Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to a system for closely introducing a removable component onto a component receiving article without the need to accommodate the removable component at the time of manufacture of the article and without also substantially affecting the original integrity of the article in order to accommodate the removable component.
Background
Today, it is not easy to modify the exterior of the product after the article is manufactured, except for only loosely attaching decorations (e.g., "drop decorations") on the bag. In order to obtain a different tactile sensation, or shape, or function, a consumer often purchases another product, increasing expense, waste, and inconvenience when the consumer likes the original product. After the original product is manufactured, the manufacturer, or seller, or consumer of the product may wish to replace one or more of the external components of the product with corresponding other component(s), whether the other component(s) are sold with the original product, sold by the seller of the product, or sold by some other seller.
Disclosure of Invention
A system and associated method are disclosed for closely introducing a removable component onto a component receiving article without the need to accommodate the removable component at the time of manufacture of the article and without substantially affecting the original integrity of the article in order to accommodate the removable component: in particular, but without limitation, such that after the component-receiving item(s) are manufactured, in another exemplary embodiment, the selectable component(s) can be closely fitted to the component-receiving item; or in another exemplary embodiment, the selectable component(s) can be tightly reattached to the component-receiving article; or in another exemplary embodiment, the selectable component(s) can be retrofitted to the component receiving article closely.

Detailed Description
The present disclosure provides a system and method for tightly introducing a removable component onto a component receiving article without the need to accommodate the removable component at the time of manufacture of the article and without substantially affecting the original integrity of the article in order to accommodate the removable component, as will be described in greater detail below.
The present invention relates to a system and method for tightly introducing a removable component onto a component receiving article without the need to accommodate the removable component at the time of manufacture of the article and without substantially affecting the original integrity of the article in order to accommodate the removable component: in particular, but without limitation, such that after the component(s) are manufactured to receive the article, in another exemplary embodiment, the optional component(s) can be closely fitted to the article; or in another exemplary embodiment, the optional component(s) can be tightly reattached to the article; or in another exemplary embodiment, the optional component(s) can be retrofitted to the article closely. The introduction of the means for attaching the removable component to the component-receiving article occurs after the article is manufactured.
Fig. 1 shows an embodiment 1 in which a fastener 2 is fastened to the outer periphery. The housing of the device in this exemplary embodiment has a border around the cut-out which allows for the device to present the media for delivery to the outside. In another exemplary embodiment, the housing is attached to the side of the outer periphery of the device. In another exemplary embodiment, the means or device for attaching the housing and device is on the inside of the housing and the back of the outer perimeter of the device. Fig. 2 shows a removable housing 3 with corresponding fasteners 4. The fasteners located on the outside of this embodiment mate with corresponding fasteners on the removable housing such as, but not limited to: the number, and spacing, and location of fasteners is a preferred option in the design provided by the present invention in terms of the shape, size, and weight of the panels. The fasteners on the inside of the removable housing mate with corresponding fasteners on the outside of the present embodiment. The fasteners on the inside of the housing and the outside of this embodiment are bonded together, attaching the housing and the device, while the housing is made removable by detaching the fasteners.
In some embodiments, is a pre-existing package, such as but not limited to: the removability of the panel(s) on some portion or portions of the exterior of the bag, of a ladies' bag, allows the panel to be swapped for another panel without changing the integrity of the bag. The present invention provides for the stretch of the bag to range from soft in another exemplary embodiment to hard in another exemplary embodiment. The present invention provides for the stretch-ability of the panel, ranging from soft in another exemplary embodiment to hard in another exemplary embodiment.
In some embodiments, the swappable panel allows for changing the appearance in another exemplary embodiment, or changing the tactile feel (material) in another exemplary embodiment, or changing the functionality (including, for example and without limitation, functionality that introduces electrical/electronic properties) in another exemplary embodiment.
The swap panel allows for changes to be made to the bag after the bag is manufactured while maintaining the bag. Traditionally, bags have been permanently bonded to the panels. Changing the panel in such a bag typically means replacing the entire bag without uneconomically tearing the bag to replace the panel.
Fig. 4 shows a bag 5 with fasteners fastened to the periphery. While the bag in this exemplary embodiment has an outer pocket between the shell and the panel, having a pocket is only one preferred option in product design. Fasteners on the outside of the bag mate with corresponding fasteners on the replaceable panel such as, but not limited to: the number, and spacing, and location of the fasteners are preferred in the design in terms of the shape, size, and weight of the panel. The fasteners on the inside of the panel 7 mate with corresponding fasteners on the outside of the bag. The panel electrification device includes an electrically sensitive film on the panel, current-transmitting contacts (connected with corresponding current-transmitting contacts only at corresponding locations on the inside of the bag), electronic switches, and wires that conduct electricity to electrodes in contact with the film to activate the film, switching from no color to show color. The electronic switch is associated with: a processor, and a Near Field Communication (NFC) radio to receive instructions from a controller, the controller being an application in a smartphone. The battery is flush with the contact in the material of the bag to meet the contact on the inside of the panel. FIG. 6 shows a side view of the bag after mating the fastener with the panel. As the fasteners hold the pack and the panel together, with the electrical and electronic elements in the panel, the current carrying contacts of the battery and panel in the pack meet so that current can travel from the battery, through the electrical connection, through a switch controlled by the electronic processor, to the wire, to the electrodes. Through wireless Near Field Communication (NFC), the application instructs the electronic processor to open or close the switch to control the flow of current into the wire.
In another exemplary embodiment, the replaceable panel may be attached to the pocket on the side of the bag, rather than directly to the case of the bag.
In another exemplary embodiment, the panel may be electrically active. In another exemplary embodiment, the current may also power the electronic processing module. In another exemplary embodiment:
-the replaceable panel sliding in and out of the sleeve comprises an electrically activatable luminescent film, said film being transparent when switched off and coloured when switched on; in another exemplary embodiment, electronic ink is coated on a panel; in another exemplary embodiment, the material of the panel is electrically sensitive
The filaments conduct the current to the electrodes in the panel to activate the membrane from the transmission point at the edge of the panel;
after sliding the panel into the sleeve in the correct way, the transmission point at the edge of the panel comes into contact with the transmission point at the base of the sleeve to receive the current;
-the current is from a rechargeable battery, in another exemplary embodiment from a conventional watch battery;
-a battery, in another exemplary embodiment a conventional watch battery, or in another exemplary embodiment a mobile battery, or in another exemplary embodiment a storage unit that supplements the solar cell on the pack, the battery being located in an unobtrusive receptacle inside the flap in the base of the pack;
-a switch:
o is an electron-containing compound having a structure of,
at the transfer contact between the panel and the sleeve,
turn on or off by wireless instructions such as, but not limited to: in another exemplary embodiment from an application in a smart phone, while in another exemplary embodiment the switch is responsive to a voice command, and in another exemplary embodiment the switch is a button that is squeezable through the material of the pack at the base of the sleeve, the present invention provides for selection of the mode(s) of the switch.
In some embodiments, the shape of the panel is arbitrary, according to design preferences:
□ the shape of the panels may be, for example, to conform to the shape of the bag on the side of the bag that receives the panels to allow manufacture of the panels, sale of the panels, and selection of the panels separate from the manufacture, selection, and sale of the bag, regardless of the shape, such as, but not limited to: any of a straight line shape, a circular shape, or a trapezoidal shape.
□ for example, in another exemplary embodiment, the shape of the panel may be different from the shape of the bag to achieve an effect, at the discretion of the designer.
□ it is preferred if only one panel, or two panels, or multiple panels are attached to the bag: in another exemplary embodiment, only one location on the bag houses a replaceable faceplate. In another exemplary embodiment, each of the two positions of the bag houses a replaceable faceplate. In another exemplary embodiment, each of the plurality of sections of the bag houses a replaceable faceplate.
In some embodiments, the panels are attached to the outside of the bag such that the panels can be removed from the bag:
□ the means of securing the panels to the bag may use any alternative means at the time (whether present or future) that provides for the removability of the panel(s) to be closely attached to the exterior of the bag (as before the panel(s) are attached): for example, but not limited to
In another exemplary embodiment, it is a snap-in
In another exemplary embodiment, a hook and a loop

Whatever the device, they must allow for the removability of the panels to maintain replaceability. In addition to the appearance and feel desired by the designer, there are, for example but not limited to: the choice of device is a preferred option in product design in terms of how the panels should be tensioned, how rigid the material is, and the weight of the panels. Either way, they must allow for the removability of the panels to maintain replaceability. The choice of approach is a preference or preference in product design depending on, for example but not limited to: how the panel should be tensioned, how rigid the material is, the weight of the panel, and the look and feel desired by the designer.
□ the portion of the bag containing the panels may be any of the sides (flaps) of the bag or one of the ends of the bag, such as but not limited to: in the form of boxes, or cylinders, or tetrahedrons.
□ in certain shapes of the bag, for example, but not limited to, in another exemplary embodiment where the bag is cylindrical, the panels may be flexibly wrapped around the bag, including a portion of the bottom of the bag, without including ends, similar to seaweed wrapping sushi, rather than sandwiching the bag between two panels. According to what is for example but not limited to: how the panels are tensioned, the shape of the bag to which the panels are attached, and the weight of the panels are preferred in design, the means of attaching the panels to the bag may be located at the edges of the panels in another exemplary embodiment, or around the periphery of the panels in another exemplary embodiment, or inward from the periphery of the panels in another exemplary embodiment.
□ in certain shapes of bags, particularly in shapes where the panels may not fit-for example, but not limited to, in another exemplary embodiment where the bag is spherical (including oval) -the replaceable panel is a "skin piece (skin)". It wraps most of the bag. The skin pieces are attached tightly to the bag by any of the following means, such as but not limited to,
the fasteners (such as but not limited to,

In another exemplary embodiment, a hook and loop
In another exemplary embodiment, a magnetic element)
In another exemplary embodiment, the elasticity of the skin piece stretched to grasp the bag
In another exemplary embodiment, it is inherently consistent, like a bracelet circumventing the hand.
□ in another exemplary embodiment, the opening in the skin piece is the mouth of a swallow bag. In another exemplary embodiment, the opening in the skin piece also allows the handle to protrude. In another exemplary embodiment: the skin member is resilient in that it can be expanded to wrap around the bag and the opening in the skin member allows the handle of the bag to protrude.
□ in another exemplary embodiment: the bag is mouldable, it can be squeezed into the skin piece, the skin piece does not have to be (very) elastic, and the opening in the skin piece allows the handle of the bag to protrude.
□ in another exemplary embodiment: the skin member wraps the bag from top to bottom, the hole in the skin member allows the handle of the bag to protrude, and the skin member has excess material that hangs down from the bag like a skirt.
The present invention provides that any bag that allows for replacement of panel(s) attached to the bag can be of any of a variety of sizes, shapes and capacities:
■ in another exemplary embodiment, the size of the bag is small.
■ in other exemplary embodiments, the size of the bag is large.

■ have one shape cut or more than one shape cut in this area so that the panel in the corresponding sleeve will show through the cut(s), such as, but not limited to, displaying a color, or pattern, or material.
■ the introduction of the sleeve into the bag may be accomplished by one of several methods compatible with the then (present or future) proper manufacture, such as the following in another exemplary embodiment:
■ permanently attach (such as, but not limited to, by sewing) an additional section of material that is sufficiently strong to the inside of the exterior to form a sleeve.
■ keep the top seam open between the exterior and the add-on material to allow insertion of the removable panel.
■ the sleeves and corresponding panels are sized to allow the panels to be inserted snugly within the sleeves to introduce the panels as additional separable components while allowing the panels to be easily removed from the sleeves.
In some embodiments, the combination of the sleeve and the faceplate may be non-linear, such as, but not required to be, trapezoidal. The corresponding shapes of the panels and sleeves may correspond to the non-linear shape of the corresponding portions of the bag, or the corresponding shapes of the panels and sleeves may be different from the corresponding portions (e.g., but not necessarily, hexagonal on the triangular portion of the tetrahedron). In such a case, alternative methods of retaining the panel in the sleeve may be suitable, such as, but not limited to, one of the following:
■ expand the top of the slot of the sleeve to the width of the panel so that the sleeve flap opening can accommodate a non-linear shape such as, but not limited to, a circle in another exemplary embodiment, a triangle in another exemplary embodiment, or a trapezoid in another exemplary embodiment.
■ in another exemplary embodiment, swinging the sleeve opening from one side or the other to the height of the panel may similarly accommodate non-linear shapes.
■ where it is challenging to introduce the panels into the sleeve from the top (such as, but not limited to, when they are trapezoidal), in another exemplary embodiment, one way to facilitate the combination of the panels and the sleeve is to guide the panels through the bottom of the sleeve while the remainder of the outer periphery of the sleeve has been sealed.
In another exemplary embodiment where the sleeve flap is open to accommodate the panel, or in another exemplary embodiment where the bottom seam is open, some reinforcement may be required to retain the panel in the sleeve. Any suitable fastening means available at the time (whether now or in the future), such as, but not limited to, snaps, or zippers, or adhesive pieces, may be sufficient when the fit of the panel within the sleeve does not retain the panel. The present invention provides:
■ in another exemplary embodiment, selection of which side flipper the sleeve is open
■ in another exemplary embodiment, selection between opening the flap sleeve or leaving the bottom of the sleeve open
■ in another exemplary embodiment, the choice of fastening device(s).
The present invention provides:
■ in another exemplary embodiment, selection of how thin the panel is
■ in another exemplary embodiment, the choice of material for the panels,
■ in another exemplary embodiment, the selection of the shape of the panels,
■ in another exemplary embodiment, selection of the shape of the sleeve
■ in another exemplary embodiment, selection of materials for the sleeve
■ in another exemplary embodiment, the choice of how thin the sleeve is.
In some embodiments, the sleeve is located outside of the exterior of the bag and not inside of the exterior of the bag. Preferably, the sleeve may be different from the exterior, such as, but not limited to, different colors, different materials, different thicknesses. The introduction of the sleeve to the exterior of the pack may be accomplished by one of several methods compatible with the then (present or future) proper manufacturing, such as the following:
■ permanently attach (such as, but not limited to, by sewing) an additional section of material strong enough to the outside of the exterior to form a sleeve.
■ keep the top seam open between the exterior and the add-on material to allow for the insertion of removable panels.
■ the sleeves and corresponding panels are sized to allow the panels to be inserted snugly within the sleeves to introduce the panels as additional separable components while allowing the panels to be easily removed from the sleeves.
■ in some embodiments, the panel may be electrically active in another exemplary embodiment. In another exemplary embodiment, the electrical current may also power the electronic processing module. In another exemplary embodiment: the replaceable panel that slides into and out of the sleeve includes an electrically activatable luminescent film that is transparent when turned off and colored when turned on; in another exemplary embodiment, electronic ink is coated on a panel; in another exemplary embodiment, ■ wire, which is sensitive to electricity, of the panel's material conducts current to electrodes in the panel to activate the film from a transmission point at the edge of the panel;
■ after the faceplate has been properly slid into the sleeve, the transfer points at the edges of the faceplate come into contact with the transfer points at the base of the sleeve to receive the current;
■ the current comes from a rechargeable battery, in another exemplary embodiment a conventional watch battery, or in another exemplary embodiment a mobile battery, or in another exemplary embodiment a storage unit that supplements a solar cell on the outside of the bag;
■ batteries, in another exemplary embodiment conventional watch batteries, located in an unobtrusive receptacle within a flap in the base of the bag;
■ switch:
o is an electron-containing compound having a structure of,
at the transfer contact between the panel and the sleeve,
turn on or off by wireless instructions such as, but not limited to: from an application in a smartphone, while in another exemplary embodiment the switch responds to voice commands, and in another exemplary embodiment the switch is a button that is squeezable through the material of the pack at the base of the sleeve, the selection of the mode(s) of the switch being preferred.
In some embodiments, the sleeve includes one large cut, rather than a series of cuts; when the panel is slid into the sleeve, it displays the entire panel except for the thin edges of the periphery framed by the sleeve; the retention of the panel by the sleeve will be greatly reduced due to the lack of material due to the cutting of the majority of the sleeve, so the panel is attached to the back of the sleeve by one of the means available at the time (whether now or in the future) (in this embodiment a series of micro-snaps).
In some embodiments, the pack comprises a container for containing the contents of the pack and a carrier surrounding the container to support the container: in another exemplary embodiment from a handle, or in another exemplary embodiment from a strap attached to a bracket by a hook and loop, or in another exemplary embodiment from a strap attached to a container by a hook and rail, or in another exemplary embodiment from a harness such as in a backpack. The present invention provides for the container to be stretch-proof, ranging from soft in another exemplary embodiment to hard in another exemplary embodiment. The present invention provides for the stretch-ability of the bracket, ranging from soft in another exemplary embodiment to hard in another exemplary embodiment.
■ the carrier and the container are separable. The separability of the carrier and the container allows the carrier to be replaced with a different carrier that is a different color in another exemplary embodiment or a different material in another exemplary embodiment or provides additional functionality in another exemplary embodiment. The separability of the holder and container allows the container (e.g., without limitation, a pouch) to be replaced with a different container that is different in color in another exemplary embodiment, or different in material in another exemplary embodiment, or provides additional functionality in another exemplary embodiment.
■ the carrier incorporates a sling for attachment to the container to support the container from the bottom, a strap for passing around the container to support the container, and a handle extending from the strap to hold the bag:
□ in another exemplary embodiment, the strap and sling attached to and including the handle are separable.
□ in another exemplary embodiment, the sling, and strap, and handle are separable.
□ in another exemplary embodiment, the loop of the handle is large enough to slide over the shoulder and be grasped by the hand. In another exemplary embodiment, the containers include a loop on each container to hook over a strap ("shoulder strap") used to hang the bag from the shoulder, in addition to the handle. In another exemplary embodiment, an additional set of adjustable straps are attached to the bracket so that the bag can be worn as a backpack.
■ the carrier and container are attached to one another while remaining separable by means available at the time (whether now or in the future), such as, but not limited to,
□ in another exemplary embodiment, it is a snap
□ in another exemplary embodiment, are hooks and loops
□ in another exemplary embodiment, is an adhesive member (e.g., a thin double-sided adhesive tape)
□ in another exemplary embodiment, is a zipper
□ in another exemplary embodiment, it is a screw
□ in another exemplary embodiment, is a tongue in a groove
□ in another exemplary embodiment, are buttons
□ in another exemplary embodiment, is a clip
□ in another exemplary embodiment, are hooks and loops
□ in another exemplary embodiment, are magnetic elements.
Additional functionality is provided by replacing an existing carrier with a different carrier in another exemplary embodiment, or replacing an existing container with a different container in another exemplary embodiment:
■ in another exemplary embodiment, an additional function in the new cradle that replaces the existing cradle is an electronic processing module in series with the replaceable component and powered by electrification through the cradle, and the power source is located in any of: in another exemplary embodiment a tray, or in another exemplary embodiment a container, or another component (re) modified to a bag.
■ in another exemplary embodiment, an additional function in the new container that replaces the existing container is an electronic processing module in series with the replaceable component and powered by electrification through the container, and the power source is located in any of: in another exemplary embodiment, a container, or in another exemplary embodiment, a carrier, or another component (re) modified to a bag.
■ in another exemplary embodiment, additional functionality is provided by another component (re) modified to the package in addition to the tray and container.
With respect to the devices available at the time (whether now or in the future), the present invention provides the option of power supply:
■ in another exemplary embodiment, the power source is a portable rechargeable battery.
■ in another exemplary embodiment, the power source is a conventional watch battery.
■ in another exemplary embodiment, the power source is a solar cell, in another exemplary embodiment a solar panel is located outside of the carrier, and a storage unit in series with the solar panel is located at the bottom of the carrier. In another exemplary embodiment, the power source is a solar cell, in another exemplary embodiment, the solar panel is located outside the container, and in another exemplary embodiment, the storage unit in series with the solar panel is located in a receptacle within a flap at the bottom of the container, and the transmission of electrical current from the solar panel to the storage unit is accomplished via connectors that are snapped together including electrical contacts that conduct toward and away from the solar panel and storage unit, respectively, via wires, and a similar configuration transmits electrical energy from the storage unit to the electrically activatable component(s) of the pack via the wire(s) traveling from the contacts meeting in the current transmission connector. In another exemplary embodiment, the solar panels are located on the carrier and the storage unit is located at the bottom of the container to transmit electrical current, through contacts in the connector, conducted by the wire(s), to the electrically activatable component(s).
In some embodiments, the carrier is expandable to allow the carrier to accommodate different replaceable containers of varying sizes (whether small or large) without the need to separately deploy different carriers:
■ in another exemplary embodiment, the carrier can be expanded by unfolding a strap extending from the carrier and the carrier can be compressed by re-folding the strap.
■ in another exemplary embodiment, the carriers can be expanded by inserting additional length in the ribbon and the carrier nests are shortened.
■ in another exemplary embodiment, the carrier is expandable by inserting additional length into the band, and the carrier has elasticity such that the carrier embraces the bottom of the container, whether it be a small container, between a small container and a large container, or a large container.
In another exemplary embodiment, the separability of the bracket and the container allows the container to be cleaned in the case where the container has a cleanable structure comprising a material, even when the handle is not cleanable, and in another exemplary embodiment, when the handle is genuine while the container is a cleanable synthetic material.
The present invention provides for the selection of whether to include the compartment(s) in the container. The present invention provides that any compartment(s) within the container are removable.
In another exemplary embodiment, is a strap of a bag:
■ the belt is replaceable.
The ■ belt is electrically activatable and,
■ electrification may enable specific active function(s) in the band. As an alternative to the indication, the function(s) may be indicated by any of the following: such as, but not limited to, code in an electronic processing module in a band in another exemplary embodiment, or wirelessly an application in a smartphone in another exemplary embodiment, or another external device in another exemplary embodiment. The present invention provides the appearance of an activation tape: in another exemplary embodiment, an electrically activatable luminescent film, the film being transparent when turned off and colored when turned on; in another exemplary embodiment, electronic ink is coated on a panel; in another exemplary embodiment, the material of the panel is sensitive to electricity.
■ in another exemplary embodiment, the belt incorporates an electronic processing module. In another exemplary embodiment, the band may further include an antenna. In another exemplary embodiment, the strap may include other electrical devices that are compact enough not to expand the strap to inhibit the strap's primary use for hanging the bag.
■ in another exemplary embodiment, a hook and loop combination attaches a strap to a bag. In another exemplary embodiment, one means of engagement in the hook and loop combination, such as but not necessarily electromagnetic contact, is sufficient to transmit sufficient current from the power source in the bag to the filaments in the strap at the point of contact in the hook and loop combination. In another exemplary embodiment, the strap includes a power source, such as, but not necessarily, a needle battery in another exemplary embodiment, a conventional watch battery in another exemplary embodiment, and is independent of the bag, such that using the strap with a different bag with a loop to accommodate the hook of the strap provides the power source for the strap.
■ the replaceability of the strap is suitable for cosmetic use (to complement the appearance of one or more bags, as the strap via the hook and loop combination can be attached to any bag with hooks, and any bag can accommodate a variety of different strap styles). The interchangeability also introduces other functionality-for example, but not necessarily limited to, electronic processing-in the belt, which is made available to the consumer by swapping the belt to one or some other package in the consumer's wardrobe, rather than a single package. The replaceability of the tape also allows replacement of the tape, such as, but not limited to, upgrading the tape.
In some embodiments, for example but not exclusively, a luggage case, or a regular bag, or a shoe includes a container located in a housing. The present invention provides for the container to be stretch-proof, ranging from soft in another exemplary embodiment to hard in another exemplary embodiment. The present invention provides for the tensility of the shell ranging from soft in another exemplary embodiment to hard in another exemplary embodiment. The container and the housing are separated until attached to each other. The housing surrounds the container. Any of the manufacturer, or seller, or consumer may secure the container within the housing, with the housing surrounding the container, and with the container and housing remaining removable from one another.
Figure 11 shows a luggage case with fasteners fastened to the periphery. The housing only surrounds the container, the contents of the bag are located in the container, not in the housing, and both the container and the housing are correspondingly hinged open and closed such that the housing and the container open and close after they are secured together, while in another exemplary embodiment the housing is opened first and then the container is opened, even after they are secured together. The fastener is located on the outside of the container, particularly along its periphery. The type, number and location of these fasteners correspond to the type, number and location of the fasteners on the housing. Such as but not limited to: the number, spacing and location of fasteners (e.g., but not necessarily, in the center of the base and lid and at the periphery) are design preferences in terms of bag shape, size and loadability. In this embodiment, the shape, size and dimensions of the housing correspond to those of the container, with any difference in these being preferred aspects of the product design, as long as the container and housing are allowed to be secured together when the housing surrounds the container. Like a clam, the shell embraces the container. The fasteners on the inside of the housing correspond to the type, location and number of fasteners on the outside of the container. In this embodiment, the fastener is a screw that is threaded from inside the open container into a socket in the housing to tighten the container and housing together. Whether the screws are concealed behind or exposed to the lining of the container (e.g., when recessed) is a preferred option for product design. Now, the exterior of the bag comprises the outer shell, including the lid and the bottom and the interior of the container. In this embodiment, the receptacle shields the recessed screws from behind the liner. When the container comprises a retractable handle, a cut-out with an openable and closable cap at the top end of the housing when vertical allows the handle (T in this figure) to protrude through the housing.
In some embodiments, i.e., a piece of luggage, the removability allows for the replacement of the housing with a different housing while retaining the same container, or allows for the replacement of the container with a different container while retaining the housing. Alternatives allow for changes in: for example, but not necessarily limited to, functionality (e.g., a different series of bags, or electronics, or reinforcements) in another exemplary embodiment, or appearance (e.g., color, pattern, image) in another exemplary embodiment, or material (e.g., replacing an existing housing with one having increased durability while reducing weight) in another exemplary embodiment, without having to forego a container to obtain the changed cost. Further, in another exemplary embodiment, the wear and tear of the housing may be addressed by the expense of replacing only the housing without replacing the vessel, and the wear and tear of the vessel may be addressed by the expense of replacing only the vessel without replacing the housing, as compared to handling the entire housing without repair.
The container is slid into the housing and the housing surrounds the container. After the respective housing and the respective container are manufactured, the container and the housing are secured together by any of several means available at the time (whether now or in the future), such as, but not limited to: in another exemplary embodiment, screws that can be screwed into their sockets by a person; or in another exemplary embodiment, a magnetic element, or in another exemplary embodiment, a zipper. In another exemplary embodiment, the present invention provides the option of means to secure the housing and container together, with respect to the means available at the time (whether now or in the future).
Each of the housing and container has its own lid:
□ since the protection of the contents is provided by a container that includes a sturdy lid, the housing including the lid may be as thin as possible to still provide support for items such as, but not necessarily limited to, bags.
□ the present invention provides a choice between: the lid of the housing is attached to the lid of the container such that opening the lid of the housing also opens the lid of the container, or opening the lid of the housing is separate from opening the lid of the container.
□ in another exemplary embodiment, when two separate steps are required to open the lid, such as, but not necessarily limited to, two codes in another exemplary embodiment, or two biometrics in another exemplary embodiment, or a hybrid of various means or devices in another exemplary embodiment, separately opening the housing and the lid of the container may add a measure of security.
In another exemplary embodiment, a typical retractable handle of a luggage case may protrude through the housing. In another exemplary embodiment, there is a cut-out in the housing at a location corresponding to the point where the handle is located in the container, the cut-out being large enough to allow the handle to extend through the housing. In another exemplary embodiment, the housing may include a cap that seals an opening above the retracted handle to protect the handle by sliding the cap closed and uncover the opening when the cover is slid open.
In another exemplary embodiment, the housing allows for the wheels of the luggage case. In another exemplary embodiment, the wheels are located at the ends of the bag so that the bag stands on the wheels when the bag is upright. At the end of the housing corresponding to the end of the container from which the wheel protrudes, there is a cut-out at a position corresponding to the position of the wheel, so that the wheel protrudes through the housing to rotate even if the housing is closed. In another exemplary embodiment: the wheels cannot be unscrewed from their sockets in the container, the housing contains cutouts through which the wheels enter the sockets and through which screwing the wheels into the sockets secures the wheels back to the container, as before, and the wheels protrude through the housing for rotation to support the bag comprising the container and the housing.
In another exemplary embodiment, only one or both of the separable series-connected housing and receptacle may house an electronic processing module powered by the electrification. In another exemplary embodiment, the present invention provides: the option of electrification from the tank to the enclosure in another exemplary embodiment, or from the enclosure to the tank in another exemplary embodiment, or separately operating in each of the enclosure and the tank in another exemplary embodiment. The choice of power source is provided to provide current, such as, but not limited to, a rechargeable battery, in another exemplary embodiment a conventional watch battery, or in another exemplary embodiment a mobile battery, or in another exemplary embodiment a storage unit that supplements the solar cell on the bag.
In another exemplary embodiment, similarly, the construction of the container may be robust regardless of the external appearance of the container, as the container is located within a separable housing.
In another exemplary embodiment, the interior of the shell may be shielded by attaching a removable interior "skin piece" rather than a permanent liner. The interior of the container may be decorated by attaching a removable inner skin member rather than a permanent liner. The present invention provides the option of allowing for repackaging of the interior of both the container and the housing in another exemplary embodiment, or just the interior of the container in another exemplary embodiment, or just the interior of the housing in another exemplary embodiment. In another exemplary embodiment, the removable inner skin piece includes additional functionality, such as, but not necessarily limited to, any of the following: electrification such as LEDs for projecting light on the contents in another exemplary embodiment, or electronics (e.g., sensors) in another exemplary embodiment, or a combination of various functions in another exemplary embodiment. In another exemplary embodiment, the additional functionality is delivered by replacing the existing skin piece with a new skin piece that includes the additional functionality without having to replace the entire housing, or container, or entire bag. In another exemplary embodiment, an electrified power source, such as a rechargeable battery, in another exemplary embodiment a conventional watch battery, or in another exemplary embodiment a mobile battery, or in another exemplary embodiment a storage unit that supplements the solar cells on the pack, may be located in any of the following: in another exemplary embodiment, a skin piece, or in another exemplary embodiment, a housing, or in another exemplary embodiment, a container. In another exemplary embodiment, the present invention provides for the selection of where the power source is located. When certain electronics in the skin piece require electronic processing, the processor may be located in any of the following: in another exemplary embodiment, a skin piece, or in another exemplary embodiment, a housing, or in another exemplary embodiment, a container, to communicate with the electronic device(s), whether by wire in another exemplary embodiment or wirelessly in another exemplary embodiment. The invention provides a choice of how the processor and the device communicate.
The invention provides that, for safety reasons, in another exemplary embodiment, the housing has an opening allowing the handle of the bag to protrude from the container, or the housing comprises a contour of the core of the handle protruding from the container, so that the handle fits within the contour as part of the housing, not only reinforcing the handle, but also allowing to change the exterior of the handle in another exemplary embodiment, whether in another exemplary embodiment the appearance, or in another exemplary embodiment the tactile sensation, or in another exemplary embodiment even additional functionality, e.g. electrical/electronic.
Figure 7a shows a bag with a sleeve containing a removable panel. There are various shaped cuts on the side(s) of the bag, showing the permanent color of the interior without a panel, while in an array that does not exceed the size of the sleeve within the bag. Fig. 7b shows a top view of the bag with the sleeve 7. On the inside of each of the sides with the cut-outs is a second piece of material, in this embodiment straight. Three edges of the second piece are attached to the inside of the sides, leaving an open seam between the top of the second piece, between it and the outside of the bag, forming a sleeve. The panel may be slid in and out of the sleeve so that the panel may be replaced with another panel. Within the sleeve, the faceplate is shown by a cut-out. Replacing an existing panel with a different panel will display the different panel through the same cut.
In another exemplary embodiment, the housing and container combination may alter the exterior of the shoe while maintaining the generally expensive interior function of the chassis, and in another exemplary embodiment, may include custom fitting (e.g., by using custom lasts, while the invention is also suitable for mass market footwear). The appearance of footwear has become as valuable as the function of the footwear. In addition, athletic shoes have incorporated additional functionality, typically electronic, that adds value to changing exteriors while maintaining the chassis.
In order to make the security between the shell and the chassis (container including the feet) both snug and light, the invention provides for the use of one or more devices available at the time (whether now or in the future); for example, but not limited to, very tiny fasteners (e.g., snaps, or screws, or tongue in groove) in another exemplary embodiment, or adhesive elements (e.g., ultra-thin double-sided tape) in another exemplary embodiment, or magnetic elements in another exemplary embodiment, to hold the interior of the shoe's shell and the exterior of the foot's receptacle together at specific points, particularly at the following locations: in another exemplary embodiment, where the rim of the housing and the rim of the base meet when the base and container have been formed together into a body; and in another exemplary embodiment, where the notch of the housing allows, for example, the strap and container to meet, while the housing and container remain separable. In another exemplary embodiment: the shoe may include a removable sole that is separable from the container, and a housing and container that are separable so that the sole can be replaced without having to discard the container; this embodiment, the top of the base and the bottom of the container are removably attached by means such as bonding the housing and the container together. In another exemplary embodiment: the housing permanently bonds the base such that: the shoe is provided with a container, a shell and a sole when the shell surrounds the container. In another exemplary embodiment: the base is separable from the housing such that the base can be replaced without having to discard the housing, and the housing can be replaced without having to discard the container and the base, and the container is discardable without having to discard the housing and the base. In some other exemplary embodiments, any, some, or all of the base, housing, and reservoir include electrification and/or electronic processing, the functions facilitated by which may differ among the base, housing, and reservoir, such as, but not necessarily limited to, a pedometer associated with the base, a global positioning sensor associated with the housing, and a fresh nebulizer associated with the reservoir.
Where the shoe has means for closing the shoe around the foot, e.g. a lace in another exemplary embodiment, or a hook and loop in another exemplary embodiment, or a zipper in another exemplary embodiment, the invention provides that these means are located on the container in another exemplary embodiment to protrude through a cut in the shell, or on the shell in another exemplary embodiment to keep the shell tightly around the container and the foot as the foot slides in and out of the fitted container, allowing-possibly as desired by the consumer-to satisfy the one-foot friendly custom-made container in various ways by changing the shell, e.g. at the workplace (whether office, or factory, or off-site in another exemplary embodiment), for casual wear in another exemplary embodiment, and in another exemplary embodiment exercise.
To increase resistance to water penetration into the shoe in another exemplary embodiment, or in another exemplary embodiment, the package, or other product comprising the shell and the container, the edges of the shell and the container where they meet are coated with a water resistant material, in another exemplary embodiment, such that: the material is a barrier to permeation when the housing and container are pressed together in securing them together. In another exemplary embodiment, the material covering the relevant edge is a permanent foam. The present invention provides for the selection of waterproof materials to cover those edges, depending on the appropriate materials available at the time (whether present or future).
While the removability of the housing allows the housing to be replaced without having to discard the container, in another exemplary embodiment, when the occurrence of, for example but not necessarily limited to: in the event of wear of the container, the housing may be retained for use with a subsequent container without having to discard the housing(s).
Whether in a luggage case, or other bag, or shoe, the case may house, in the same manner as in a one-piece bag, accessory(s) of additional component(s), such as, but not limited to, a panel(s) in another exemplary embodiment, or a pouch(s) in another exemplary embodiment, or a light in another exemplary embodiment, or an enclosure such as a skin piece in another exemplary embodiment, or electrification for powering device(s) in another exemplary embodiment, or electronics in another exemplary embodiment.
As in the panel, electrification in the housing can activate any of the following: in another exemplary embodiment, the element(s) in the housing, and in another exemplary embodiment, the additional component(s) on the housing, and in another exemplary embodiment, the element(s) in the container. In another exemplary embodiment, the electrically powered element(s) may function independently of the receptacle in one exemplary embodiment, or in another exemplary embodiment in cooperation with an electronic processing module, for example, but not necessarily limited to, in the housing, or in another exemplary embodiment in cooperation with an indicator housing in the receptacle or an electronic processing module associated with an external electronic processing module (for example, but not necessarily limited to, in a smartphone that functions as a controller). In another exemplary embodiment, when an unauthorized person (as authenticated by the electronic identification module) attempts to steal a bag, or the enclosure, or even a shoe, the electrification used to activate the enclosure energizes the lights on the enclosure causing it to flash and the alarm energizes it to beep. In another exemplary embodiment, the housing may incorporate an electronic processing module. The invention provides a choice of which power supply supplies current: such as, but not limited to, a rechargeable battery in another exemplary embodiment, a conventional watch battery in another exemplary embodiment, or a mobile battery in another exemplary embodiment, or a storage unit that supplements the solar cell on the package in another exemplary embodiment.
Fig. 15 shows the eyeglass frame 10 with the removable package. Frame (rim) and nosepiece receiving package. Which parts of the frame are to be encapsulated is a preferred solution for the design. For example, but not necessarily, the nosepiece may be held as such in the frame, without the enclosure. In order to allow the hinge of the frame to swing, the enclosure of the end piece is separate from the enclosure of the frame, and to allow a preference whether to enclose the nosepiece at the time of design, in this embodiment the enclosure of the frame is separate. In an alternative embodiment, the frame and the enclosure of the nosepiece are continuous. Whether the package is moldable or two parts to be fastened together is a design preference. In order to allow the hinge of the frame to swing, the enclosure of the end piece is separate from the enclosure of the frame, and to allow a preferred solution of the design of whether or not to enclose the nosepiece, in this embodiment the enclosure of the frame is separate. In an alternative embodiment, the frame and the enclosure of the nosepiece are continuous. Whether the package is moldable or two parts to be fastened together is a design preference.
In some embodiments, eyewear, whether prescription eyewear, or sunglasses, or other eyewear (e.g., 3D, or incorporating a display screen, or protective), includes a simple frame as a substructure, in another exemplary embodiment consisting of wire, and the frame extends from a frame holding the lens around the nosepiece to a hinge, then from the hinge to the temple/endpiece, and the frame is thin enough to be enclosed with a removable enclosure, allowing existing enclosures to be swapped out for other enclosures that also conform to the frame.
The ■ enclosure need not have the same material, look, or feel as the frame within the enclosure.
■ the replaceability of the package allows the exterior of the glasses to be changed, for example, in leisure, office and formal situations, without the need to replace the substructure.
■ in another exemplary embodiment, the enclosure is moldable (while being tensioned enough to aggregate and separate multiple times during the exchange of the enclosure) so that the enclosure can embrace the frame as it would when the optometrist has manipulated the frame to be optimally worn on the wearer.
■ in another exemplary embodiment, the enclosure is molded around the frame after the frame is slid into the enclosure through the seam in the enclosure, or after the wire is embedded in the enclosure by fitting the seam in the enclosure into a channel in the enclosure before the enclosure is closed around the wire.
■ in another exemplary embodiment: the enclosure may be two halves that are polymerized around the wire, for example, but not necessarily, and the seam extends along the highest and lowest points of the enclosure, and the two halves are secured together while being separable, by available means, such as, but not necessarily limited to, magnetic elements in another exemplary embodiment, or adhesive elements in another exemplary embodiment, or several small screws in another exemplary embodiment, which are strong enough to hold the two halves together during normal use of the eyeglass, while still being separable, in order to replace the enclosure. In another exemplary embodiment, the appearance of one half of the package need not match the appearance of the other half of the package. In another exemplary embodiment, one half (e.g., the half facing outward away from the head) may exhibit a shape such as, but not limited to: decorations, accessories for electronic devices or luminaries.
■ to allow the hinge to function freely, in another exemplary embodiment, the enclosure is a configuration of multiple sections that make up the kit. One section is mated to one of the temple/end pieces, one section is mated to the other of the temple/end pieces, and the other section is mated to the frame. The enclosure around the frame may again be two sections, one section for the left side of the frame and the other section for the right side of the frame, where the configuration of the frame around the frame is discontinuous between them, rather than being one integral piece as in another exemplary embodiment.
■ separating the enclosure into sections allows for any to all of the appearance, feel (e.g., but not necessarily limited to, materials), and functionality to be changed so that one section may have additional functionality, another function, etc., such as, but not limited to, a GPS in one temple/end piece and a miniature speaker in the other end piece near the ear, in another exemplary embodiment, whether providing a buzz as an alarm or a recorded voice or live voice associated with the wireless transceiver.
■ in another exemplary embodiment, to conduct electricity in the package, the wire(s) are located therein. The filaments may be positioned in a single section of the package, in another exemplary embodiment, or in certain sections of the package, or in another exemplary embodiment, at all sections of the enclosure, when the wire is in contact with a power source (e.g., without limitation, a battery, in another exemplary embodiment a needle battery), to conduct a slight current to an activatable element or elements such as but not limited to a package, or in another exemplary embodiment some or some of the activatable coating of the package, or in another exemplary embodiment some or some of the activatable material, whether in or on the package in another exemplary embodiment or with the package in another exemplary embodiment.
■ the present invention provides the option of when current conduction should occur:
□ in another exemplary embodiment, the conduction of current may occur as long as the wire is in contact with the power source at the transmission connection.
□ in another exemplary embodiment, conduction may only occur when the switch is on.
□ in another exemplary embodiment, the switch may be located in the filament. In another exemplary embodiment, the switch is an electromechanical switch located at the tip of the end piece. The switch is controlled by any of the following, for example but not limited to:
in another exemplary embodiment, a tiny button that is accessed by squeezing the tip of the end piece between, for example, a finger and a thumb;
in another exemplary embodiment, wirelessly via Near Field Communication (NFC) from a remote application (e.g., without necessarily being limited to, an application located on a smartphone);
-any of the following: but are not limited to, verbal commands of a voice recognition processor associated with the switches in another exemplary embodiment, or via finger wave(s) passing through a gesture recognition processor associated with the switches in another exemplary embodiment, or via a motion sensor associated with the switches activated by shaking the glasses (e.g., after removing them) in another exemplary embodiment.
■ in another exemplary embodiment, the package may incorporate electronic processing into the frame. The electronic processing module may, for example but not exclusively, cooperate with a lens adapted for augmentation(s) to facilitate any of virtual reality, or augmented reality, or other visual augmentation, particularly but not necessarily solely, wirelessly associated with a remote function, such as in a smartphone, or an advertising transmitter, or some other enclosure, for example in some other person's glasses. Similarly, in another exemplary embodiment, the electronic processing in the package may be associated with other electronic processing, such as, but not limited to, in a headset, or in a skin-contact device, or in an accelerometer, for example, in a mobility device, which may be used to assist a person in addition to presenting content. In another exemplary embodiment, the package may house a tiny antenna.
In some embodiments, the earring comprises a sub-structural enclosure, and in another exemplary embodiment, is comprised of wire. The package is removable, allowing the exchange of an existing package for a different package that also conforms to the substructure. The replaceability of the enclosure allows the exterior of the earring to be changed (e.g., in leisure, office, and formal situations) without also requiring a change in the substructure.
■ in order to suspend the earring from the ear, earlobe or other conventional portion of the ear, the sub-structure includes a mount. In another exemplary embodiment, it is: a clip; in another exemplary embodiment, it is: a piercing member; in another exemplary embodiment, it is: some other means for gripping. In another exemplary embodiment, the fixture is modifiable to enable the wearer to choose to swap between a clip, or piercing member, or other device to suspend the earring on the ear.
■ the material of the substructure is the preferred design as long as the substructure is strong enough to support the package.
■ the sub-structure of the wire may be shaped by the manufacturer into a particular shape that the package should conform to. Even though the term earring means a loop, the package need not be a loop. In another exemplary embodiment, the substructure terminates at a fixture to suspend the earring from the ear; in another exemplary embodiment, the sub-structure surrounds the anchor (e.g., for a "bull's-eye" configuration, or the sub-structure protrudes from the anchor; in another exemplary embodiment, the magnetic member attracts a suitable metal of the sub-structure to a tiny plate at the other side of the corresponding earlobe to hold the earring in place on the earlobe without piercing the member.
The ■ package need not have the same material, appearance, or feel as the wires in the package.
■ the enclosure does not extend to the piercing member, or clip, or other attachment on the ear lobe in order to allow the piercing member, or clip, or other attachment on the ear lobe to contact the ear lobe.
■ in another exemplary embodiment, the package is moldable (while being tensioned enough to polymerize and separate multiple times during package replacement).
■ in another exemplary embodiment, the package is molded around the wire after the wire is slid into the package through a seam in the package, or after the wire is embedded in the package by fitting the seam in the package into a channel in the package before the package is closed around the wire.
■ in another exemplary embodiment, the enclosure may be in the configuration of multiple sections that converge around the wire, for example, but not necessarily, such that the seam extends along the highest and lowest points of the enclosure. These sections are secured by means, such as, but not necessarily limited to, magnetic elements in another exemplary embodiment, which are strong enough to hold the halves together during normal use of the earring, while still being separable, in order to replace the package. The appearance of a section of the package does not have to match the appearance of another section. A segment may present (for example, but not limited to) decoration in another exemplary embodiment, electronics in another exemplary embodiment, or a light in another exemplary embodiment, while another segment merely presents itself. In another exemplary embodiment, the sections are halves, closed around the substructure. In another exemplary embodiment, one section presents one function and another section presents a different function.
In another exemplary embodiment, when the wire(s) (in another exemplary embodiment in one section of the enclosure, or in another exemplary embodiment in certain sections of the enclosure, or in another exemplary embodiment in all sections of the enclosure) is in contact with a power source (such as, but not necessarily limited to, a battery, such as a needle battery in another exemplary embodiment), the wire conducts a slight current to any of the following: such as, but not limited to, an activatable element such as an LED in another exemplary embodiment, or an activatable coating such as a light emitter in another exemplary embodiment, or an activatable material such as a color change in another exemplary embodiment, whether in or on or with the package. The invention provides for selection of time(s) of current conduction:
□ in another exemplary embodiment, the conduction of current may occur as long as the wire is in contact with the power source at the transmission connection in another exemplary embodiment.
□ in another exemplary embodiment, conduction occurs only when the switch is on.
□ in another exemplary embodiment, the switch may be located between the power source and the filament. In another exemplary embodiment, the electromechanical switch is in a package. The switch is controlled by any of the following, for example but not limited to:
in another exemplary embodiment, a tiny button that is accessed by squeezing the earring between, for example, a finger and thumb
In another exemplary embodiment, wirelessly via Near Field Communication (NFC) from a remote application (e.g., without necessarily being limited to, an application located on a smartphone)
-spoken commands via a speech recognition processor associated with the switch in another exemplary embodiment, or via finger wave(s) passing through a gesture recognition processor associated with the switch in another exemplary embodiment, or a motion sensor associated with a switch activated by shaking the earring (e.g., after removing it) in another exemplary embodiment.
In another exemplary embodiment, the electronic processing in an earring, such as a loop, pendant, or chain, is housed by an enclosure that includes a device that conducts electricity to power an electronic processing module that may work in conjunction with an external controller, such as, but not necessarily limited to: the instructions are received by an application in the smartphone or the internal instructions are executed under automation or external and internal control. Indicating the mode(s) of electronic processing, and whether electronic processing is present in only one or both of the paired earrings, and whether electronic processing provides the same or different functionality between earrings, is a preferred approach. In another exemplary embodiment: the pairs of earrings beep differently from each other, only to the extent that they can be heard by the wearer, so that wireless Near Field Communication (NFC) from an application of a smartphone utilizing Global Positioning System (GPS) can beep left or right to the wearer depending on the group's geographic direction; or NFC from an application in a smartphone that utilizes its accelerometer and sensors to detect nearby objects and smart maps issues left or right beeps to the wearer to avoid obstacles; or NFC from a smartphone capable of receiving signals originating from a particular beacon may guide the wearer to a location such as, but not limited to: a store in a mall; listening for beeps from the earring may leave the hand free without having to hold the phone, for example but not only when the wearer of the earring is blind, or someone who is considering both the package and the child, or for general convenience; it is preferable to embed electronic processing in the cosmetic attractive enclosure of the earring relative to machine-like devices, whether in their ear, or near the earring, or generally on their body, at least for some people. In another exemplary embodiment, the electronic processing module and electronics are located in the frame of the earring to allow replacement of the package without losing the functionality delivered by the electronic processing.
In some embodiments, in addition to the frame, earring, or frame of the eyewear, jewelry, such as, but not limited to, a ring in another exemplary embodiment, or a pendant in another exemplary embodiment, or a chain in another exemplary embodiment, includes a sub-structural enclosure, comprised of wire in another exemplary embodiment. The package is removable, allowing the existing package to be swapped out for a different package that also conforms to the substructure. The replaceability of the package allows the exterior of the earring to be changed in, for example, leisure, office and formal situations, without also requiring the substructure to be replaced.
When the wire(s) in a portion, or some portion, or all of the enclosure is in contact with a power source (e.g., without necessarily being limited to, a battery, such as a needle battery in another exemplary embodiment), the wire conducts a slight current to any of the following: such as, but not limited to, an activatable element in another exemplary embodiment, or an activatable coating in another exemplary embodiment, or an activatable material in another exemplary embodiment, whether in or on or with a package. The invention provides for selection of time(s) of current conduction:
□ in another exemplary embodiment, the conduction of current occurs whenever the wire is in contact with a power source at the transmission connection.
□ in another exemplary embodiment, conduction occurs only when the switch is on.
□ in another exemplary embodiment, the switch may be located between the power source and the filament. In another exemplary embodiment, the electromechanical switch is in a package. The switch is controlled by any of the following, for example but not limited to:
in another exemplary embodiment, a tiny button accessed by squeezing the earring between, for example, a finger and thumb
In another exemplary embodiment, wirelessly via Near Field Communication (NFC) from a remote application (e.g., without necessarily being limited to, an application located on a smartphone)
-in another exemplary embodiment, a spoken command via a speech recognition processor associated with the switch, or in another exemplary embodiment, via finger wave(s) passing through a gesture recognition processor associated with the switch, or in another exemplary embodiment, a motion sensor associated with the switch activated by shaking the jewelry (e.g., after removing it).
To introduce an electronic process into jewelry (e.g., a loop in another exemplary embodiment, or a pendant in another exemplary embodiment, or a chain in another exemplary embodiment), the electronic process is housed by an enclosure that includes a device that conducts electricity to power the electronic process module. In some embodiments, the electronic processing module is associated with an external controller that receives instructions through an application in the smartphone. In another exemplary embodiment, the electronic processing module executes internal instructions in an automated fashion. In another exemplary embodiment, both external and internal controls are optional. In another exemplary embodiment, electronic processing in the electrically activatable ring converts the biometric data into instructions to turn on one or the other of the set of differently colored LED(s) in order to select a color that is appropriate for the mood of the wearer of the ring. In another exemplary embodiment, the electronic processing module and the electrification are located in the framework of a loop to allow for replacement of the package without losing the functionality delivered by the electronic processing.
In another exemplary embodiment, the jewelry is a pull-through decoration, not as easily removed as an earring. Since the trim is usually thin, in another exemplary embodiment, the trim package is correspondingly thin. Even thin packages of through body decoration may allow functionality, in another exemplary embodiment, a luminescent coating on the package.
In some embodiments, the bag is a suitable direct carrying bag that is conventionally worn by women (while men may choose to wear the bag):

The present invention provides a separate choice of materials for the bag and the panel, either polyurethane in another exemplary embodiment, or natural in another exemplary embodiment, or a cardboard configuration with a water resistant coating in another exemplary embodiment. In another exemplary embodiment, each panel is reinforced by stitching selvedges.
■ the panels are attached to the sides of the bag by means of snaps, making the panels replaceable with other panels of the same size (not necessarily the same material or image). One of the two complementary portions of the clasp is bonded to the material of the bag. The other of the complementary portions of the clasp is joined to the opposite face of each panel at a point on the panel such that the two portions of each clasp are securely joined together. The number of snaps depends on the requirements of attaching the respective panels, considering for example but not limited to: the area of the panel, the weight of the material, and the appearance desired by the designer. While the location of the snaps is also arbitrary, they are preferably arranged along the perimeter of each linear panel, in one embodiment there are four snaps along the top of the panel and four snaps along the bottom of the panel, and one in the middle of each short side of the panel, for a total of 10 snaps per panel.
□ in another exemplary embodiment, various means, such as, but not limited to, hooks and loops, secure the panels to the bag
□ the set of panels may be replaced with some other set(s) of panels, or each panel may be replaced with a different panel than the panel on the other side.

Inserting the panel into the sleeve in the side of the bag will display the panel through the cut, e.g., a color in another exemplary embodiment, or a pattern in another exemplary embodiment, or a photograph in another exemplary embodiment. In another exemplary embodiment, where the shape of the bag has a sufficiently large end, the combination of the cut-outs in the shell of the bag with the sleeve and panel(s) may similarly modify the end of the bag.
■ in another exemplary embodiment, the interior of the sides of the case of the bag includes a sleeve. In another exemplary embodiment, the regions of the series of cuts and the corresponding regions of the sleeve are both straight to keep the cutting of the sleeve and the panel simple. □ the housing has a cutout corresponding to the shape of the back of the case to allow heat to escape from the device.
■ the attachment of the shell to the trim is by a range of suitable means available at the time (whether now or in the future), such as, but not limited to, clips. The attached device is located on the back side of the housing, flush with the trim. When the device comprises two parts, such as a snap, or a hook and loop, or an adhesive member (e.g. double sided tape), the device will need to introduce the receiving means at a point on the trim corresponding to the point where the device or means is located on the housing.
■ in another exemplary embodiment, the trim in the device is minimal so that the housing is attached to the sides of the case.
■ in another exemplary embodiment, some of the devices of the apparatus are remote, allowing the included case to be slim or thin, with the housing attached to the edges and sides of the back of the case.
