Abstract
The invention discloses a body surface control device, comprising: an electronic skin layer comprising an electronic system; the switch is arranged on the electronic skin layer, connected with the electronic system and used for switching different working states of the electronic system; and the contact is arranged on the electronic skin layer in a protruding mode and corresponds to the switch position. Because the switch is arranged on the electronic skin layer and is connected with the electronic system, the switch can be fixed on the surface of a human body. Because the contact protrusion sets up on the electron skin layer and corresponds with the switch position, thereby can confirm the position of switch through touching the contact, and then reduce the probability that body surface controlling means touched by mistake.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of wearable electronic equipment, and particularly relates to a body surface control device.
Background
The electronic skin is a system which can make the robot generate touch sense, has simple structure, can be processed into various shapes, can be attached to the surface of equipment like clothes, and can make the robot sense the information such as the position, the direction, the hardness and the like of an object.
The existing robot comprises an electronic skin, a robot main body and a control device, wherein the electronic skin covers the robot main body, the control device is arranged on the robot main body and is electrically connected with an electronic system in the electronic skin, and the control device is used for switching different working states of the electronic system.
However, the existing control device is usually arranged at a hidden position on the robot, so that the searching and the using are difficult, and the convenience of operation is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a body surface control device to improve the convenience of operation.
A body surface control device comprising:
an electronic skin layer comprising an electronic system;
the switch is arranged on the electronic skin layer, connected with the electronic system and used for switching different working states of the electronic system;
and the contact is arranged on the electronic skin layer in a protruding mode and corresponds to the switch position.
The body surface control device preferably further comprises: an encapsulation layer covering the switch, contact and e-skin layer to isolate the switch, e-skin layer and contact from the external atmosphere.
The body surface control device preferably further comprises: a simulated skin layer disposed on the encapsulation layer.
The body surface control device is preferably provided with a plurality of contact points; the plurality of contacts are evenly distributed around the switch on the electronic skin layer by taking the switch as a center.
The body surface control device is preferably, the switch comprises a main body part and a key, the main body part is arranged on the electronic skin layer, the key is arranged on the main body part and connected with the electronic system, and the key is used for controlling the electronic system to enter a set working state.
Preferably, the body surface control device includes a plurality of keys, and the plurality of keys are distributed at equal intervals on the main body.
The body surface control device is preferably provided with the contact point on each key.
The body surface control device is preferably characterized in that the electronic skin layer is arranged on a flexible substrate, and the flexible substrate can be connected to the skin surface through an adhesive.
Preferably, the switch is a membrane switch or a capacitance switch.
Preferably, the body surface control device further comprises a sensor connected to the switch, the switch is used for controlling the on and off of the sensor, the sensor is used for connecting with a processing system, and the sensor is used for sensing a human body parameter and providing the human body parameter to the processing system.
Based on the above, the body surface control device provided by the invention is used for arranging the electronic skin layer on the flexible substrate and connecting the flexible substrate to the skin surface through the adhesive; the specific position of the switch is determined by touching the contact points on the electronic skin layer, and then different working states of the electronic system in the electronic skin layer can be switched by controlling the switch. Because the switch is arranged on the electronic skin layer and is connected with the electronic system, the switch can be fixed on the surface of a human body. Because the contact protrusion sets up on the electron skin layer and corresponds with the switch position, thereby can confirm the position of switch through touching the contact, and then reduce the probability that body surface controlling means touched by mistake.
Further effects of the above-described non-conventional alternatives will be described below in connection with specific embodiments.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
As shown in fig. 1, a body surface control device provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes: an electronic skin layer 10, said electronic skin layer 10 comprising an electronic system 101; the switch 30 is arranged on the electronic skin layer 10, is connected with the electronic system 101, and is used for switching different working states of the electronic system 101; and the contact 20 is convexly arranged on the electronic skin layer 10 and corresponds to the position of the switch 30.
Specifically, the body surface controlling means of this embodiment can be connected electron skin layer and robot main part or human body when using, because the contact setting is on electron skin layer and corresponding with the switch position, consequently can be convenient through touch the contact on the electron skin layer, confirm the position of switch on the electron skin layer, later through the different operating condition of steerable switch switching electronic system, easy operation is convenient to can reduce the probability that body surface controlling means touched by mistake.
In this embodiment, preferably, the body surface control device further includes: and an encapsulation layer 40 covering the switch 30, the contact 20 and the electronic skin layer 10 to isolate the switch 30, the electronic skin layer 10 and the contact 20 from the external atmosphere. Therefore, the switch, the contact and the electronic skin layer are covered by the packaging layer, so that air can be isolated, and the switch, the contact and the electronic skin layer are prevented from being oxidized by air; but also has the functions of water resistance, sweat resistance and scratch resistance, thereby preventing the switch, the contact and the electronic skin layer from being corroded by water or sweat and preventing the body surface control device from being scratched. In particular, the surface of the switch, contact and e-skin layer may be treated with a liquid bandage or waterproof spray to achieve encapsulation of the switch, contact and e-skin layer.
In this embodiment, preferably, the body surface control device further includes: a simulated skin layer 50, said simulated skin layer 50 being disposed on said encapsulation layer 40. From this, through set up emulation skin layer on the encapsulation layer for body surface controlling means and body surface have the same colour, thereby have the function of camouflage when making body surface controlling means paste to the body surface, have improved body surface controlling means's aesthetic property.
As shown in fig. 2, when the contact 20 is made of silicon gel or other soft materials, the encapsulation layer 40 may only cover the switch 30 and the electronic skin layer 10, and the anti-genuine skin layer 50 covers the encapsulation layer 40.
It should be noted that the packaging layer and the simulated skin layer can be combined into one, that is, the packaging layer and the simulated skin layer are made into the same layer, and the layer has the functions of both the packaging layer and the simulated layer.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the number of the contacts 20 is plural; a plurality of the contacts 20 are evenly distributed around the switch 30 on the e-skin layer 10 centered on the switch 30. Specifically, a ring of contacts is provided around the switch. Therefore, the user can conveniently find the switch located at the central position through the contact in the using process, and the probability of mistaken touch of the body surface control device is reduced.
In this embodiment, preferably, the switch includes a main body 301 and a key 302, the main body 301 is disposed on the electronic skin layer 10, the key 302 is disposed on the main body 301 and connected to the electronic system 101, and the key 302 is configured to control the electronic system 101 to enter a set operating state. Therefore, different working states of the electronic system can be quickly switched by the keys arranged on the switch. Specifically, the electronic system may include a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor and a cardiotachometer, the switch is connected to the temperature sensor, the pressure sensor and the cardiotachometer respectively, and the key may include a first key, a second key and a third key; the first key is used for controlling the temperature sensor to be started, the second key is used for controlling the pressure sensor to be started, and the third key is used for controlling the heart rate meter to be started. Therefore, the corresponding function can be quickly started by pressing the corresponding key.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the key 302 is provided in plurality, and the plurality of keys 302 are distributed on the main body 301 at equal intervals. In particular, the spacing between adjacent keys is large, for example 5-20 cm. Therefore, the probability of mistaken touch of the switch is reduced by distributing the plurality of keys on the main body part at equal intervals.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, it is preferable that each of the keys 302 is provided with the contact 20. For example, keys 302 include a first key, a second key, and a third key; the first key, the second key and the third key are all provided with contacts. Because each key is provided with a contact, the corresponding key can be quickly found through the contact, and different working states of the electronic system can be switched by pressing the key.
In addition, the contact points of different keys can also have different protruding structures, and the different protruding structures are convenient for a user to determine the functions of different keys by touching the structures of the contact points.
In this embodiment, it is preferred that the e-skin layer 10 is provided on a flexible substrate, which is attachable to the skin surface by means of an adhesive. From this, the flexible basement can realize with the better laminating of body surface to make electron skin layer still can realize good being connected with the body surface when the body surface is in crooked or tensile state, and then avoid electron skin layer to drop from the body surface.
Wherein the flexible substrate is made of an insulating material.
In this embodiment, the switch 30 is preferably a membrane switch or a capacitor switch. Specifically, the capacitance switch is a switch signal triggered by the capacitance change of the electric shock position touched by a finger. The thin film switch has a three-layer structure and sequentially comprises an upper conductive layer, a hollow blocking layer and a lower conductive layer from top to bottom; because the barrier layer exists in the middle and the barrier layer exists between the upper conductive layer and the lower conductive layer, the upper conductive layer and the lower conductive layer cannot be contacted under a normal state; the acting force can be generated after the finger presses to enable the upper conducting layer and the lower conducting layer to extrude the blocking layer, and the hollowed-out parts of the blocking layer are contacted, so that the switch is changed into a path from open circuit, and the on-off and on-off control of the thin film switch is further realized. Because the capacitive switch or the membrane switch realize the on-off function of the switch through the pressing mode, the capacitive switch or the membrane switch is installed on the electronic skin layer and then cannot be switched on or off due to mistaken touch, and therefore the probability of mistaken touch of the body surface control device is reduced.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the electronic system 101 includes a sensor, the sensor is connected to the switch 30, the switch 30 is used for controlling the on and off of the sensor, the sensor is used for being connected to a processing system, and the sensor is used for sensing a human body parameter and providing the human body parameter to the processing system. Specifically, the body surface control device can be arranged on the body surface of a human body, the opening of the sensor on the electronic skin is controlled through the switch on the electronic skin layer, the sensor senses the human body parameters after being opened, and the sensed human body parameters are transmitted to the processing system in a wireless or wired mode. The processing system here may be provided within the electronic system or may be an external device independent of the electronic skin layer. Thus, the user can monitor the body state through the body surface control device.

Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. Claims (10)
1. A body surface control device, comprising:
an electronic skin layer comprising an electronic system;
the switch is arranged on the electronic skin layer, connected with the electronic system and used for switching different working states of the electronic system;
and the contact is arranged on the electronic skin layer in a protruding mode and corresponds to the switch position.
2. The body surface control device of claim 1, further comprising:
an encapsulation layer covering the switch, contact and e-skin layer to isolate the switch, e-skin layer and contact from the external atmosphere.
3. The body surface control device of claim 1, further comprising: a simulated skin layer disposed on the encapsulation layer.
4. The body surface control device of claim 1, wherein the contact is a plurality of contacts; the plurality of contacts are evenly distributed around the switch on the electronic skin layer by taking the switch as a center.
5. A body surface control device according to claim 1, wherein the switch comprises a main body part and a key, the main body part is arranged on the electronic skin layer, the key is arranged on the main body part and connected with the electronic system, and the key is used for controlling the electronic system to enter a set working state.
6. The body surface control device of claim 5, wherein the plurality of keys are equally spaced apart on the body portion.
7. A body surface control device according to claim 6, wherein each of the keys is provided with the contact.
8. A body surface control device according to claim 1, wherein the electronic skin layer is provided on a flexible substrate, the flexible substrate being attachable to the skin surface by an adhesive.
9. The body surface control device of claim 1, wherein the switch is a membrane switch or a capacitive switch.
10. The body surface control device of claim 8, wherein the electronic system comprises a sensor coupled to the switch, the switch configured to control the sensor to turn on and off, the sensor configured to couple to a processing system, the sensor configured to sense a body parameter and provide the body parameter to the processing system.
