Abstract

The invention discloses a body surface control device, comprising: an electronic skin layer comprising an electronic system; the switch is arranged on the electronic skin layer, connected with the electronic system and used for switching different working states of the electronic system; and the contact is arranged on the electronic skin layer in a protruding mode and corresponds to the switch position. Because the switch is arranged on the electronic skin layer and is connected with the electronic system, the switch can be fixed on the surface of a human body. Because the contact protrusion sets up on the electron skin layer and corresponds with the switch position, thereby can confirm the position of switch through touching the contact, and then reduce the probability that body surface controlling means touched by mistake.

The electronic skin is a system which can make the robot generate touch sense, has simple structure, can be processed into various shapes, can be attached to the surface of equipment like clothes, and can make the robot sense the information such as the position, the direction, the hardness and the like of an object.
The existing robot comprises an electronic skin, a robot main body and a control device, wherein the electronic skin covers the robot main body, the control device is arranged on the robot main body and is electrically connected with an electronic system in the electronic skin, and the control device is used for switching different working states of the electronic system.
However, the existing control device is usually arranged at a hidden position on the robot, so that the searching and the using are difficult, and the convenience of operation is reduced.

A body surface control device comprising:
an electronic skin layer comprising an electronic system;
the switch is arranged on the electronic skin layer, connected with the electronic system and used for switching different working states of the electronic system;
and the contact is arranged on the electronic skin layer in a protruding mode and corresponds to the switch position.
The body surface control device preferably further comprises: an encapsulation layer covering the switch, contact and e-skin layer to isolate the switch, e-skin layer and contact from the external atmosphere.
The body surface control device preferably further comprises: a simulated skin layer disposed on the encapsulation layer.
The body surface control device is preferably provided with a plurality of contact points; the plurality of contacts are evenly distributed around the switch on the electronic skin layer by taking the switch as a center.
The body surface control device is preferably, the switch comprises a main body part and a key, the main body part is arranged on the electronic skin layer, the key is arranged on the main body part and connected with the electronic system, and the key is used for controlling the electronic system to enter a set working state.

As shown in fig. 1, a body surface control device provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes: an electronic skin layer 10, said electronic skin layer 10 comprising an electronic system 101; the switch 30 is arranged on the electronic skin layer 10, is connected with the electronic system 101, and is used for switching different working states of the electronic system 101; and the contact 20 is convexly arranged on the electronic skin layer 10 and corresponds to the position of the switch 30.

In this embodiment, it is preferable that the key 302 is provided in plurality, and the plurality of keys 302 are distributed on the main body 301 at equal intervals. In this embodiment, it is preferred that the e-skin layer 10 is provided on a flexible substrate, which is attachable to the skin surface by means of an adhesive. From this, the flexible basement can realize with the better laminating of body surface to make electron skin layer still can realize good being connected with the body surface when the body surface is in crooked or tensile state, and then avoid electron skin layer to drop from the body surface.

In this embodiment, it is preferable that the electronic system 101 includes a sensor, the sensor is connected to the switch 30, the switch 30 is used for controlling the on and off of the sensor, the sensor is used for being connected to a processing system, and the sensor is used for sensing a human body parameter and providing the human body parameter to the processing system. an encapsulation layer covering the switch, contact and e-skin layer to isolate the switch, e-skin layer and contact from the external atmosphere.
3. The body surface control device of claim 1, further comprising: a simulated skin layer disposed on the encapsulation layer.
4. The body surface control device of claim 1, wherein the contact is a plurality of contacts; the plurality of contacts are evenly distributed around the switch on the electronic skin layer by taking the switch as a center.

A body surface control device according to claim 1, wherein the switch comprises a main body part and a key, the main body part is arranged on the electronic skin layer, the key is arranged on the main body part and connected with the electronic system, and the key is used for controlling the electronic system to enter a set working state.
6. The body surface control device of claim 5, wherein the plurality of keys are equally spaced apart on the body portion.
7. A body surface control device according to claim 6, wherein each of the keys is provided with the contact.
8. A body surface control device according to claim 1, wherein the electronic skin layer is provided on a flexible substrate, the flexible substrate being attachable to the skin surface by an adhesive.
9. The body surface control device of claim 1, wherein the switch is a membrane switch or a capacitive switch.
10. The body surface control device of claim 8, wherein the electronic system comprises a sensor coupled to the switch, the switch configured to control the sensor to turn on and off, the sensor configured to couple to a processing system, the sensor configured to sense a body parameter and provide the body parameter to the processing system.
