背景技术
一般治疗皮肤、外科病的方法是开内服药和外用药进行内外攻击，但往往病情是暂时得到控制，容易复发。这是因为：1、内用药进入血液浓度受限制，在血液中浓度＜万分之一，因为浓度高了，也会抑杀身体中有益真菌，产生副作用。加之真菌的核膜、荚膜的保护作用，往往内服药疗效不足。2、局部加外用药，有效浓度可以为百分之几，但是往往渗透性不好，也不足以全部杀灭真菌。3、西药抗生素的单一杀菌性能，只能杀灭菌丝、菌丝体，达到消炎的目的，但病菌代谢产生的毒素和不易被药物杀灭的真菌孢子仍然存在，所以病情只是暂时得到控制，处在休眠状态中的孢子，会在适宜的条件下又活动起来，又变成新的菌丝体侵蚀人们的皮肤。

本发明的目的在于提供一种黄金膏，其具有清热解毒、祛风除湿、活血止痛的效果。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明一种黄金膏，按以下重量份的原料药制成：黄柏300-700份、大黄200-400份、姜黄200-400份、金银花藤200-400份、天花粉200-400份、冰片35-65份、独活200-400份、白芷200-400份、威灵仙 150-300份、透骨草150-300份、鸡血藤150-300份、延胡索150-300份、桂枝 35-65份、芍药150-300份。
优选的，按以下重量份的原料药制成：黄柏400-600份、大黄250-350份、姜黄250-350份、金银花藤250-350份、天花粉250-350份、冰片40-60份、独活250-350份、白芷250-350份、威灵仙170-250份、透骨草170-250份、鸡血藤170-250份、延胡索170-250份、桂枝40-60份、芍药170-250份。

禁忌：1、寒证忌用；
2、仅供外用，忌内服；
3、切勿接触眼睛、口腔等黏膜处。皮肤破溃处禁用；

1.1病例来源
研究对象来源于2018年1月至今，在我院内分泌科、肾内科就诊的门诊及住院患者，选取其中符合痛风纳入标准的患者60例。[1]
诊断标准(参照中华人民共和国中医药行业标准《中医病证诊断疗效标准》 (ZY/T001.1-94)[1])
1.2分组方法
将符合纳入标准的60例痛风患者，根据随机数字表查表法，随机分为对照组 30例(西医常规治疗)，治疗组30例(西医常规治疗+黄金膏外敷)。
1.3治疗方法
1.3.1对照组(西医常规治疗)：运用基础药物碱化尿液、促进尿酸代谢、补液等对症治疗，注意休息，对患者进行心理疏导，健康宣教等。
1.3.2治疗组(西医常规治疗+黄金膏外敷)：在西医常规治疗的基础上，给予黄金膏外敷。
1.3.3观察疗程
疗程：2周为1个疗程，期间每1周进行一次随访，1个疗程后观察临床疗效。
1.4观察指标
1.4.1试验安全性监测指标
(1)一般情况：如性别、年龄、病程等。
(2)血常规、心电图，于治疗前、治疗后第一周、第二周各检查并记录一次。

参照中华人民共和国中医药行业标准《中医病证诊断疗效标准》 (ZY/T001.1-94)[1])及《中药新药临床研究指导原则》痛风相关疗效评价标准进行疗效评估。[2])
临床控制：关节疼痛、红肿等症状消失，关节活动正常，积分减少≥95％。
显效：关节疼痛、红肿等症状消失，关节活动不受限，积分减少≥70％，<95％。
有效：关节疼痛、红肿等症状基本消失，关节活动轻度受限，积分减少≥30％， <70％。
无效：关节疼痛、红肿等症状与关节活动无明显改善，积分减少<30％。
注：计算公式(尼莫地平法)：〔(治疗前积分－治疗后积分)/治疗前积分〕×100％；

2研究结果
2.1治疗前后中医证候量化评分比较

证候积分情况：治疗前两组间证候积分比较(P＞0.05)，表明治疗前两组间证候积分无明显统计学差异；治疗后与本组治疗前证候积分比较(P＜0.01)，说明两组治疗均能较好的改善患者症状体征；治疗后与对照组比较(P＜0.05)，说明对治疗组效优于对照组。

2.2总体疗效比较
经卡方检验，治疗组与对照组总体疗效比较(P＜0.05)，差异具有统计学意义，说明治疗组总体疗效高于对照组。

1.一种治疗痛风的外敷黄金膏，其特征在于，按以下重量份的原料药制成：黄柏300-700份、大黄200-400份、姜黄200-400份、金银花藤200-400份、天花粉200-400份、冰片35-65份、独活200-400份、白芷200-400份、威灵仙150-300份、透骨草150-300份、鸡血藤150-300份、延胡索150-300份、桂枝35-65份、芍药150-300份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗痛风的外敷黄金膏，其特征在于，按以下重量份的原料药制成：黄柏400-600份、大黄250-350份、姜黄250-350份、金银花藤250-350份、天花粉250-350份、冰片40-60份、独活250-350份、白芷250-350份、威灵仙170-250份、透骨草170-250份、鸡血藤170-250份、延胡索170-250份、桂枝40-60份、芍药170-250份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗痛风的外敷黄金膏，其特征在于，按以下重量份的原料药制成：黄柏500份、大黄300份、姜黄300份、金银花藤300份、天花粉300份、冰片50份、独活300份、白芷300份、威灵仙200份、透骨草200份、鸡血藤200份、延胡索200份、桂枝50份、芍药200份。
4.一种治疗痛风的外敷黄金膏，其特征在于，按以下重量份的原料药制成：黄柏300-700份、大黄200-400份、姜黄200-400份、金银花藤200-400份、天花粉200-400份、冰片35-65份、独活200-400份、白芷200-400份、威灵仙150-300份、透骨草150-300份、鸡血藤150-300份、延胡索150-300份、桂枝35-65份、芍药150-300份、茶油10-20份。
