Abstract
The invention discloses a live fish conveying device, which comprises a carrying cylinder, wherein the carrying cylinder is arranged on a frame and is driven to rotate by a speed reducing motor on the frame, the carrying cylinder comprises a filtering chamber and a plurality of carrying chambers arranged on the periphery of the filtering chamber in a surrounding manner, the carrying chambers are arranged in a pairwise manner and are symmetrically arranged by using the axis center of the filtering chamber, two ends of each carrying chamber are communicated with the filtering chamber through a drain valve, the center of the filtering chamber is communicated with the carrying chambers through drain valves, water purifying filter elements are arranged in the filtering chamber between the drain valves and water inlet valves, and a sealing cover can be detachably connected to the outer circumferential surface. The invention is convenient for discharging water and unloading fish, avoids the repeated pollution of water, only needs to fill water in one carrying room, and along with the rotation of the carrying cylinder, the water flows into the anhydrous carrying cylinder below under the action of gravity, thereby ensuring that water is supplied in each carrying room at any time, and the water can be recycled and used together in such a way, thereby saving water and reducing the water transportation amount.

The frame is provided with a gantry support, and the gantry support is provided with a pressing wheel matched with the limiting track.

As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the frame 2 of the present invention is disposed on a height-adjustable support rod 7, and the frame 2 is hinged to the support rod 7 through an ear seat. The specific supporting rod 7 is a hydraulic lifting rod, the hydraulic lifting rod has large bearing capacity, the lifting process is stable, and the levelness of the axis of the carrying cylinder 1 on the rack 2 can be adjusted. Other support rods that can perform a lifting function, such as an electric lift rod, can be used in the present invention.
As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, a gantry support 8 for fixing a pressing wheel 81 is further arranged on the frame 2, the gantry support 8 comprises two longitudinal beams and a cross beam which are fixedly connected, the pressing wheel 81 is fixed at the lower end of the cross beam of the gantry support 8 through a support, two pressing wheels 81 are connected with the same limiting track 5 in a matched mode in a two-to-one mode, the two pressing wheels 81 are respectively located on two sides of the carrying cylinder 1, the pressing wheel 81 compresses the carrying cylinder 1 when the carrying cylinder 1 rotates and rotates along with the carrying cylinder 1, and when the carrying cylinder 1 rotates, the pressing wheel 81 and the carrying cylinder 1 are in close contact with each other and rotate along the. As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the sealing covers 16 on each group of carrying chambers 12 are symmetrically arranged around the axial center of the filtering chambers 11, so as to facilitate the simultaneous loading and unloading of fish from the same group of carrying chambers 12.
As can be seen from figure 1, a certain amount of ice blocks 9 can be placed in the carrying chamber 12 according to the temperature for naturally dissolving and adjusting the water temperature, thereby being suitable for different living requirements of different live fishes.
