Description

Veterinary drug for treating poultry diarrhea and preparation process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of poultry and animal medicines, in particular to a veterinary medicine for treating poultry diarrhea and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Diarrhea is one of the common important diseases of livestock and poultry, is various diarrhea diseases caused by infection or mixed infection of bacteria such as escherichia coli, diarrhea bacillus, salmonella, pasteurella, clostridium welchii, treponema, rotavirus and the like and viruses, and particularly occurs and prevails in different degrees throughout the year in closed, intensive, large-scale and industrialized animal breeding, so that certain harm and loss are caused to the animal husbandry.
However, the existing veterinary drug for treating diarrhea of poultry generally does not have good anti-inflammation effect when the poultry is subjected to diarrhea treatment, and the poultry generally has infectious inflammation and swelling and pain when diarrhea occurs; meanwhile, the preparation work of the existing veterinary drug for treating poultry diarrhea is generally inconvenient for cleaning the production equipment after the production equipment is disassembled, so that the residual drug components in the production equipment easily cause drug waste, and the production equipment can be infected simultaneously to influence the next use of the production equipment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a veterinary drug for treating diarrhea of poultry and a preparation process thereof, so as to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a veterinary drug for treating diarrhea of poultry comprises an anti-inflammatory layer, a sustained-release layer and an antidiarrheal layer bonded from outside to inside;
the anti-inflammatory layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of coptis chinensis, 20-35 parts of Chinese pulsatilla root, 9-17 parts of kudzu root, 10-20 parts of honeysuckle, 10-15 parts of cogongrass rhizome, 3-15 parts of fructus forsythiae, 8-19 parts of scutellaria baicalensis and 13-17 parts of houttuynia cordata;
the slow release layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of corn flour, 50-60 parts of soybean meal and 5-10 parts of adhesive;
the antidiarrheal layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 5-15 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 17-25 parts of baked ginger, 10-15 parts of Chinese yam, 3-6 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 1-3 parts of angelica sinensis, 5-7 parts of white paeony root, 5-13 parts of corydalis tuber, 5-12 parts of elecampane, 5-8 parts of sanguisorba officinalis, 5-9 parts of halloysite, 9-23 parts of catechu and 10-20 parts of liquorice.
As a further scheme of the invention: the binder is syrup.
As a further scheme of the invention: a coating film is bonded on the peripheral side wall of the anti-inflammatory layer and used for changing the appearance of the veterinary drug and increasing the stability of the veterinary drug;
the coating film is made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
As a further scheme of the invention: the preparation method of the anti-inflammatory layer comprises the following steps:
s1, cleaning rhizoma Coptidis, radix Pulsatillae, radix Puerariae, flos Lonicerae, rhizoma Imperatae, fructus forsythiae, radix Scutellariae, and herba Houttuyniae, air drying, and cutting into segments of 3-5ccm long;
s2, drying the cut Chinese medicine segments in the S1 at 50-60 ℃ for 15-20min, then crushing in a crusher, and sieving with a 50-80 mesh sieve;
s3, uniformly mixing the raw material powder sieved in the S2, and then drying the mixture at 70-80 ℃ for 15-20min while stirring;
s4, putting the mixed raw material after stirring in the S3 into a pulverizer for pulverization, and sieving the pulverized raw material with a 100-mesh and 130-mesh sieve;
s5, vibrating and superfine-crushing the mixed powder sieved in the S4, and sieving the crushed mixed powder with a 150-mesh and 180-mesh sieve to obtain the anti-inflammatory powder;
s6, adding distilled water into the anti-inflammatory powder, uniformly stirring, drying and solidifying to obtain the anti-inflammatory layer.
The invention is a further proposal: the preparation method of the sustained-release layer comprises the following steps:
putting the corn kernels into a dryer, and drying for 20-30 minutes to reduce the moisture of the corn kernels to 12-14% to obtain dried corn kernels;
adding 5-10% deionized water into the dried corn grains, stirring, standing for 10-15 min until the epidermis of the corn grains can be torn off by hand, and placing into a peeling and gritting machine to obtain corn grits;
placing the corn grits into a bulking machine for high-temperature curing and sterilization to obtain a coarse corn semi-finished product for later use;
crushing the semi-finished corn product by using a centrifugal grinder until the fineness is 120-;
adding soybean powder and adhesive into corn flour, stirring, and drying to obtain the delayed release layer.
As a further scheme of the invention: the preparation method of the antidiarrheal layer comprises the following steps:
removing impurities from radix Codonopsis, Atractylodis rhizoma, radix astragali, radix Angelicae sinensis, radix Paeoniae alba, rhizoma corydalis, radix aucklandiae, radix Sangusorbae, Halloysitum rubrum, Catechu, and Glycyrrhrizae radix, cleaning, mixing, grinding into powder with stone mill, and sieving with 60 mesh sieve to obtain first mixed powder;
peeling rhizoma Dioscoreae and rhizoma Zingiberis Preparata, cleaning, adding distilled water, grinding into slurry, stirring, mixing, and spray drying to obtain second mixed powder;
uniformly mixing the first mixed powder and the second mixed powder, and sieving with a 40-60-mesh sieve to obtain antidiarrheal powder;
adding starch slurry into the antidiarrheal powder, stirring, and drying to obtain the antidiarrheal layer.
A veterinary drug for treating diarrhea of poultry is prepared by bonding an anti-inflammatory layer, a sustained-release layer and an antidiarrheal layer from outside to inside;
the preparation method of the anti-inflammatory layer comprises the following steps:
