The method for producing a powdery cosmetic as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the breathable powder is prepared by mixing diatomite, sericite powder, kaolin, feldspar fine powder, deionized water and carboxymethyl cellulose, and comprises the following components in parts by mass: 50-60 parts of diatomite, 5-10 parts of sericite powder, 20-30 parts of kaolin, 0.1-1 part of feldspar fine powder, a proper amount of deionized water and 0.1-1 part of carboxymethyl cellulose, wherein the breathable powder is prepared by the following method:
(1) placing a proper amount of diatomite into a heating tank, calcining for 4-5 hours at the temperature of 1000-1100 ℃, sending the diatomite into a ball mill after the diatomite is cooled to the room temperature, adjusting the moisture to 60-70%, then crushing for 2-3 hours, and screening the material to 15-20 microns for later use by using a classification method of the ball mill;
(2) putting a proper amount of kaolin, feldspar fine powder and sericite powder into a stirrer, then putting the diatomite obtained in the step one into the stirrer for mixing, then adding deionized water, adjusting the water content of the raw materials to 60-70%, and standing for 10-20 minutes for later use after stirring is finished;
(3) putting the materials into the ball mill again, crushing again, adding a proper amount of carboxymethyl cellulose, mixing for 1 hour by using the ball mill, and then heating to 90-100 ℃ for drying for 5-6 hours;
(4) and after the mixed material is dried, calcining for 5-6 hours at the temperature of 1000-1050 ℃, crushing and grading again, cooling to a normal temperature state, and slowly sieving by a 500-mesh sieve to obtain the breathable powder.

The method for producing a powdery cosmetic as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the rotating speed of the high-speed mixer in the step S2 is controlled at 1500-2000r/min, and the stirring time is 10-15 minutes; the rotating speed of the high-speed mixer in the step S4 is controlled at 2500r/min, and the stirring time is 15-20 minutes.

The method for producing a powdery cosmetic as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the powder cosmetic comprises the following components in parts by mass: 8-12 parts of titanium dioxide, 5-10 parts of polyurethane powder, 25-35 parts of breathable powder, 20-25 parts of talcum powder, 1-3 parts of iron oxide red, 1-3 parts of iron oxide yellow, 0.1-0.5 part of iron oxide black, 10-15 parts of flowing paraffin, 5-10 parts of silicone oil, 0.1-0.5 part of preservative and spice.
