本发明涉及一种生胶烘干装置产生异味气体的处理工艺,属于异味气体处理技术领域。包括将生胶烘干装置所产生的高温高湿异味气体经过水洗塔进行降温除尘成为中温高湿异味气体;进入除雾器进行脱水处理成中温低湿异味气体;进入换热器降温处理成常温低湿异味气体;进入活性炭吸附箱吸附异味成为纯净空气后达标排放。本发明的有益效果是:活性炭吸附箱排放的纯净空气同外界大气混合后的气体通过换热器的预热后,重新进入锅炉,参与燃烧;活性炭吸附箱中吸附的异味成份通过脱附装置分离出来,并通过燃烧后,达标排放,既能充分利用锅炉热效率,又能去除尾气中的异味成份,避免大气污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种生胶烘干装置产生异味气体的处理工艺,属于异味气体处理技术领域。
背景技术
橡胶与钢铁、石油、煤炭被称为四大工业原料。橡胶制品以其高弹性、高气密性等特性被广泛应用于国民经济各领域。烘干是天然橡胶深加工中的关键工艺。目前,国际、国内天然橡胶加工的烘干工艺,主要采用燃煤或燃油生热实现。
燃煤烘干炉烘干原理为:通过燃烧煤,产生的烟道气通过耐火砖等热交换器产生热量,鼓风后产生热风对胶料进行烘干,加热特点为间接式加热空气,随烟囱尾气排走,且排放大量二氧化硫及其他环境污染物,燃油烘干炉烘干原理为:炉体有两个燃烧器,油在燃烧室内燃烧,产生大量热空气,在引风机的作用下,被送至炉体内对胶料进行烘干。其特点为直接加热空气,热效率较高,但存在一定的安全隐患,若柴油燃烧不完全时,将会产生黑色烟尘,污染到橡胶,造成外观质量不合格或引起杂质含量、灰分含量升高。无论哪种烘干技术,其燃烧尾气中都含有大量异味气体,目前的烘干工艺都未加治理,直接排空,给现场操作人员的身体健康造成危害。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明提供一种既能充分利用锅炉热效率,又能去除尾气中的异味成份,避免大气污染的处理工艺。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种生胶烘干装置产生异味气体的处理工艺,其特征在于,包括步骤:
步骤1:将生胶烘干装置所产生的高温高湿异味气体经过水洗塔进行降温除尘成为中温高湿异味气体;
步骤2:将经过水洗塔降温除尘的中温高湿异味气体进入除雾器进行脱水处理成中温低湿异味气体;
步骤3:将经除雾器脱水处理的中温低湿异味气体进入换热器降温处理成常温低湿异味气体;
步骤4:将经换热器降温处理的常温低湿异味气体进入活性炭吸附箱吸附异味成为纯净空气后达标排放。
所述的步骤4中活性炭吸附箱吸附的异味成分饱和后通过脱附装置分离去除异味,通过燃烧后,达标排放。
所述的活性炭吸附箱经过脱附装置分离去除异味后再次参与吸附过程。
所述的步骤1中生胶烘干装置所产生的高温高湿异味气体为120℃的高温高湿异味气体,经过生胶烘干装置的排风机排出,经过水洗塔,利用气液交换,去除高温高湿异味气体中粉尘颗粒物,避免其进入活性炭箱,降低活性炭吸附效率。
本发明的有益效果是:活性炭吸附箱排放的纯净空气同外界大气混合后的气体通过换热器的预热后,重新进入锅炉,参与燃烧;活性炭吸附箱中吸附的异味成份通过脱附装置分离出来,并通过燃烧后,达标排放,从而达到既能充分利用锅炉热效率,又能去除尾气中的异味成份,避免大气污染的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种生胶烘干装置产生异味气体的处理工艺,其特征在于,将生胶烘干装置所产生的高温高湿异味气体经过水洗塔进行降温除尘成为中温高湿异味气体,生胶烘干装置所产生的高温高湿异味气体为120℃的高温高湿异味气体,经过生胶烘干装置的排风机排出,经过水洗塔,利用气液交换,去除高温高湿异味气体中粉尘颗粒物,避免其进入活性炭箱,降低活性炭吸附效率;将经过水洗塔降温除尘的中温高湿异味气体进入除雾器进行脱水处理成中温低湿异味气体;经过水洗塔后,粉尘被去除,尾气温度会显著降低,但气体中还会含有大量液滴,再利用除雾器,将大量的液滴除去,防止湿度过高降低活性炭吸附效率。将经除雾器脱水处理的60℃中温低湿异味气体进入换热器降温处理,热量与外界新风进行热量交换,进一步降低气体温度,使其降至30℃成常温低湿异味气体,具备直接进入活性炭箱的条件,而外界新风经换热器预热后进入锅炉,将经换热器降温处理的常温低湿异味气体进入活性炭吸附箱吸附异味成为纯净空气后达标排放。活性炭吸附箱吸附的异味成分饱和后通过脱附装置分离去除异味,通过燃烧后,达标排放。所述的活性炭吸附箱经过脱附装置分离去除异味后再次参与吸附过程。

1.一种生胶烘干装置产生异味气体的处理工艺,其特征在于,包括步骤:
步骤1:将生胶烘干装置所产生的高温高湿异味气体经过水洗塔进行降温除尘成为中温高湿异味气体;
步骤2:将经过水洗塔降温除尘的中温高湿异味气体进入除雾器进行脱水处理成中温低湿异味气体;
步骤3:将经除雾器脱水处理的中温低湿异味气体进入换热器降温处理成常温低湿异味气体;
步骤4:将经换热器降温处理的常温低湿异味气体进入活性炭吸附箱吸附异味成为纯净空气后达标排放。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生胶烘干装置产生异味气体的处理工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤4中活性炭吸附箱吸附的异味成分饱和后通过脱附装置分离去除异味,通过燃烧后,达标排放。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种生胶烘干装置产生异味气体的处理工艺,其特征在于:所述的活性炭吸附箱经过脱附装置分离去除异味后再次参与吸附过程。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种生胶烘干装置产生异味气体的处理工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤1中生胶烘干装置所产生的高温高湿异味气体为120℃的高温高湿异味气体,经过生胶烘干装置的排风机排出,经过水洗塔,利用气液交换,去除高温高湿异味气体中粉尘颗粒物,避免其进入活性炭箱,降低活性炭吸附效率。
