2. The forming system of claim 1, wherein the exterior of the blank forming device is integrally a cuboid closed type cabin, the operation side of the cabin is divided into three sections of movable cabin doors from top to bottom, and the cabin roof can be opened in a sliding manner;
the interior of the cabin is sequentially provided with a liquid metal bag (12), a constant temperature distributor (15), an argon protection vacuum crystallizer and an ingot carrying trolley (19) from top to bottom;
the liquid metal ladle (12) enables metal in the liquid metal ladle to be kept in a liquid state, the bottom of the liquid metal ladle (12) is provided with an argon inlet and a molten metal outlet (125), and the molten metal outlet (125) is connected with a molten metal inlet of the constant-temperature distributor (15);
the constant temperature distributor (15) enables metal in the constant temperature distributor to keep molten state, the bottom of the constant temperature distributor (15) is provided with an argon inlet and a melting outlet (155), and the melting outlet (155) is connected with a printing nozzle (16);
the argon protection vacuum crystallizer (18) is cylindrical and is arranged at the lower part of the printing nozzle (16), the cylindrical wall is an interlayer, one side of the cylindrical wall is provided with an argon inlet, the other opposite side of the cylindrical wall is provided with an argon outlet, a cooling mechanism is arranged between the inner interlayer and the outer interlayer, the periphery of the cylinder is provided with an electromagnetic oscillator, the lower part of the crystallizer (18) is provided with a tray (184), and the lower part of the tray (184) is connected with a drawing rod;
a bearing spindle disk (193) is arranged at the upper part of the ingot carrying trolley (19), an expansion rod (192) is arranged in the bearing spindle disk (193), the top of the expansion rod is connected with a drawing rod of an argon protection vacuum crystallizer, and a strip-shaped groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the middle part of the ingot carrying trolley (19), of the bottom of the cabin;
the control system is further included: the control system is connected with the liquid metal bag (12), the constant temperature distributor (15), the argon protection vacuum crystallizer and the ingot carrier trolley (19).

The molding system according to claim 2, further comprising a high temperature operation robot (3), the process cooling station comprising a non-defective product cooling chamber and a class II chamber, the non-defective product cooling chamber comprising an infrared thermometer and a heating mechanism,
a weight detector is arranged on a spindle bearing disc (193) of the spindle carrying trolley (19), video recording mechanisms are arranged inside and outside the seat cabin, and incoming material sorting is completed through the weight detector and the appearance of a blank observed through videos;
according to the sorting result, the blanks on the ingot carrying trolley (19) are transferred to a cooling chamber or a second class sample chamber through a high-temperature operation mechanical hand (3) and a second class sample trolley (2); the qualified product is cooled through an infrared thermometer and a heating mechanism indoors.
4. The molding system according to claim 3, wherein the high-temperature operation robot (3) comprises a main column I (31), a sub-column I (32) and a holding clamp (33);
embrace pincers (33) including pincers body and tong arm, the rotatable cover of pincers body is established on I (31) of principal post and I (32) of auxiliary column, the tong arm is articulated with the pincers body.
5. The molding system according to claim 3, characterized in that the secondary product cart (2) comprises a receiving tray (21) and a driving wheel, the receiving tray (21) receiving a blank ingot.
6. The molding system of claim 1, wherein the inspection station comprises a control room, a cold-running robot (4), an inspection station (5), and a finished cart (6);
the blank after cooling treatment of the qualified product cooling chamber of the process cooling station is conveyed to the detection station (5) by adopting the normal-temperature operation mechanical arm (4), and after the blank is polished, finished and checked by a photographing meter by the detection station (5), the blank is conveyed to a finished product intelligent warehouse by the normal-temperature operation mechanical arm (4) and the finished product trolley (6).
7. Moulding system according to claim 6, wherein the inspection station (5) comprises a non-destructive inspection probe (51), a carriage II (52) and a transmission mechanism;
the whole detection station is a laterally arranged U-shaped frame, a rail is arranged on the long edge of the upper surface, the nondestructive detection probe (51) is slidably arranged on the rail, brackets II (52) are arranged on two opposite side edges of the upper surface, and the middle parts of the brackets II (52) are arc-shaped and used for bearing blanks; and two outer sides of the U-shaped frame are respectively provided with a transmission mechanism, and the transmission mechanisms drive the blanks to rotate on the bracket II (52).
8. The molding system of claim 7, wherein the work transfer mechanism includes a drive shaft (53), a drive wheel (54), and a drive wheel (55);
the transmission shaft (53) is arranged on the U-shaped support and located below the blank, the two ends of the transmission shaft (53) are respectively connected with the driving wheel (55), the driving wheel (55) drives the driven wheel (54) to rotate through a belt, the driven wheel and the driving wheel are located on the outer sides of two side edges of the U-shaped support, and the two driven wheels (54) are respectively located below the two ends of the blank and drive the blank to rotate.
9. The molding system according to claim 6, wherein the ambient-temperature-operated robot (4) comprises a boom (41), a revolute joint (42), a link, a vertical rod, and a robot main body;
the upper end of the vertical rod is connected with a connecting rod through a rotating arm (41), and the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the manipulator main body through a rotating joint (42);
the manipulator main body comprises a main column II (43), an auxiliary column II, a holding clamp (44) and a clamp arm (45); the clamp arm (45) is rotatably sleeved on the main column II (43) and the auxiliary column II, and the holding clamp (44) is hinged with the clamp arm (45);
the finished product trolley (6) comprises a bracket I (61) and a driving wheel (62), wherein the bracket comprises two parts and is used for bearing transverse blanks.
10. The molding system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent finished product warehouse comprises an electronic scale, an automatic code spraying machine and a parking space, so that finished products are automatically weighed and are transported to the parking space after code spraying;
the automatic delivery station comprises a control room, a track and a delivery trolley, wherein the delivery trolley moves through the track, and the control room records the number of the vehicle and the delivery time and enters and exits the warehouse.
