连接的ISG电机、与ISG电机相连接的变速箱,ISG电机的输入轴与变速箱的一轴固定连接,ISG电机上设置有多合一控制器,多合一控制器包括ISG电机控制器、太阳能电池控制器、电动空调压缩机控制器,ISG电机控制器与ISG电机电连接,太阳能电池控制器与太阳能电池电连接,电动空调压缩机控制器与电动空调压缩机电连接。该设计不仅具有较高的底盘集成度,降低了生产成本,而且具有较高的节油率,提高了整车的工作效和经济效益。

一种混合动力车动力装置
技术领域
本发明属于混合动力车动力系统技术领域,具体涉及一种混合动力车动力装置,适用于提高整车节油率和底盘集成度。
背景技术
随着新能源技术的不断发展,政府提出了新能源车的发展目标,继续支持电动汽车、燃料电池汽车发展,掌握汽车低碳化等核心技术,实现节能减排。目前,在商用车上主要采用混动、纯电和燃料电池技术路线,一方面,商用车上的空调压缩机直接与发电机连接,增加了发电机附件功,降低了整车节油效果,另一方面,发电机与变速箱独立装配,且发电机单独匹配有发电机控制器,空调压缩机单独匹配空调压缩机控制器,底盘零部件数量较多,集成度较差,不仅增加了底盘零部件成本,还增大了对底盘布置空间的需求。
中国专利:申请公布号CN105984319A、申请公布日2016年10月05日的发明公开了一种汽车用混合动力驱动系统,其包括发动机、ISG电机和变速箱,发动机通过离合器与ISG电机连接,ISG电机与变速箱连接,变速箱连接并驱动后轮,该系统还包括动力电池、电池和控制模块,虽然该系统具有不同的驱动模式,可以满足不同的驾驶要求,但是该系统中电气化部件的占比较低,ISG电机附件功较大,使得整车节油率较低,而且底盘上控制模块零部件数量较多,集成度较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服整车节油率较低、底盘集成度较差的问题,提供一种具有较高节油率和较高底盘集成度的一种混合动力车动力装置。
为实现以上目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种混合动力车动力装置,包括发动机、通过离合器与发动机相连接的ISG电机、与ISG电机相连接的变速箱;
所述ISG电机的输入轴与变速箱的一轴固定连接,所述ISG电机上设置有多合一控制器,所述多合一控制器包括ISG电机控制器、太阳能电池控制器、电动空调压缩机控制器,所述ISG电机控制器与ISG电机电连接,所述太阳能电池控制器与太阳能电池电连接,所述电动空调压缩机控制器与电动空调压缩机电连接。
所述多合一控制器还与蓄电池、动力电池电连接。
所述变速箱的一端与ISG电机相连接,变速箱的另一端依次通过传动轴、后桥后与车轮相连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明一种混合动力车动力装置中的ISG电机的输入轴与变速箱的一轴固定连接,ISG电机上设置有多合一控制器,多合一控制器包括ISG电机控制器、太阳能电池控制器、电动空调压缩机控制器,ISG电机控制器与ISG电机电连接,太阳能电池控制器与太阳能电池电连接,电动空调压缩机控制器与电动空调压缩机电连接,该设计一方面,不仅将 ISG电机的输入轴与变速箱的一轴固定连接,使得ISG电机、变速箱高度集成,而且将ISG电机控制器、太阳能电池控制器、电动空调压缩机控制器高度集成,从而降低了底盘零部件的数量,提高了底盘集成度,降低了底盘零部件的生产成本,另一方面,不仅采用了用电驱动的电动空调压缩机代替传统技术中皮带驱动的空调压缩机,提高了整车电气化零部件比例,而且引入了太阳能电池作为新动力源给电动空调压缩机供电,减少了ISG电机附件功,提高了整车的节油率,降低了尾气排放,提高了整车的工作效益和经济效益。因此,本发明不仅具有较高的底盘集成度,生产成本低,而且具有较高的节油率,提高了整车的工作效率和经济效益。
2、本发明一种混合动力车动力装置中的多合一控制器还与蓄电池、动力电池电连接,该设计不仅通过太阳能电池、动力电池给电动空调压缩机供电,确保了行车或驻车时电动空调压缩机的正常工作,还通过太阳能电池、动力电池、ISG电机给蓄电池供电,确保了行车或驻车时整车的低压供电,从而保证了整车的安全行驶,具有较高的行驶可靠性。因此,本发明保证了电动空调压缩机正常工作和整车的低压供电,具有较高的行驶可靠性。

所述混合动力工况为:当离合器5连接时由发动机1和ISG电机2同时提供动力驱动整车行驶,所述ISG电机2由太阳能电池6、动力电池9供电,所述太阳能电池6、动力电池9还提供电能给电动空调压缩机7和蓄电池8,确保无论在行车还是驻车状态下电动空调压缩机7正常工作和整车低压供电;
所述纯电力工况为:当离合器5断开时由ISG电机2单独提供动力驱动整车行驶,所述ISG电机2由太阳能电池6、动力电池9供电,所述太阳能电池6、动力电池9还提供电能给电动空调压缩机7和蓄电池8,确保无论在行车还是驻车状态下电动空调压缩机7正常工作和整车低压供电。
蓄电池8:所述蓄电池8给整车低压系统供电。
动力电池9:所述动力电池9还可以存储太阳能电池6的能量和ISG电机2制动回收的能量,所述制动回收为制动时ISG电机2提供反向扭矩,将整车动能转换为电能后储存。
本发明一种混合动力车动力装置中高度集成的ISG电机2和变速箱3、高度集成的多合一控制器,不仅节省了较大的底盘布置空间,而且降低了整车重量。
