Abstract
本发明公开了养老院老人药片智能供应系统,包括用于供给药盒的供盒单元,用于供给药品的自动供药单元,用于运输药盒的输送单元,用于供给盒盖的供盖单元,以及对盒盖进行打码标记的打码单元。本发明可以取代医院或养老院护士为住院病人或养老院老人每次要服用的药片准备工作,可以实现药片供应全自动化,提高工作效果,更加准确,降低出错率。

本发明涉及护理设备技术领域,尤其涉及养老院老人药片智能供应系统。
背景技术
一些老年人需要定期服用药物,传统的药片供应方式是护士准备好每位病人当天需要服用的所有药片之后送到每位病人手里让病人自己按时吃药。国内住院病人很多所以护士每天准备每位病人需要的药片需要大量细致的工作,容易出错,效率低下,所以现提出一种养老院老人药片智能供应系统。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了养老院老人药片智能供应系统。
本发明提出的养老院老人药片智能供应系统,包括用于供给药盒的供盒单元,用于供给药品的自动供药单元,用于运输药盒的输送单元,用于供给盒盖的供盖单元,以及对盒盖进行打码标记的打码单元。
优选地,所述自动供药单元包括沿输送单元并列设置的供药设备,所述供药设备包括储药筒,所述储药筒底端内部转动连接有分药盘,且分药盘顶端外壁中间位置处设有锥台形凸起,所述储药筒底端外壁边缘位置处设有连通外界的出料管,且出料管管口处嵌接有视觉检测传感器。
优选地,所述分药盘顶端外壁边缘位置处开有出药孔,所述储药筒底端外壁中间位置处通过螺栓固定有驱动电机,所述驱动电机输出轴穿过储药筒底端外壁通过螺栓与分药盘底端外壁中心处固定,所述储药筒内壁靠近出料管一侧设有挡片,且挡片与分药盘顶端抵接。
优选地,所述储药筒顶端螺接有筒盖。
优选地,所述输送单元为带式输送机。
优选地,所述打码单元为激光打印机。
本发明中的有益效果:
可以取代医院或养老院护士为住院病人或养老院老人每次要服用的药片准备工作,可以实现药片供应全自动化,提高工作效果,更加准确,降低出错率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-3,养老院老人药片智能供应系统,包括用于供给药盒的供盒单元4,用于供给药品的自动供药单元5,用于运输药盒的输送单元2,用于供给盒盖的供盖单元3,以及对盒盖进行打码标记的打码单元1。
本发明中,自动供药单元5包括沿输送单元2并列设置的供药设备,供药设备包括储药筒11,储药筒11底端内部转动连接有分药盘7,且分药盘7顶端外壁中间位置处设有锥台形凸起10,储药筒11底端外壁边缘位置处设有连通外界的出料管9,且出料管9管口处嵌接有视觉检测传感器,分药盘7顶端外壁边缘位置处开有出药孔12,储药筒11底端外壁中间位置处通过螺栓固定有驱动电机8,驱动电机8输出轴穿过储药筒11底端外壁通过螺栓与分药盘7底端外壁中心处固定,储药筒11内壁靠近出料管9一侧设有挡片,且挡片与分药盘7顶端抵接,储药筒11顶端螺接有筒盖6,输送单元2为带式输送机,打码单元1为激光打印机。
供盒单元4供给的药盒在输送单元2的输送作用下,运输到自动供药单元5位置处,控制自动供药设备中的驱动电机8工作,带动分药盘7旋转,当出药孔12与出料管9位置重合时,掉落药品到药盒中,然后输送单元2运输装有药品的药盒至供盖单元3处,盖上药盒盖,然后运输至打码单元1进行打码标记。

1.养老院老人药片智能供应系统,其特征在于,包括用于供给药盒的供盒单元(4),用于供给药品的自动供药单元(5),用于运输药盒的输送单元(2),用于供给盒盖的供盖单元(3),以及对盒盖进行打码标记的打码单元(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养老院老人药片智能供应系统,其特征在于,所述自动供药单元(5)包括沿输送单元(2)并列设置的供药设备,所述供药设备包括储药筒(11),所述储药筒(11)底端内部转动连接有分药盘(7),且分药盘(7)顶端外壁中间位置处设有锥台形凸起(10),所述储药筒(11)底端外壁边缘位置处设有连通外界的出料管(9),且出料管(9)管口处嵌接有视觉检测传感器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的养老院老人药片智能供应系统,其特征在于,所述分药盘(7)顶端外壁边缘位置处开有出药孔(12),所述储药筒(11)底端外壁中间位置处通过螺栓固定有驱动电机(8),所述驱动电机(8)输出轴穿过储药筒(11)底端外壁通过螺栓与分药盘(7)底端外壁中心处固定,所述储药筒(11)内壁靠近出料管(9)一侧设有挡片,且挡片与分药盘(7)顶端抵接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的养老院老人药片智能供应系统,其特征在于,所述储药筒(11)顶端螺接有筒盖(6)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的养老院老人药片智能供应系统,其特征在于,所述输送单元(2)为带式输送机。
6.根据权利要求1所述的养老院老人药片智能供应系统,其特征在于,所述打码单元(1)为激光打印机。
