The working principle of the discharging assembly 4-2 is as follows: by starting the oil cylinder 4-2-6, when the oil cylinder 4-2-6 is extended or shortened, the angle of the rotating arm 4-2-16 is changed, and the length of the scraper blade 4-2-15 is matched with the height of the inner arm of the rotary drum, so that the quick cleaning structure of the substances remained in the rotary drum is simple and compact, the use is convenient and fast, the substances remained in the rotary drum are quickly cleaned by the angle change of the scraper blade 4-2-15, the labor intensity is greatly reduced, the working efficiency is improved, the separation effect is good, and the quality of the separated substances is improved.
The third bearings 1-19 in the bearing assembly 1 mainly bear axial force, the outer rings of the third bearings 1-19 are provided with the notch grooves 1-19-1, and the positioning pins 1-18 are arranged at the positions of the notch grooves 1-19-1, so that the outer rings of the bearings can be prevented from rotating, the spindle and the rotary drum can be prevented from sagging, and the stability of the whole machine equipment is improved. 2 notch grooves 1-19-1 are arranged, and the cross section of the notch grooves 1-19-1 is triangular, so that the structural design is accurate in positioning and convenient to process, and the production efficiency is improved.
