Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical treatment, and particularly relates to a multichannel stimulation wake-up promoting system.
Background
At present, the conventional treatment for coma after brain injury mainly comprises neurotrophic drugs, hyperbaric oxygen, comprehensive sensory stimulation, rehabilitation training and the like. Clinically, comatose users are often awakened by comprehensive sensory stimuli, including visual, auditory, tactile, proprioceptive, and the like, such as encouraging families to awaken with familiar and familiarity sounds, touch of limbs, and other familial call patterns.
The trigeminal nerve is connected with the brain stem trigeminal nucleus, plays an important role in pain sensation and consciousness maintenance, and can be said to be ' moving the whole body by pulling one ' in one stroke '. Trigeminal nerve electrical stimulation has the effect of waking up a comatose user after brain injury, the mechanism is that trigeminal nerve electrical stimulation activates a brain stem reticular epithelium exciting system, and afferent fibers of the system are widely projected to a cerebral cortex, so that the cerebral cortex keeps consciousness and clear-headed, and the system has good perception capability on afferent information.
Auditory stimulation is mainly to redistribute brain functions by utilizing brain plasticity, after sound stimulation signals are received by ears, the sound stimulation signals can enter central nerves as soon as possible through auditory sense, enter cerebral cortex from thalamus, and then improve excitability of cerebral cortex, help patients to reestablish sensory nerves and motor nerves on the basis of keeping complete cerebral area, and prompt patients to wake up as soon as possible.
The visual stimulation can increase the local blood flow of the brain to achieve the aim of arousing while inducing the endogenous vibration characteristic of the brain through the light driving effect. In addition, the more the visual afferent impulses enter the brain stem network structure through the side branch, the stronger the ascending awakening effect on the cerebral cortex is, the better the excitation state of the cortex is, and the more perfect the sensation generated by uploading to a specific projection system is. The non-specific up-stream activation system is activated by a specific projection system of visual stimuli to maintain a general waking response.
Based on the above, the application provides a multichannel stimulation wake-up promoting system based on trigeminal nerve electrical stimulation, auditory stimulation and visual stimulation.
